Adriana Lima puts Brentwood mansion on the market for nearly $16M (complete with AI enhanced security system!)
Just three years after purchasing the home, the catwalk queen and her film producer husband Andre Lemmers, both 44, are now moving on from the luxurious mansion - which boasts the type of security a celebrity such as Adriana can appreciate.
The home is protected by laser beams that encircle the property and a security system enhanced by artificial intelligence, according to the Wall Street Journal.
'The property has AI-powered cameras that instantly recognize unfamiliar faces and can alert a live security team within seconds,' the listing's agent, Paul Salazar of Compass, told the New York Post.
The protection also includes 24/7 armed patrol service, automated perimeter alerts after hours, and even drawers in the primary suite that are secured via key-card access.
Adriana and her husband are now relinquishing the home, located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood and listed for $15,995,000, due to their limited time in the area.
'Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels,' they told The Wall Street Journal, who first reported the sale, via email.
The home has various luxurious amenities a celebrity could want and more - a primary suite decked out with fireplace and terrace, a resort-style backyard with pool, and a state-of-the-art home theater with more than $100k in concealed AV equipment and 'acoustically transparent finishes', according to the listing.
As far as the basics, the property contains seven bathrooms and a total of eight bedrooms (which includes the detached guest house).
A multi-purpose space in the home can also be used as an office, den, or nursery.
For the car aficionado, the home has a two-vehicle garage along with a gated parking that can hold four more automobiles.
Outside in the backyard, the future homeowner can entertain friends and family by the fire pit while whipping up something special at the outdoor kitchen.
Home cooks will also appreciate the kitchen.
The home contains a discreet chef's kitchen, where an 8-burner Wolf range, Miele fridge and freezer, and walk-in pantry can be found.
Bottles of vino can also be stored in a climate controlled wine rack.
And for those who love the custom furniture and collectible lighting fixtures currently on display - those can also be purchased.
'High-end buyers at this price point, they're willing to pay a premium to not go through the process of picking out furniture,' Paul told WSJ.
The sale comes less than a year after Adriana and Andre announced they had said 'I do.'
Adriana revealed she had married her partner Andre just before Christmas 2024, announcing the happy news on Instagram with a snap of her jaw-dropping rings.
The model captioned the snap: 'Officially Mrs Lima Lemmers AKA Limers [ring emoji and bride emoji].'
Andre is a film producer and unlike Adriana he does not have a presence on social media.
He has been the CEO of MiLu Entertainment since 2014 and he is also a partner at Hollywood Gang Productions.
The pair began dating at the start of 2021, before making their red carpet debut as a couple at Venice Film Festival that year.
They then welcomed their first child together in August 2022, a baby boy called Cyan Lima Lemmers.
A source close to the couple told People at the time that their son's name was 'inspired by the beautiful colors of the water across the globe in destinations like the Maldives, Bahamas, and Bora Bora.
The Victoria's Secret alum and her husband announced they had wed in late 2024
'Cyan is the color between green and blue in the color spectrum.'
They added the 'baby already has mummy's lips and eyes' adding that 'mum and baby are at home and healthy.'
This is her third child as she already shares two daughters - Valentina, 15, and Sienna, 12 - with ex-husband and Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric, who she split from in 2014.

Royal Whip run could determine Zahraan plans
Impressive when climbing the ladder earlier in the season, Johnny Murtagh's talented colt lost little in defeat when narrowly failing to reel in Amiloc at Royal Ascot and with Group One entries having been made for later in the season, he faces another examination of his potential as he takes on star older horse Los Angeles in this red-hot Group Three event. Murtagh said: 'Everything has gone smoothly since Ascot. He ran great in the King Edward VII Stakes and he came out of it well. We gave him plenty of time to get over it and we're looking forward now to going to the Curragh. 'It's a tough looking race but it will tell us where we're going for the rest of the season. We hope it goes well at the weekend and we will get that out of the way first then make a plan.' The Aidan O'Brien-trained Los Angeles heads the market for the 10-furlong contest, but he is on a retrieval mission after disappointing when a well-beaten favourite in the Prince of Wales's Stakes at the Royal meeting. The proven quality in the line-up, last year's Irish Derby winner is unbeaten at this venue and connections will be hoping the return to Kildare proves inspirational in this stopping point en-route to the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe. O'Brien also looks to hold a strong hand in the Comer Group International Irish St Leger Trial, where Puppet Master has been tasked with enhancing the handler's fine record in the race. Willie Mullins will saddle the consistent Absurde in opposition, while Dallas Star will bid to continue Adrian Murray's dream run at the Curragh after last weekend's big-race double. Murray said: 'He will be going with a chance. He's a good horse without being probably a top-draw horse, but a race like this should suit him. 'He got within a couple of lengths of Kyprios earlier in the season and it takes a good horse to do that and I do think he will run a big race. 'He's probably a little bit short of being that top, top horse, but you'd like to think he can be competitive and I think this trip will be key to him and his forte down the road. I guess we'll know more after the race on Saturday evening.' Murray also has strong claims in the Listed Mitsubishi Electric Curragh Irish EBF Curragh Stakes with Ipanema Queen, who impressed over a furlong extra here on debut. Although struggling to make an impression in what has proven a strong renewal of the Albany Stakes, the daughter of Sands Of Mali bumped into an above-average type when second to Havana Anna in the Marwell Stakes at Naas and is fancied to hit the frame in her second outing at five furlongs. Murray added: 'I expect her to run a nice race, the horses are all very well in themselves and I couldn't be happier with how they are going. 'She's a course winner and when you've won there it's a plus. We're happy to let her take her chance and she's in great form.'

