The Crown noted that the confiscation order can be revisited if further assets are identified in the future.
This will be paid towards the full amount that was determined as the benefit of the crime.
Houston was convicted at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court after admitting to embezzling £253,281.30 while working as an office administrator at Kelburn Construction in Kilmarnock between February 2017 and January 2019.

Just months later, she began embezzling £262,987.68 while employed as a bookkeeper for WM Donnelly and Co Ltd in East Kilbride, taking the cash between May 2019 and March 2021.
A compensation order of £41,610.83 was awarded to WM Donnelly Ltd.
Meanwhile, a second compensation order of £39,979.03 was awarded to Kelburn Construction.
Sineidin Corrins, Deputy Procurator Fiscal for Serious Casework at the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), said: 'This confiscation underscores the fact that prosecution of those involved in financial crime does not stop at criminal conviction and sentencing.
'Even after that conviction was secured, the Crown pursued Proceeds of Crime action to ensure the funds Stephanni Houston obtained illegally were confiscated.
'Confiscation orders have ongoing financial consequences, meaning we can seek to recover further assets from this individual in the future to reflect the full amount."

Glasgow creep used AI to create deepfake naked images of school pal
Callum Brooks, 25, altered two social media pictures posted by the woman on June 24 2022. Brooks used photoshop software to make the woman appear in a "state of undress" without her knowledge or consent. Brooks, of Glasgow's Easterhouse, claimed that there was "no sexual element" to his actions which was accepted by the Crown. The first offender stated that he carried out the crime to show what the software did. Brooks pleaded guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to disclosing a photograph of the woman in an intimate situation without her consent. The case is one of the first of its kind to appear in a Scottish court. The court heard that Brooks and the woman had been friends at high school and remained in contact on social media. Prior to the crime, Brooks obtained a software application which altered images using artificial intelligence (AI). Prosecutor Katie Malcolm said: "Brooks took two images from the woman's Instagram account which she uploaded online in which she was fully clothed. "Brooks then altered the images so that they showed the woman to be in a state of undress. "One was a full length image and the other was from the waist up. "Brooks then sent the images to two friends." The hearing was told that the woman "knew nothing" about the images. She was asked by one of Brooks' friends in February 2024 about her knowledge of the images which were shown to her. Miss Malcolm added: "She was immediately embarrassed and humiliated. "She confirmed that the images were lifelike and the matter was reported to the police." Brooks was arrested and told officers: "It was really just pettiness on the part of people - I know I shouldn't have done that, I shouldn't have done Photoshop." He stated that one of his friends requested the images while the other did not. "The intention was to show what the software did - it was fairly novel at the time and he took advantage which he much regrets. "There was no significant sexual element - this was the behaviour on the part of a boy towards people he thought were his friends and he has come to regret it." Sheriff Anna Reid fined Brooks £335.

Horrifying moment influencers are hit by a car while taste testing a burger inside a restaurant
This is the shocking moment a food influencer couple were hit 'directly' by a car while testing their burgers on camera. Nina Santiago - known online as NinaUnrated - and Patrick Blackwood were reviewing a plate of food at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston, Texas when an SUV crashed through the window and directly into them. As the pair dug in to their extensive spread of salmon sliders, presidential oysters and lobster, an SUV pummels through the window of and smashes into the couple's table. The influencers were then thrown from their seats and they quickly scramble away as glass rains down around them. Footage then shows the pair covered in bloody gashes as they are rushed to a local hospital in Texas. 'I'm just blessed, thank you Lord. Thank you universe. I'm just blessed and grateful for everything,' Mr Blackwood said in a video from the hospital. He added it was the 'most scariest s**t ever'. Ms Santiago seemed to remain on a hospital bed for longer and admitted 'I don't feel good' at one point. 'My body feels tight, my head hurts a little but, my jaw hurts a little bit,' she said, before adding 'I'm just glad I'm alive'. 'This is the second accident this month. The fact that we walked away from both accidents, I don't know whether we are lucky or f****d',' she went on to say. 'Its like I want to break down and cry and I just can't, I'm trying to not freak out.' The cause of the crash is unknown but local media reported that Tyler police and UT Health EMS were at the scene after the car hit the restaurant. The pair typically film themselves eating huge spreads of food and sharing the videos on social media to her hundreds of thousands of followers. In the YouTube caption that accompanied the video, the pair wrote: 'We can't even begin to express how incredibly fortunate we feel to be alive after what happened to us. 'We were just sitting in a cosy booth at our favourite restaurant, enjoying happy hour with an amazing spread salmon sliders, presidential oysters, a macaroni and cheese flight (classic, lobster, and truffle), shrimp and grits, and some refreshing drinks. 'We were laughing, having a great time, and right as we tapped our sliders together in a "boom!" cheers moment, out of nowhere, this SUV came barrelling through the glass wall at 35-40 mph. 'No warning at all glass shattered everywhere, chaos erupted, and it hit right next to Patrick on the outside of the booth. 'We were inches from disaster, but by some miracle, we're both okay, just shaken and forever changed. 'This terrifying experience has made us realize just how precious life is. 'Tomorrow is not promised do what you want to do today, live happy today, let go of everything holding you back, and forgive everybody. 'You don't have time for that nonsense. We truly feel like we've been given a second chance, and we're committed to making the most of it. 'We're aiming to be beyond great amazing and we're working on ourselves every day to become better people and crush our goals. 'We wish you all the best in life. Stay safe out there because life is so unexpected. That SUV came out of nowhere, and all we were doing was enjoying a simple meal.' Ms Santiago went on to share some further snaps of their bloody wounds and their trip in hospital. She wrote in the accompanying caption: 'I'm beyond grateful to be alive after an SUV crashed through the glass wall at @cuveesculinarycreations in Houston, TX, shattering everything while @iampatrickblackwood and I recorded an eating show. 'It hit us directly me on his left, him on my right as I bit into a delicious salmon slider. Out of nowhere, but we survived. 'This experience showed me who truly matters; life's too short for grudges or anger. Let go, forgive, live in the now, and cherish those around you this could've been our last meal. 'Thankful to the universe and our angel pup Loyal, who passed in Nov 2024 and protected us from above.'
