A HOST of new and nostalgic goodies guaranteed to get shoppers buzzing are hitting supermarket shelves.
Treats and drinks from major brands including Bacardi, Cadbury and Mars are being launched this Spring and Summer.

From an iconic Malteser flavour that's not been on sale for over 10 years to a never-before-seen Skittle flavour, there's something for everyone.
Here are all launches and re-launches set to get shoppers going wild over the coming months.
Skittles Citrus
The Sun exclusively revealed earlier this month the new Skittles Citrus pouches would be hitting shelves this Spring and Summer.
The 109g and 136g packs contain five new flavours: Orange, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin and Blood Orange.
Mars, which makes the sweets, said the Citrus pouches will be available across all the major supermarkets.
However, we only spotted them on sale at Asda currently, where the 136p pouch costs 98p.
Some shoppers online say they've found them in smaller convenience stores as well.
Tropical Refreshers

Swizzels has unveiled a new Tropical Refreshers flavour to mark 70 years since the classic sweet was first launched.
The fresh flavour, combining mango and pineapple, is available in stores now.
We couldn't see it on sale at the bigger supermarket chains, however you can buy a 20-pack on Amazon for £15.
Which chocolate bars have been discontinued in the UK?
Shoppers have been quick to share their glee after finding out about the new flavour.
Posting on Facebook, one said: "These look like they will taste amazing."
While another said: "OMG yesss, I need."
Bacardi Breezers
Kids from the 90s and 00s will be buzzing to hear Bacardi is launching three new Breezer flavours in supermarkets and convenience shops.
Shoppers can pick up the alcopop in three flavours: Zesty Orange, Zingy Lime and Crispy Watermelon.
B&M will start stocking them from July, Aldi from August and Sainsbury's from September, priced at £2 per bottle.
Bacardi has also said they'll be available in convenience stores from July.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Iced Latte
The Sun also exclusively revealed this month Cadbury is launching a new Dairy Milk flavour - Iced Latte.
Shoppers will be able to pick up the bar from major retailers from next month.
Cadbury is also launching four limited-edition Dairy Milk Summer Edition bars with packaging that changes colour based on temperature.
The new chocolate bars will hit shelves in June and be available throughout the summer period for £2 a piece.
Cadbury Twirl White Dipped

Cadbury is also adding another new chocolate bar to its line up on June 2 - Twirl White Dipped.
The bar combines the classic flaked Twirl milk chocolate dipped in white chocolate.
The bar is only limited edition though, so you'll want to be quick if you want to grab one when it launches.
A price for the new bar is yet to be revealed.
White Maltesers
Mars is bringing back White Maltesers after they were last seen on shelves 10 years ago.
The snack is expected to return to supermarkets and independent stores on June 16.
The treat first launched in 2003 but was taken off shelves back in 2014.
Since then, social media has been awash with pleas from shoppers calling on them to bring the iconic flavour back.
Including comments from punters who said the creamy honeycomb bites were the "best thing" they had ever had.
How to save money on chocolate
We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.

Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars.
Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

Rachel Reeves to announce £8BILLION over ten years to fix crumbling flood defences
is set to announce nearly £8 billion for flood defences in a ten-year infrastructure pledge. Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses will see better protections over the next decade, ministers have said. It will be part of £725 billion in capital spending on the country's infrastructure, about half of which is new promised money. The Chancellor will unveil the plan this week alongside Keir Starmer and Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner in a bid to offer certainty for businesses. It will cover transport, housing and public services. About half of the £725 billion was allocated in last week's Spending Review, and the new part is a 'commitment' for the following five years – funded through borrowing. The flooding money will be used to build new defences and repair existing ones, as well as planting more trees to absorb water. It will be targeted at regions badly impacted by floods, including Yorkshire and the Midlands. Environment Secretary Steve Reed said Labour 'inherited crumbling flood defences', adding: 'This Government is taking urgent action with the largest flooding programme in our country's history.' Ms Reeves said a lack of investment in infrastructure has been ' holding back communities and stunting economic growth', adding: 'We are investing in Britain's future, brick by brick, road by road and track by track.' The Centre for Policy Studies said public spending had rocketed since pre-Covid levels to the equivalent of £24,095 per adult. Health spending will reach £4,056 per adult by 2028-29 – a 22 per cent real-terms rise since before the pandemic. A spokesman described the levels of state spending as 'not sustainable'.