Tarek El Moussa gets battery charge from Las Vegas scuffle dismissed - after fulfilling certain conditions
Tarek El Moussa is no longer in legal jeopardy after he was charged with misdemeanor battery following a Las Vegas scuffle - his case has now been dismissed. According to court records obtained by the Daily Mail, El Moussa, 43, was facing a misdemeanor battery charge over the incident, but he was able to participate in the court's Pre-Prosecution Diversion Program where he was ordered to complete 'impulse control counseling' and to 'stay out of trouble.' El Moussa was able to show proof that he completed the diversion program requirements, and a judge dismissed his case on Aug. 5. has reached out to a representative for El Moussa for comment but did not immediately hear back. The altercation occurred in June at The Palazzo at the Venetian hotel between Tarek and another male, whose identity has yet to be revealed, as confirmed by a spokesperson for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Witnesses claimed that Tarek drove his knee into the man's head, knocking him out. The HGTV personality was cited for battery for the incident but was not arrested over it. Tarek's wife, Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa, was present at the time, but had no involvement in the physical violence. TMZ obtained a Las Vegas Metropolitan PD report that alleged the violent bust-up was captured on casino surveillance video. According to the report, the fight kicked off after Tarek's alleged victim allegedly bumped into the HGTV star's father's chair at a roulette table inside The Palazzo. The bump-in reportedly upset Tarek's father, who allegedly turned around in his seat to face the man. After Tarek's father turned his back, the man allegedly tapped him on the right shoulder and said something to him that reportedly caused Tarek, who was seated near his father, to get involved. Tarek allegedly got up from his seat and 'charged at the man, pushing him back before the two got into a 'fighting stance.'' As per the police report, Tarek's adversary allegedly went for the star's legs in an attempt to take him down. But Tarek allegedly proceeded to knee the man to the floor. The police then claimed that Tarek 'mounted the man's back and pummeled him with three blows to the head.' A source told at the time that Tarek was defending his elderly father when the squabble occurred (Las Vegas sign pictured April 2017) After the 'three blows to the head,' Tarek allegedly 'got up and walked away.' The incident was called in as an 'assault/battery' and the alleged victim told police that he wanted to press charges. The report claimed that the man suffered several injuries as a result of the casino altercation, including 'purple and red bruises under the right eye and a cut on the bridge of his nose.' The police said that the alleged victim's account of the fight with Tarek differed slightly from what they had viewed on the hotel's surveillance footage. According to cops, the man claimed he was 'aggressively approached' by Tarek at the roulette table before allegedly being 'assaulted' by him. The man insisted he was trying to defend himself. Tarek was also interviewed by police. He insisted that he only confronted the man to 'protect his Dad due to him having back problem.' However, Tarek stopped speaking with cops after his Miranda rights were read, according to TMZ. In a statement to the outlet at the time, Tarek's attorneys David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld said: 'Tarek intends to contest these allegations in a court of law where he will assert his right to self-defense and the defense of his elderly and infirmed father.'

Hateful anti-white posts of woke writer for prestigious Conde Nast magazine
A staff writer for The New Yorker has sparked backlash over a slew of shocking anti-white tweets. Doreen St. Felix, a journalist who has also written for Vogue and Time Magazine, swiftly deleted her social media after X users brought up her tweets about how 'whiteness fills me with a lot of hate.' In other tweets, she wrote that 'whiteness must be abolished', that she 'would be heartbroken if I had kids with a white guy' and that white people's lack of hygiene once started a plague. 'I hate white men,' the 33 year-old Haitian-American writer said in yet another post, which was first highlighted by conservative journalist Chris Rufo. 'You all are the worst. Go nurse your f***ing Oedipal complexes and leave the earth to the browns and the women.' St. Felix found her corrosive missives in the spotlight after writing for the Conde Nast-owned magazine about the controversy surrounding actress Sydney Sweeney 's American Eagle jeans campaign. The article slammed Sweeney's fans for 'wanting to recruit her as a kind of Aryan princess', and said there were plenty of reasons' not to like the actress's advert. Social media users flooded the New Yorker's X post on the article with St Felix's tweets, with one responding: 'She doesn't seem very neutral...' 'I think it may not be about the jeans,' another said, with screenshots of the writer's inflammatory tweets, some of which date back a decade. In one of the resurfaced posts, St Felix admitted that she 'writes like no white is watching.' St Felix's fascination with the Earth before whites continued in other posts, with one saying that 'we lived in perfect harmony w/ the earth pre whiteness.' 'All humans are not the reason the earth is in peril,' she wrote. 'White capitalism is.' Despite her disdain for capitalism, St Felix appears to benefit from its fruits. Her address listed as a $1.3 million home in a gated Brooklyn community which faces a pretty marina. In another post from 2015, she said that 'it's really gonna suck when we have a white president again.' 'White people, who literally started a plague because they couldn't wash their asses, need never say they taught black people hygiene,' she said in another. In one confusing take, St Felix said that 'middle class white people think hospitals are places to go when you're sick - that the police are who you go to when you need safety.' St Felix deleted her social media after the tweets resurfaced, and she could not be reached for comment. Daily Mail has contacted Conde Nast and the New Yorker for reaction to St Felix's missives. St Felix has been a staff writer at The New Yorker since 2017, and is a regular contributor to the weekly column Critics Notebook, according to her New Yorker profile. She was previously editor-at-large at Lenny Letter, a newsletter by actress Lena Dunham, and was a culture writer at MTV News. In 2016, the year after many of her tweets about white people were sent, she was named on Forbes' '30 Under 30' media list. In 2017, she was a finalist for a National Magazine Award for Columns and Commentary, and, in 2019, she won in the same category.
