Fans say the same thing as Wireless line-up released four days before festival
It's finally here - the Wireless Festival 2025 line-up has been announced at long last. The first wave of tickets to the festival in London's Finsbury Park sold out in record time in February of this year, and since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for the full bill.
While we already knew Drake is headlining all three days this weekend (July 11-13) - with Boy Better Know, Burna Boy, Vybz Kartel, PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Summer Walker having all been confirmed previously - fans were left wondering who else would be gracing the stage. In a previous post on X, organisers said: "London. We're taking over. Line up dropping Monday 7th July."
But on Monday morning (July 7) - just four days before the event - festival-goers were still waiting to hear the full weekend line-up.
Finally, on Monday evening, the rest of the artists due to appear this weekend were revealed - sparking a influx of reaction videos and comments online.
Some 20 new names have now been added to the official bill. Each night will reflect the cream of Black music, celebrating a coming-together of global rap, R&B, Afrobeats, dancehall, grime, and trap.
New acts revealed include Leon Thomas, KWN, Odeal, Roy Woods, Sailorr, TBA, Nippa, and Kamilla Rose on Friday.
Saturday will see the likes of BigXThaPlug, Lancey Foux, Nemzzz, Fimiguerrero, Sahbabii, Len, Chy Cartier, YT and Kenny Allstar perform.
Sunday attendees will be able to see Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Spice, Masicka, Uncle Waffles, Darkoo, Odumodublvck, Skeete and Izzy Bossy. Drake will headline all three days.
However, after much anticipation, it seems fans are not overly impressed with how long they had to wait for the line up. Ticket holders have rushed to social media to share their thoughts.
One wrote: "The same week of the festival?! The tickets came out in February you're having a f***ing laugh. You're just doing this so people aren't able to refund their tickets."
"About time," said another. "Releasing the line up 4 days before the festival is awful work do better." "My patience is being tested," said another ticket-holder.
On TikTok, one said: "Four days before is diabolical." "It better be a good lineup for how long we've waited," insisted one other.
The line-up itself has also inspired mixed reactions. One person wrote: "20 year anniversary and this is it?" adding: "Wireless are you joking."
Another ticket-holder, named Lee, said: "So the Wireless line up just dropped. I'm just grateful to see Drake. Friday is the most secure day you can get...the RnB side is going to go crazy, so fair enough."
He said the Sunday line-up is similar to what fans may have seen in 2013. Commenting on his post, one said: "Anyone want to swap Saturday with Friday?" Another wrote: "Saturday is the best day and it's still disappointing."
"This ain't giving 20th anniversary by the way," one Instagram user writes.
But others seem pleased. "Best line up I've ever seen to be honest," someone else said. Another commenter declared: "Sunday about to be a vibe."
Others pointed out one artist is still 'TBA' (to be announced) and wondered who it might be.
This will be the first time in the festival's history that one artist headlines all three days. Hotline Bling singer Drake as already touched down in London ahead of the event, telling his supporters on his Instagram story that "the boy's home."
Are there any Wireless tickets left?
There was a limited number of tickets were released on Monday (July 7 2025) and are currently on sale now through Ticketmaster until the final release sells out.

In the recording leaked in 2015, Hogan was heard ranting about his daughter Brooke dating a Black man, and told a friend: 'I am racist, to a point' while using racist slurs. Regarding the recording, McMahon admitted: 'It was unforgivable and I was aghast, 'What happened?' When those things occurred, that's not like him. 'What in God's name is going on?' 'As soon as it happened, obviously, the company didn't have anything to do with him anymore. We took him out of the Hall of Fame. You just don't do those things.' Hogan was brought back into the fold three years later, and made occasional appearances over the last seven years. His final WWE TV appearance came in January, when he was loudly jeered and booed by fans, with many feeling he hadn't done enough to atone for the racism storm. The Honey Well is a heartbreakingly cool, proudly Black-owned, super-inclusive cocktail bar tucked just beneath the West Harlem streets. From the team behind neighborhood favorites At the Wallace and Harlem Public, this spot harnesses old-school styling to produce savvy mixology. The food is no afterthought: tasty, satisfying, and perfect for soaking up the booze without slowing the vibe. There are options for pescatarians, vegans, and anyone with a sweet tooth. Not one, but two posted happy hours sweeten the Honey Well: daily from 4–6pm and late-night Fridays and Saturdays from midnight to 2am. The Honey Well is, undoubtedly, one of the coolest bars in Harlem. It's so cool, in fact, that you'll probably need a reservation. But once you're in, chill out. You're in great hands.

