Millie Bobby Brown Compared to Emma Watson After ‘Incredible' Speech
is making her fans very proud.
Earlier this month, the 21-year-old actress and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador stood before a packed room to deliver what has since been called a powerful speech at the United Nations.

In a video from her appearance, the Stranger Things star introduced the POWER4Girls Initiative which, as she said, "puts adolescent girls at the heart of shaping a more equal world for every girl."
Brown then spoke at length about growing up in a world where gender inequality is still present, noting that "change is happening, but not fast enough and not for everyone."
"Progress is not the same as equality," she emphasized, before calling on the leaders, organizations, and decision-makers in the room "to do more" and get to work on "real policies that protect their rights and give them the opportunities they deserve."
"Fund programs that protect girls from violence, ensure that every girl–no matter where she is born–can go to school and complete her education. Give girls access to healthcare, to digital technology, to economic opportunities, and most importantly, listen to their voices."

Another portion of her speech was highlighted in the caption, which read: "I cannot live in a world where girls aren't given the same tools or grace as others. I will not live in a world, where girls aren't treated equally or encouraged to live their lives to the fullest potential ― as teachers, doctors, lawyers, scientists."
Fans wasted no time flocking to the comments to praise Brown for her efforts.
"i love you so much mills you're incredible 💜," one wrote.
'Another Emma Watson in the making,' a second said, drawing comparisons between the Harry Potter alum–who also was appointed a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and helped launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe, which also advocates for gender equality.
"Millie!! I love seeing women using their platform for the better. Way to go Girl!!!" a third cheered.
"Slay Millie," another simply wrote.
"So well said mills!!" one more exclaimed.

Jodie Comer Names 1 Thing She Wants To Never Do Again After Starring In Ryan Reynolds Blockbuster
Jodie Comer has opened up about the important lesson she gleaned from starring alongside Ryan Reynolds in the hit film Free Guy. Back in 2021, Jodie and Ryan both appeared in the action comedy alongside the likes of Channing Tatum, Oscar winner Taika Waititi and Stranger Things star Joe Keery. The film was a hit with both critics and audiences, with the former Killing Eve star bringing up her work in it during a recent interview with GQ. 'It was my first film and I had the most amazing experience on that job,' she said, describing the team as the 'most gentle, inclusive, support' group of people who made the shoot 'incredibly film'. However, Jodie recalled that when filming was done, she found herself thinking: 'Ah there's something I'm not feeling. I feel like I'm not stretching. Or not discovering.' She explained: 'I realised that it was the emotional part of it. I wasn't exercising [that] part of myself.' 'I realised that's actually where I get my fulfilment – trying to find those places,' Jodie claimed. 'If the instincts aren't there, if I'm not excited by it, then I just don't want to go near it because then I'm pulling from an artificial place. It feels almost dishonest with myself.' Since her early work in the likes of Doctor Foster, My Mad Fat Diary, and Thirteen, Jodie has become an international star thanks to her starring role in the spy comedy-drama Killing Eve. In 2022, she won her second Bafta for her work in the hard-hitting drama Help, picking up both an Olivier and a Tony the following year for her performance in the one-woman legal play Prima Facie. Jodie is currently gearing upa for the release of her next film project, Danny Boyle's 28 Years Later, in which she shares the screen with Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jack O'Connell and Ralph Fiennes.

Another added: 'Bloody hell Paddy I know it was a charity game but that's the worst performance from a goalkeeper I've seen at the Stratford End since Onanas last outing.' A third chimed in: 'Hope you don't get too much stick. A former world class striker that took the game way too serious scored 4 past a comedian playing a charity game. There was always only going to be one winner here.' The match raised £15,280,163 for UNICEF's vital work helping children grow up safe, healthy and able to play. This year, with thanks to the Children's Investment Fund Foundation, every donation made up to £5 million was doubled. Thanks to the generous UK public, this year's fundraising amount sees the current total reach over £121million raised since 2006 - when UNICEF UK Ambassador Robbie Williams founded the concept. The hotly anticipated match took place at the sold-out Old Trafford football stadium in Manchester to an audience of over 70,000 people. The match ended 5-4 to World XI FC, stealing the win back and keeping the overall lead with 8-6 wins since the inaugural 2006 match.
