Jack tells her that he will take care of Traci while Ashley heals. The duo shares a wholesome moment as Ashley shared that they would both be okay. Phyllis reveals she will meet Dumas
Phyllis reveals her new strategy. She tells Daniel that she will go to D.C. with Amanda for a meeting with Dumas. Her plan was to run for Chancellor herself.
Daniel was not truly on board with this plan. He thought that she was very unhinged and was more worried about Summer because of the Newman ties.
Phyllis tries to include him in her plan as they have a heated exchange. Daniel then makes it clear that he needed time to grieve his spouse. Phyllis realizes that he was not trying to reject her, but was trying to heal and move on. Despite that, she was determined to go to her meeting with Dumas anyway.
