Jared Leto Responds To Sexual Misconduct Allegations

This story contains discussion of sexual misconduct. Jared Leto is responding to allegations, including several claims of sexual misconduct, from multiple women. Earlier today, Air Mail published a story that included interviews with nine women who claimed that the actor and musician had behaved inappropriately towards them. Some women alleged that the incidents took place while they were underage, and one anonymously claimed that 'It's been an open secret for a long time." The reporting accuses Jared of, among other things, allegedly appearing nude in front of model Laura La Rue when she was 17 years old, and allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of an 18-year-old before placing their hand "on him." In a statement to Air Mail, Jared's rep "expressly" denied the allegations in the story. They also directly addressed Laura's allegation, claiming that hers and Jared's "communications contain nothing sexual or inappropriate" and that she "later applied to work as Mr. Leto's personal assistant, further underscoring the absence of anything inappropriate in any of their interactions." In the story, Laura denied having ever applied to work for him. In response to another accuser's allegation that he would call her in the middle of the night and didn't "know if he was on drugs," Jared's rep claimed that the actor 'has not had a drink or used drugs in over 35 years.' The rep also told the publication that 'there was never any recruiting, complaints or impropriety" in response to allegations that Jared had hosted parties with the intent for young women to go skinny-dipping. The publication also reported that these allegations against Jared surfaced after DJ Allie Teilz reposted a Facebook status from 2012 on IG, alleging that she was "assaulted and traumatized by this creep when I was 17." Jared's reps say that her "allegations are demonstrably false." You can read the entire report containing the allegations that Jared is denying here.

New Paynesville brewery opens its doors with a focus on community

New Paynesville brewery opens its doors with a focus on community originally appeared on Bring Me The News. It's not all closures in the world of Minnesota breweries. Koronis Brewing in Paynesville has just opened its doors and will celebrate its grand opening from June 6 to 8. "It was a couple years ago now when we had some community members dreaming about opening up a brewery in the area and creating a new community space," manager and brewer Laura Naujokas tells Bring Me the News. The ball, or keg, got rolling with Mary Peterson, a Paynesville native who now lives in Portland, Ore. She was keen on the idea of a brewery setting up shop in her hometown. She and a group of community members approached Laura and her husband Alex, who operate the Koronis Kafe houseboat that serves food and drink during the summer months. They accepted. Alex had a background in the service industry, but Laura did not. "I was a science teacher for almost 10 years," she says. "So, I ended up leaving that field to pursue learning brewing and everything else that comes with managing and running a restaurant." Construction began in September, and it officially opened on June 1. The brewpub will serve its own beers and seltzers along with drinks from other companies, including cider from Milk and Honey. But Laura says the project came from the community and is about the community. "Our first day was so packed," Laura says. "Everyone was so excited to come out and try it, and it was just a really good buzz, a good feeling of having somewhere to go that's new and just a little bit different." The food menu, which aims to source as much as possible from local businesses, offers street tacos and flatbreads, as well as some more unexpected dishes like the Bison Tater Tot Hotdish Commercial and House-Made Sausage Rolls. With that eye on community, it's also hosting free concerts in the summer and has an event space called The Boathouse, where it has already booked a reunion and a bridal shower. As a brewpub, Koronis Brewing's beers will only be available inside the brewery. Curious imbibers can get a taste of taps like Lake Time Light Lager and Crow River Cream Ale at the brewery this weekend during its grand opening events, which include live music and plenty of story was originally reported by Bring Me The News on Jun 5, 2025, where it first appeared.

Scottish Love Island star Laura Anderson opens up on 'health struggle' on holiday

Scottish Love Island star Laura Anderson has opened up on her health struggles while enjoying a holiday with her footballer boyfriend. The 36-year-old has shared moments from their break in the Maldives at the luxury Kandima beach resort. Taking to Instagram, the mum has spoken up about her battle with melasma, a common skin condition in adults which can cause darkening of the skin caused by increased melanin, reports The Record. She also asked her followers if they would like treatment recommendations or advice, if anyone may be suffering from a similar skin condition. "Do you suffer from pigmentation/melasma/sun spots?," she asked. "Okay guys I have been in the sun all day, always wear my factor 50 and my hat but I think with melasma you still get affected with just the heat so I always try and keep my face really cool. "That's a tip that I learnt, but I'm going to see Rebecca now but look," she gestured as she pointed her face towards the camera. "I don't know if you can see this all kind of multiplied again come back, this is me completely bare faced." She continued: "You can see it here there's definitely a difference between freckles. I love freckles, love to embrace them, but sun spots, melasma, pigmentation is different and can be quite ageing. "I quite like the little bits on my lips but I just want to remove that and Rebecca has all the best lasers in Dubai," as she gestured to her cheekbones. "She always teaches me things and has new techniques that I've never heard of before which are incredibly effective." The star added: "So we are going to go today with pico, really quick easy. I don't think there's any down time so yeah, let's get rid of this." Elsewhere, Laura took to Instagram last week following her house move in a gushing post over how lucky she is in her new home alongside daughter Bonnie, who she shares with ex Gary Lucy. She also gave a special mention to boyfriend Clark, 31. "Busy and booked, The Man of my dreams and a daughter to die for. I never ever thought I'd have all 3," Laura wrote. Sharing snippets with her 1.5 million Instagram followers, Laura noted, "Here's to the next chapter," alongside a key and house emoji. She added: "And a huge shout out to @ssremovals for moving my life AGAIN! That Ikea wardrobe will officially never be assembled again I promise." The first clip showed the couple sharing a kiss in the expansive outdoor garden. Another video clip showed Laura holding daughter Bonnie as she stood at the front entrance of her new home with Clark. The home boasts grand floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light, looking out onto the impressive garden. Bonnie even has her own play room, which Laura showed off to fans previously. Bonnie and her dog Buddy will certainly have no lack of space in the new home. The influencer was delighted to update fans that her dog was finally coming home, after being away from them for a few months when he didn't settle in her previous Glasgow flat.
