Model Bri Stern, 25, alleged the disgraced British influencer attacked her on March 11 while the pair were staying in Beverly Hills Hotel together.

The latest in a string of serious allegations lobbied against Tate, 38, was rejected by US courts due to "insufficient evidence".
Tate's attorney Joseph McBride announced the prosecution had dropped the sexual harassment and battery cases online.
He celebrated the decision by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office as a "huge win".
McBride also claimed it proved they had been able to "expose lies" from Stern - despite the case being dropped rather than cleared.
The attorney added that Tate had responded to the allegations when asked and vehemently denied them.
He also supplied a "do-not-prosecute" packet of information urging prosecutors not to pursue charges, according to McBride.
Sources close to Stern say she was never notified of the decision to decline charges, TMZ reports.
She has also filed a complaint with the Beverly Hills Police Department and is seeking a restraining order against Tate.
Stern first claimed back in March that her face and body has been left bruised by Tate when he "attacked" her during sex.
The social media model even posted pictures and videos showing the alleged injuries which she says were taken directly after the former couple stayed together in a hotel room in Beverly Hills.

A police report from Stern accused Tate of choking her and failing to stop even when she begged him to during rough sex.
She claimed Tate got more violent as she pleaded with him - but shockingly revealed she "still loves him".
Stern described feeling like she was slipping out of consciousness during the alleged assault.
Tate's lawyer described the allegations as "fake news" at the time.
Text messages were also shared in the court documents which were allegedly sent to Stern by Tate during their relationship.
In the messages, Tate is accused of telling her he wants to "beat the f**k out of you" and boasts about how she "deserves it".
He also told the model that there was "no point in having you" if he didn't "beat and impregnate you".
Tate, and his younger brother Tristan, still face a number of criminal charges in both the UK and Romania.

Andrew, who is currently living in Bucharest, is accused of ten charges in total.
This includes rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.
His brother, 36, is charged with 11 offences against one alleged victim - including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking.
The pair deny all of the charges.
The charges lobbied against them in Romania have been ongoing for a number of years now and must be settled before they can be taken to court in the UK.
Both have said they will return to London to plead their case after the pair were hit with rape charges in May, their lawyer has said.
Ex-kickboxer Andrew moved to Romania years ago after first starting a webcam business in the UK.
He was joined by Tristan with the pair living together since.
Self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew also appeared on Big Brother but was famously booted off the show.

Mastodon rocker Brent Hinds dead at 51 after horror Atlanta motorcycle crash
Brent Hinds, the former singer-guitarist for the Grammy-winning heavy metal band Mastodon, has died in a motorcycle crash in Atlanta aged 51. Hinds, who left Mastodon after 25 years in March 2025, was killed on Wednesday when his Harley-Davidson collided with a BMW SUV around 11.35pm per Atlanta News Firs t. The Atlanta Police Department said in a report the driver of the SUV failed to yield while making a turn - with Hinds found 'unresponsive' at the scene and later pronounced dead by medics. 'The other driver involved, a female who occupied a BMW SUV remained on scene. The APD Accident Investigations Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances. 'Preliminary investigation indicates the male was traveling West on Boulevard. The female operating the BMW SUV failed to yield while turning left and collided into the male victim who was operating the Harley-Davidson. The investigation remains active at this time.' The band paid an emotional tribute to Hinds in an Instagram statement which read: 'We are in a state of unfathomable sadness and grief… last night Brent Hinds passed away as a result of a tragic accident. 'We are heartbroken, shocked, and still trying to process the loss of this creative force with whom we've shared so many triumphs, milestones, and the creation of music that has touched the hearts of so many. 'Our hearts are with Brent's family, friends, and fans. At this time, we please ask that you respect everyone's privacy during this difficult time. RIP Brent.' Mastodon had three albums rise into the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart and two that topped the Rock Album chart - Emperor of Sand in 2017 and Once More ´round the Sun in 2014. Mastodon´s third studio album, 2006´s Blood Mountain, was their first to reach the Top 40, peaking at No. 32 on the Billboard 200. Hinds left the band in March 2025. No reason for the departure was given. The NFL has increased security at its offices following a shooting last month at a Manhattan building by a gunman authorities say was targeting league headquarters. 'We are working with the building and the other tenants within the building on building security,' NFL executive Jeff Miller said Thursday. The league previously recommended enhanced security measures at team and league facilities. The recommendations will be reviewed at a special league meeting on Aug. 26. NFL employees are back in their offices after working remotely in the weeks following the shooting that killed four people and injured a league employee. Investigators believe Shane Tamura, 27, of Las Vegas, was trying to get to the NFL offices after shooting several people in the building's lobby, then another in a 33rd-floor office on July 28, before he killed himself, authorities said. Police said Tamura had a history of mental illness, and a rambling note found on his body suggested that he had a grievance against the NFL over a claim that he suffered from chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a degenerative brain disease that can be diagnosed only by examining the brain after a person dies. Northwestern reaches settlement with football coach who was fired amid hazing scandal
Northwestern University has reached a settlement with former longtime football coach Pat Fitzgerald two years after he sued the prestigious school amid a team hazing scandal, attorneys and the school announced Thursday. 'Though I maintain Northwestern had no legal basis to terminate my employment for cause under the terms of my Employment Agreement, in the interest of resolving this matter and, in particular, to relieve my family from the stress of ongoing litigation, Northwestern and I have agreed to a settlement," Fitzgerald said in a statement through his attorneys. Details of the settlement weren't made public. The private university in the Chicago suburb of Evanston has been reeling from the scandal that rocked the athletic department. Former football players filed the first lawsuits in 2023, alleging sexual abuse and racial discrimination on the team. Similar allegations then spread across several sports. Fitzgerald was initially suspended then later fired after an investigation. The school concluded that he had a responsibility to know that hazing was occurring and should have stopped it. Fitzgerald denied wrongdoing and sued for $130 million. He alleged the school illegally terminated his employment and damaged his reputation, among other things. His case was set to go to trial in November. Last year, a judge consolidated his complaint and the student lawsuits for the discovery process. Dozens of students provided testimony that was used for both cases. The school settled lawsuits brought by former football players earlier this year. Fitzgerald said Thursday that the 'rush to judgement' following the lawsuits caused his family stress, embarrassment and reputational harm. 'I have engaged in a process of extensive fact and expert discovery, which showed what I have known and said all along — that I had no knowledge of hazing ever occurring in the Northwestern football program, and that I never directed or encouraged hazing in any way,' he said. On Thursday, Northwestern echoed the same sentiment. 'The evidence uncovered during extensive discovery did not establish that any player reported hazing to Coach Fitzgerald or that Coach Fitzgerald condoned or directed any hazing,' the university said in a statement. 'When presented with the details of the conduct, he was incredibly upset and saddened by the negative impact this conduct had on players within the program.' Northwestern hired former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch in July 2023 to lead an investigation into the culture of the school's athletic department. The school says it has since taken steps to improve, including adding more anti-hazing training requirements for athletes and additional steps to report hazing.
