Craigmillar boxers bound for Cardiff event
Gold medal success for Craigmillar Boxing Club's Sofia Barreira and Liam Flynn in the Caledonia Box Cup in Grangemouth last month has led the way to representing Scotland in the Three Nations tournament in Cardiff this weekend, competing against opponents from England and Wales.
The prestigious event brings together top amateur boxers across four age categories – schools, juniors, youth and seniors.
It is the first time all four age groups will compete at a single venue over four consecutive days, commencing Thursday.
