As someone who covers deals, I've learned that sometimes, the best price drops come at the most random times.
Take the Beats Studio Buds +. I've seen them drop in price to $129.95 enough times that that price stopped feeling like a deal worth reporting on. During shopping holidays, these earbuds might drop a bit lower to $119. Yet, it's during a random March day that I spot the Beats Studio Buds + are down to a new record low price of $99.95 at Amazon, slashing an impressive $70 off their list price (and putting them at the same sale price as the older and cheaper Beats Studio Buds).
Though these earbuds came to the scene in 2023, they're still an especially good choice for folks who want strong Apple integration in their earbuds, without paying Apple prices. (At the time of writing, the cheapest ANC you can get with AirPods is for $148.99, thanks to a sale price on the AirPods 4).

When I tested them in 2024 for our best noise-cancelling earbuds roundup, I found they acted incredibly similar to AirPods in how they paired with my phone and in their battery life — like the AirPods Pro, they offer six hours per charge with ANC on. (Unlike the Pros, their case has 36 hours of battery to the Pros 30).
You will miss out on spatial audio with head tracking and the ANC isn't quite on par with the Pros, but you still get great sound quality that delivers plenty of bass, while still providing plenty of balance (which does help, considering there's no companion app with an adjustable equalizer).
In addition to their fun aesthetics, I found that the Beats also fit better in my ear than any pair of AirPods ever has, but they still favor button to touch controls on the earbuds themselves, which made the wear experience especially great. Obviously, everyone's ears are different, but if you've never been a fan of the fit of Apple earbuds, Beats might be worth checking out.

Apple Event to Put Focus on ‘Existential Risk' of AI Struggles
Apple Inc. shares have been heavily tethered to US trade policies this year, but its annual developer's conference could refocus Wall Street's attention on a potentially bigger problem: its struggles with artificial intelligence. The iPhone maker's WWDC event kicks off Monday and isn't expected to feature much in the way of major AI releases. That could shine a light on Apple's shortfalls with the critical technology, threatening further weakness for its shares with few obvious catalysts on the horizon to turn things around.

Is iOS 19 the same as iOS 26? Apple to unveil major update tonight at WWDC 2025
By Aditya Bhagchandani Published on June 9, 2025, 12:46 IST Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2025 kicks off tonight at 10:30 PM IST, and all eyes are on the company's next major iOS update. But there's growing confusion: is Apple releasing iOS 19 or iOS 26? According to several reports, the new version is the same update — only the name is changing. Why iOS 19 is now being called iOS 26 For months, the upcoming iPhone software update has been referred to as iOS 19. However, reliable sources now suggest Apple will rebrand the update as iOS 26, aligning the version number with the current year. This move is intended to modernize Apple's software naming system and make it easier for both users and developers to track updates. If the renaming happens, it's likely to extend across Apple's other platforms — iPadOS 26, macOS 26, and watchOS 26 — ensuring a consistent, year-based naming structure going forward. iOS 26 features: what to expect from tonight's launch Apple's new iOS version is expected to deliver the biggest design change since iOS 7. Inspired by VisionOS, the interface may feature glass-like effects, translucent layers, and rounded icons, creating a smoother and more welcoming user experience across iPhones, iPads, and Macs. AI will play a larger role too. Apple is expected to improve Siri with generative AI, allowing for smarter in-app suggestions, better battery management, and more responsive assistance. This follows tools introduced in iOS 18 like Genmoji and Image Playground but goes further in scope. New apps and system improvements The update could also include: A new Games app replacing Game Center Live Translate via AirPods An Apple Health+ suite with food tracking and AI wellness suggestions Messages app support for RCS , enhancing communication with Android users Charging time estimate on lock screen A system-wide Reader Mode Updated App Store labels Enhanced public Wi-Fi connection tools A bilingual Arabic-English keyboard eSIM transfer support to Android phones What to expect from WWDC 2025 While leaks and reports have provided early glimpses, Apple traditionally keeps some features under wraps until the keynote. Whether branded iOS 19 or iOS 26, tonight's update could mark a significant shift in how millions of users interact with their iPhones. Stay tuned for the official reveal, as Apple outlines its software future with a fresh design language and deeper AI integration. WWDC 2025: Apple to unveil iOS 26's Liquid Glass design, setting stage for 20th-anniversary iPhone
By Aditya Bhagchandani Published on June 9, 2025, 12:12 IST Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2025 keynote is set to begin tonight at 10:30 PM IST, and one of the most anticipated announcements is the unveiling of iOS 26's new Liquid Glass design. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, this major interface overhaul is not just a visual upgrade—it's a stepping stone toward the future of Apple's hardware, especially the company's 20th-anniversary iPhone expected in 2027. iOS 26 brings Apple's biggest UI shift since iOS 7 The Liquid Glass design introduces a futuristic, seamless aesthetic inspired by visionOS—the operating system that powers Apple's Vision Pro. The new design emphasizes translucency, floating menus, reflective elements, and layered depth effects to create a visually immersive experience. Toolbars, notifications, and menus are expected to gain dynamic and context-aware transparency as part of Apple's broader 'Solarium' interface language. This update marks the most significant design transformation since iOS 7 and reflects a deep integration of Apple's software and hardware ambitions. Importantly, the Liquid Glass interface will also appear across macOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS to ensure a unified experience across devices. The 20th-anniversary iPhone: Apple's 'Glasswing' concept Gurman also reports that the Liquid Glass UI has been engineered with Apple's future hardware in mind—specifically a new iPhone model internally codenamed 'Glasswing'. Expected to launch in 2027 to mark the iPhone's 20th anniversary, this device is said to feature curved glass that wraps around the entire body, eliminating visible bezels and front-facing cutouts. The anniversary iPhone is rumored to include under-display Face ID and camera technology, offering a truly edge-to-edge display. The combined aesthetic and engineering innovations suggest Apple is aiming for a major leap in industrial design and user interface coherence. WWDC 2025 is expected to set the tone for this vision, with iOS 26's Liquid Glass design serving as a foundational milestone in Apple's long-term strategy.
