Spread over three levels, the principal residence exudes timeless appeal, accentuated by timber beams, bare brick walls, and expansive windows that welcome ample natural light.
Yet, there is one particular aspect that might dissuade prospective buyers. The Clevedon house sits directly beneath the M5 motorway.
Being a principal artery connecting the South West to the Midlands, the M5 is perpetually busy and could be a source of disturbance.
Reflecting on the listing, one commenter expressed concern: "Surely sleep is impossible."
Another shared similar reservations about its siting, saying: "I would live in constant irrational fear that a car would land on my house."
Yet another chimed in: "Beautiful property but couldn't get past the M5 being above."
Nonetheless, some saw the competitive pricing as a bonus for such an attractive abode. One person noted: "Not being funny that property would be double if it wasn't under the M5."
One more commented on the ideal nature of the home sans M5: "Without the M5 it would be like the perfect house."
Others stood up for the location, suggesting that over time, one can acclimatise to the sounds of cars whizzing past.
One local insisted: "The noise isn't that bad, you get used to it." Meanwhile, another sarcastically quipped: "In all fairness the M5 is at a standstill most weeks so probably not that noisy."
Estate agents have suggested that the holiday let could become rather lucrative owing to its prime location near the sought-after towns of Clevedon and Portishead.
Clevedon is a delightful coastal town positioned on the Bristol Channel, roughly 13 miles west of Bristol. Adjacent to the M5 corridor, it's an accessible retreat for tourists.
Top sites include the Victorian pier, National Trust property of Clevdon Court and The Marine Lake.

Silverstone replica mown into historic Stowe Gardens
A replica of Silverstone has been mown into parkland at a nearby National Trust property as part of a new partnership between the circuit and the historic Gardens in Buckinghamshire and the Northamptonshire motorsport venue are undertaking a three-year project to "fast-track" nature conservation and boost biodiversity in the at this weekend's British Grand Prix will be encouraged to donate towards the scheme, which will see upgrades to a four-mile (6.5km) parkland Trust Stowe's general manager Tanya Brittain said the eventual aim was to have a "nature superhighway connecting the two sites".