Love Island's Alima Gagigo On Race, Beauty Standards And Self-Worth
Love Island Season 12 kept us at the edge of our seats, serving up everything from dramatic divides and tangled love triangles to tears and heartbreak. Alima Gagigo , 23, entered the villa as an OG. On screen, she seemed effortlessly cool but the reality of taking part in such a high-pressured and intense reality show is quite the opposite. In fact, Alima was already anticipating the scrutiny before entering the villa. 'I cared about people coming for my looks more than my personality,' she admits. 'I even remember speaking to a producer and saying, I can't go in next week, I need to get my face done. I wanted to get filler, I wanted my face lifted. I was like, I need to look a certain way. But I'm so glad I didn't, because looking back on previous casts, I genuinely do think that this has been the most natural looking set of girls.' As a Black woman, Alima was aware of the challenges, brought to light in the past by previous Islanders like Samira Mighty. 'There's been previous series where the Black girl was always picked last, so that was something that really played on my mind,' Alima says. 'I genuinely thought as a Black woman, I would need to work ten times harder, on the show and after. That was something that really impacted my decision [going on to the show], whether I'd be able to deal with that or not.' As a longtime fan of the show, I've followed the discourse around Black women's experiences on Love Island UK - many believing the issue lies in casting. If the boys chosen to be on the show only express an interest in "blonde hair and blue eyes" then naturally, that presents problems for any Black women hoping to be picked. Black women's experiences on Love Island have, thankfully, seen some progress in recent years. We've watched Black women leave boo'd up, from Indiyah Polack and Dami Hopeto Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki, as well as Shaq Muhammadand Tanya Manhenga. And in 2024, Mimi Ngulube and Josh Oyinsanwon the show. While Alima didn't find love, she did herself - and her fans - proud in the way she navigated the complicated dating dynamics. Never faltering on the treatment she deserves, she proved time and time again her self-worth was more important than finding simply finding a boyfriend - particularly in a season where many of the men were called out for problematic behaviour. Nothing is worse than being disappointed by a man you lowered your standards for. 'I would never take this disrespect on the outside, so why should I now?' she says, noting that she's aware young girls watch the show and could be influenced by what they say. 'If I could give advice to anyone growing up watching... do not take disrespect from any man! Self-worth above anything and never ever lower your standards. If anything add tax to them because men will do you dirty. Make sure the man you're with is the man of your dreams. There's nothing worse than being disappointed by a man you had to lower your standards for!' Fans also saw Alima stand firm during villa drama. She received mixed responses for standing up for bombshell, Malisha Jordan during her feud with OG girl Meg Moore. 'It was basically the whole villa against one person,' she explains. 'I'm a very fair person and on the outside I would have done the exact same thing. I wouldn't go in the villa and change my morals'. Now that the cameras have stopped, Alima hasn't been one to rush into influencer life. 'When I came out of the show, I got kind of got thrown in the deep end,' she explains. 'Some of the girls already had an idea of what they wanted to do. When I came out of the show, the first thing I did was ring my manager at Barclays', so the option of returning to work was there. Taking a considered approach, Alima admits 'I've not done content creating before, so I didn't know if it was for me. But now, seeing what other Islanders are doing I'm like "oh, I actually quite like this". I don't want to do what every other islander is doing. I would love to go down the modelling route and work with high end brands.' Taking a cautious approach to her next steps, Alima's journey seems to have only just began, and if her attitude to life and men remains, she's sure to inspire tons of women along her way.
