Hailed by some as an absolute "life hack" for busy parents, others are raising an eyebrow, claiming we might be "making kids lazy."
The shirts in question are M&S's two-pack of unisex easy dressing school polo shirts, designed with ingenious hidden features to make getting ready for school a breeze.

However, in defence of the clothing one person said: 'They are designed for kids with disabilities… it's the 'easy dressing' range which is designed to make school uniforms accessible to all!'
But another commented on their use after a couple of washed by writing: 'Yeah they're not great.
'The velcro goes all weird and eventually stops working properly.
'Great until you've washed them a few times. I got them last year and replaced them all after the first term.'

Celebrity hairdresser Phil Smith, who has looked after Tess Daly and Emily Blunt's hair, says he always sees a surge in clients arriving at his salon worrying about frizzing, colour fade and frazzled scalps at this time of year. However, there's no need to let your tresses go fully feral with his expert insights and surprising hacks. 'Maintaining effortless, healthy hair all summer can be a challenge - but with the right tips, tricks and products, you can protect your locks without compromising on style and quality,' he says. Don't fall for TikTok hair sunscreen hacks We've all experienced that sting in the shower after a day at the beach - the telltale sign of a sunburned scalp. But avoiding a pink parting isn't always as easy as it sounds. 'I've seen people on TikTok suggest mixing sunscreen with water in a spray bottle to mist over the scalp,' says Phil. 'Unfortunately, this just dilutes the SPF, making it far less protective. And it's a big no no if you have hair extensions too. 'If the sunscreen contains ingredients like avobenzone, it can leave rust-like stains on them,' he adds. Instead, a smarter approach is to choose a hairstyle that eliminates your parting altogether. 'Slicking your hair back into a ponytail is one option, but that can be a bit harsh and doesn't suit everyone. I recommend going for a topknot or a couple of soft buns instead. Just leave a few loose strands out for a softer, more effortless look - it's protective and super cute.' Use ketchup to boost blonde tones It's particularly tough being a blonde in summer, when colour can be left brassy and battered by pollution and UV exposure - or even go green after contact with chlorine. 'One hair hack I particularly love, because it shocks people that it works, is using tomato ketchup to reverse green tinges,' says Phil. 'Apply a tablespoon to lengths and wait up to 30 minutes before rinsing. The acid in the tomatoes and vinegar break down the copper build-up that causes the discolouration, restoring the blonde tones you love. If you prefer results in seconds rather than smelling like you belong in a burger for half an hour, when you get back from your sunshine break, he suggests grabbing a bottle of Phil Smith Professional Haircare Blonde Toning Shampoo (£14 each; ), which uses amino acid rich violet rice extract to have you back to your 'natural' colour in the time it takes to shampoo and rinse.' Shower before the pool to protect against chlorine There's nothing better than diving into a cool pool on a hot day, but chlorinated water can leave hair dry, brittle and weak. The good news? A little prep goes a long way. 'Our hair is porous, but it can only absorb so much water at once,' says Phil. 'If you want to limit how much chlorine your hair soaks up, wet your hair with fresh water before swimming. "Take a quick shower or, if you're at the beach, keep a refillable bottle of tap water handy so you can rinse before taking the plunge.' Phil also advises against swimming with your hair down. 'I always tell my clients to apply a leave-in conditioner and then tie hair up in a bun to shield it,' he says. Use the right towel on damp locks Wet hair is much weaker and more prone to breakage than dry strands, so how you care for it after a swim is just as crucial as before. 'Keep a soft microfibre towel like the Dock & Bay Hair Wrap (£15; in your beach bag so you aren't tempted to rough dry with an abrasive beach towel, which will damage the cuticle and leave you with a halo of frizz,' says Phil. If you want to comb out knots post-swim, he advises buying a wet brush. 'The MDLondon Vent Brush (£13; is perfect,' says Phil. 'Start detangling from the ends and work upwards to avoid breakage and minimise discomfort. Add a pump of Phil Smith Professional Haircare Miracle Primer (£14; at the same time, with hyaluronic acid to fight humidity-induced frizz and plant-based hemisqualane to smooth and detangle. Get your roots done once you've returned home Everyone wants their hair to look amazing in their holiday photos, but if your sunshine getaway happens to fall around the time you're due to see your colourist, it might be worth delaying that appointment. 'UV rays break down dye pigment molecules, so when you're on a sun-soaked holiday it's almost impossible to avoid fading and dullness - unless you spend the entire trip under a giant hat,' says Phil. 'While no one wants to skip a root touch-up to cover greys, if you can, I recommend stretching the time between appointments and scheduling your session for after you return home. Getting your hair professionally coloured is an investment - this way, your colour stays fresher for longer and you avoid paying for salon results that can't last.'

