A two-day music festival that was scheduled to come to Kitchener next month has been cancelled.
The Songscape Music Festival was supposed to take place outside the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium on June 20 and June 21 and feature Theory of a Deadman, Mother Mother, Headstones, Bahamas and Finger Eleven.
However, a post made on the festival's official website now says the event will not be happening.
'Due to unforeseen circumstances the organizers of the Songscape festival on June 20 & 21 have made the decision to cancel the event. All refunds will be available at the point of purchase,' the post reads.
CTV News Kitchener has reached out to the organizers.