Return to the 1970s as Angela Rayner's law could see walkouts triggered by just 10% of workforce
was last night accused of delivering a 'strikers' charter' with new laws which would allow industrial action to be triggered with the support of just 10 per cent of the workforce. Business leaders and political opponents say the Employment Rights Bill, currently being debated in the Lords, should be dubbed the 'Unemployment Bill' because of the burden it will place on already struggling companies. Last week, economic growth figures showed that the UK economy shrank by 0.3 per cent in April, worse than the 0.1 per cent decline predicted. In spite of this – as well as firms warning they are being pushed to breaking point by the Chancellor's £25 billion National Insurance raid – Deputy Prime Minister Ms Rayner is pressing ahead with plans to give staff enhanced employment rights. Central to the plans will be the repeal of Tory trade union laws which will reduce the threshold for strike action and make union funding of the Labour Party automatic – with an 'opt-in' provision – rather than optional. It is likely to see a return to the industrial unrest of the 1970s when strikes could be triggered by a small number of activists. Labour's own analysis says the Bill will cost businesses £4.5 billion a year, l ead to the loss of 50,000 jobs and increase prices in the shops. Union chiefs will also be given a legal right to enter any workplace to recruit and organise, while the 40 per cent vote threshold for union recognition could be slashed to just 2 per cent of staff. The laws pave the way for ministers to decree only one in 50 workers in a bargaining unit negotiating with employers would need to support a union in order for a formal process to start. When combined with the expected abolition of the 50 per cent turnout rule for a strike ballot, the Tories say action could be triggered by as few as one in ten workers. It means that, for example, in an office of 1,000 people, just nine employees could vote – and only five votes in favour – for a strike to be called. The Bill also includes an end to zero hours contracts; the right to unfair dismissal from the first day; strengthened collective redundancy rights; enhanced sick pay; stronger tipping rights; more family-friendly rights, and extra parental and bereavement leave rights. Shadow Business Secretary Andrew Griffith said: 'This Bill should be renamed the 'Unemployment Bill', because that is exactly what it will do. 'Unions will grind the country to a halt, causing havoc with strikes supported by just 10 per cent of the workforce. This is nothing but an extreme union charter that Rayner hopes will take us back to the 1970s. Once again, Labour are putting party first country second – and the grubby quid pro quo at the heart of the deal proves it.' Jonny Haseldine, head of business environment at the British Chambers of Commerce said the legislation 'does not strike the right balance' and provisions in the Bill would be 'deeply worrying for employers'. Mr Haseldine said: 'There's a high risk of consequences that could limit employment opportunities and economic growth. 'The Government needs to help businesses innovate and be more productive. By adding more restrictions the Bill jeopardises all of this – creating a lose-lose scenario for everyone.' He added: 'Planned changes to dismissal rules and trade union ballot thresholds, for example, are some of the critical areas that need to be revisited.' A government spokesman said: 'The old strike laws clearly didn't work, with the UK losing more days to industrial action than any year since the 1980s. Our Employment Rights Bill is fundamental to delivering our Plan for Change.'

Prioritise British workers if you want government contracts, Labour tells companies
Labour will tell companies that they must prioritise British workers if they want to win contracts to build roads, hospitals and power plants. Downing Street is to rewrite the bidding rules for public projects so that firms are required to demonstrate how they will create jobs in the UK. The move is designed to ensure that taxpayers feel more of the benefits from Rachel Reeves's £725 billion spending spree on infrastructure. The Chancellor said the sum would be spent over the next 10 years to fix 'crumbling' roads and public buildings and to deliver more houses. Pat McFadden, the Cabinet Office minister, told The Telegraph: 'Whether it's building roads, railways or schools, we want to open up opportunities on major infrastructure projects for firms that boost British jobs and skills. 'The new rules will deliver on our Plan for Change by rewarding companies that put money in working people's pockets as we invest in the country's future.' Public bodies will have to give greater weight to bids that prioritise British workers by either creating more jobs or boosting skills and education. That could include creating more apprenticeships and industry placements, or by opening up roles for young people leaving foster care and prison. Ministers will introduce a requirement for public bodies to monitor companies and make sure that they are following through on the promises they made. Whitehall departments, councils and quangos have to apply rules around economic, social and environmental benefits when awarding contracts. Those rules will now be rewritten to prioritise British jobs, with the changes expected to be introduced following a consultation with businesses. Downing Street hopes the reforms will mean that communities, in particular across the north of England, feel greater benefits from infrastructure spending. Ms Reeves is set to spend over £100 billion on projects in former industrial areas after rewriting Treasury rules to divert investment away from London. The splurge is the latest sign of No 10's jitters over Reform which, fuelled by a surge in support across the Red Wall, has taken a lead in the polls. Nigel Farage's party has attempted to outflank Labour to the left on jobs by committing to the reindustrialisation of former manufacturing heartlands. It has pledged to reopen coal mines and steelworks and to bring utilities such as electricity and water at least 50 per cent back into public ownership. Ms Reeves is pinning her hopes on infrastructure spending to turn around the UK's ailing economy and cancel out the damage from her budget tax rises. She said: 'For too long, our infrastructure – our schools and hospitals, or our roads and bridges – have been left to crumble, holding back communities and stunting economic growth. 'This was a dereliction of duty by previous governments overseeing an era of managed decline, but it ends with this one. 'We are investing in Britain's future, brick by brick, road by road and track by track. The strategy will rebuild people's pride in their homes, while growing the economy, and putting more money in people's pockets.' Earlier this year, the Chancellor rewrote her fiscal rules to change how national debt is calculated and free up £50 billion for long-term investment projects. It means that over the next decade at least £725 billion will be spent on major projects such as new nuclear power plants, hospitals and roads. Ms Reeves will this week unveil Labour's long-awaited infrastructure strategy, which will set out how ministers plan to achieve value for money. It includes setting up a National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority to help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. But the spending spree will fuel further concerns about spiralling national debt and the prospect of more damaging tax rises coming in autumn. The Tories warned that Labour is set to spend almost £80 billion more on interest payments by the end of the decade than had previously been planned. Sir Mel Stride, the shadow chancellor, said the figures showed that Ms Reeves has a 'debt addiction', which is causing her to throw 'money down the drain'. He said: 'Rachel Reeves hasn't turned on the spending taps, she's recklessly opened the spending floodgates. 'This is unsustainable, dishonest and deeply irresponsible. Hard-working families will be left to pay the price.'