It's that time of the year again - rush week at the University of Alabama. Back in 2021, a series of women who were trying to join the University of Alabama's Panhellenic community documented their road to being accepted into one of the 18 different sororities at the school, and uploaded it all to TikTok. Their videos quickly exploded, and many people on the web became enthralled with watching the lengthy process play out. Since then, every time August rolls around, #BamaRush goes viral once again, as a whole new set of freshmen hopefuls at University of Alabama and other Southern schools put their best foot forward to vie for the chance to get accepted into sororities on campus. And many of them figure that the best way to do this is to make sure that foot is covered in a designer shoe. Tons of the women rushing this year have been showcasing their daily outfits throughout the process on TikTok and Instagram - and some of them have donned ensembles worth thousands of dollars. And while their stacks of expensive jewelry and name brand skirts used to elicit awe from their audiences, now it seems as though they only stir disbelief and anger. One Instagram creator recently broke down some of the sky-high prices of these girls' rush looks, and it sparked immense backlash for the students. Destinee Wilson, who calls herself 'your favorite price breakdown analyst,' has been reposting videos of girls rushing sororities in the South and detailing the prices of each article of clothing they wear. Tons of the women rushing this year have been showcasing their daily outfits throughout the process on TikTok and Instagram - and the ensembles worth thousands of dollars. The outfit featured Shila Fijal earrings, a Tiffany necklace, a Tory Burch watch, a Hermes bangle, and a Farm Rio skirt, amongst other things. After finding all of the individual products and their prices, Destinee revealed that the outfit costs a whopping $4,776. And viewers were shocked to say the least. 'She spent four months of my rent on that outfit,' one Instagram user pointed out. 'How much money does she HAVE?!' another commented, incredulous. Some users even had choice words for the parents of the student. She also donned a Tiffany T white gold bracelet, which is priced at $1,350, and the $350 Tory Burch Small Eleanor Watch She sported a $135 Farm Rio skirt, amongst other things. And after finding all of the individual products and their prices, Destinee revealed that the outfit cost a whopping $4,776 'Unless these girls are making their money on social media… their parents are failing them by buying them all this shit that's so damn expensive,' one outraged person said. 'They will never understand the true value of a dollar.' Others even made fun of the outfit, claiming it looked cheap despite its high cost. 'Meanwhile the whole outfit looks like it came from Old Navy,' another user added. Destinee herself did not mock the outfit or its price. In fact, in one of her other videos, she captions her price breakdown: 'The GSU girls were absolutely rocking rush week.'

Frankie looked stunning as she showcased her well-toned body in a Triangle bikini, which she tagged in the photo carousel. The former pop star appeared tanned and joyful as she giggled during the beachside photoshoot. It comes after Katie Price reaches out to Harvey's lookalike half-brother but fears 'he's too scared'. Currently, Frankie is soaking up the sun on holiday with her husband Wayne and their two sons - Parker and Carter. Taking to TikTok, the Loose Women panellist made a cryptic dig at an unknown person, seemingly suggesting she was holding a grudge. Over the video of herself holding and sipping on a glass of wine, she wrote: "You're so quiet… Thanks, you said something five years ago and I've just realised you're actually dead to me." As well as being a panellist on Loose Women, Frankie has been open about feeling like an "awful parent" due to hating her pregnancies. The former The Saturdays singer shares two children with her husband, Wayne Bridge, and admits pregnancy wasn't "for her". In a candid admission early this year, the 36-year-old revealed that while she can't see herself falling pregnant again any time soon, she doesn't want her husband to have a v asectomy in case their marriage were to break down and he'd find love with another woman. A vasectomy cuts or blocks the tube that carries sperm, preventing men from being able to have children. But while Wayne won't be having "the snip" any time soon, the All Fired Up singer won't be giving her sons, Parker, 11, Carter, nine, and Wayne's son Jaydon, 18, from a previous relationship, any siblings. "I always wanted more than two and then once I had one, I knew I wanted a second one," she said. Frankie went on to explain that she "hated" being pregnant. She explained that she was always feelings sick and put on weight, meaning she no longer "felt like herself." In a candid admission, she stated it was a "means to an end," saying she got a lovely baby at the end. Throughout her pregnancies, Frankie suffered from Hyperemesis gravidarum. The condition has symptoms including bad nausea and vomiting, which can happen multiple times per day. While most vomiting in pregnancy stops around weeks 12 to 20, it can continue for other women. Speaking to The Sun, Frankie continued: "It's constant sickness, you feel that you're supposed to be giving your baby all these nutrients, but you literally can't eat. "I already had a two-year-old at the time, so I felt like I was an awful parent. I couldn't bear the smell of another human — it would make me sick." Frankie and Wayne tied the knot in 2014, and in recent years, she has slammed the "double standards" she has faced from cruel online bullies. She explained that while she is often trolled for working away or taking time away, Wayne never receives messages for doing the same thing. Wayne encouraged her to take a holiday with friends after she suffered a series of illnesses which became difficult to "ignore," meaning her "mental health plummeted".
