Prince William and Kate Middleton's Family Weekend Routine Revealed
Prince William and Kate Middleton's weekends sound oh-so relatable, despite being royal and all.
The royal couple, who have been married since 2011 and share three kids–, and –were in attendance at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday, for the Wales vs. England Six Nations Match.
🎬 🎬
Ahead of the tense matchup, William and Kate (who famously root for rival teams) visited some of the injured rugby players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, a 53-year-old charity that William currently serves as the patron of.
During their appearance, the pair offered a glimpse into their weekend routine as a family of five and it's really not all that different from the chaotic schedule of parents and caregivers all over the world.
"At weekends we go from one competition to the next," the doting dad of three said at the March 15 event, per the Daily Mail.
"Louis is 6 and he's just started touch rugby and George is 11 and he plays a bit more," the Princess of Wales, 43, added. "They do really enjoy it, actually."
Following the game, which was won 68-14 by England (Kate's team), the duo went back to visit with the rest of the players in the locker rooms, per the outlet.
This was the first rugby tournament appearance from William and Kate in a few years, with the couple skipping last year's event to allow the princess time to heal from a planned abdominal surgery and undergo cancer treatment, which she ultimately completed this past fall.
In the past few months since Kate revealed the good health news, she has slowly returned to her royal duties.
On Monday, she continued that progress and attended the Irish Guards' St Patrick's Day parade in a solo outing to award "long service and good conduct medals to soldiers and present the traditional sprigs of shamrock to officers and guardsmen at Wellington Barracks in London," per the publication.

Youth centre reopens after £1.9m refurb
A youth project has officially reopened following a £1.9m refurbishment. The Warren Youth Project in Hull provides support for young people including mental health counselling, creative arts programmes, and advice on housing and employment. The refurbishment of its base on Queens Dock Avenue was funded by the Youth Investment Fund and includes a fully equipped music recording studio, mental health and well-being zones, a youth theatre and dance space, kitchen facilities, and a rooftop terrace. Ryan Miller, 25, who uses the service, said: "Having a space like The Warren has legitimately saved my life on more than one occasion. It's a place where you can be unapologetically yourself." The Warren has been operating in Hull since 1983. In the past year alone, it supported more than 1,400 young people and delivered over 18,000 sessions. Much of its work is to support young people who struggle to thrive in traditional education settings or feel disconnected from mainstream society. The new features were proposed by the young people themselves to inspire creativity and help them pursue their passions. The Warren also provides free meals to anyone in need. Chief Executive JJ Tatten told BBC Radio Humberside: "They tell us what they need – and we provide it. That means what we do is more likely to be successful and have a real impact, because it's what young people actually want. "This is a space where young people can create for themselves." Cricket, 18, who uses the centre, said: "I've only been here a couple of months and it has already made a massive impact on my life." The centre is open Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 19:00 offering drop-in support, one-to-one mentoring and group workshops. A full programme of creative events is planned for the summer. Mr Tatten said: "The Warren brings people together. It brings people from different backgrounds and cultures into a non-judgemental space. There should be a charity like this in every city in the country." Sky Sports: Tottenham Hotspur have Joined the Race to Sign 24-year-old Premier League Star
Tottenham Hotspur Turn Up the Heat in Race for Semenyo Tottenham Hotspur have stepped up their interest in Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo, as reported by Sky Sports News, with the North London club seeking to bolster their attacking options ahead of a pivotal new era under expected incoming manager Thomas Frank. Advertisement According to Sky, 'Tottenham have stepped up their interest in Antoine Semenyo' with the Bournemouth star now firmly on Spurs' radar. The 24-year-old Ghana international, who impressed in the Premier League last season with his pace, power and direct style, fits the mould of the energetic, forward-thinking football Spurs are expected to play under Frank. Photo IMAGO Spurs Seek Firepower Amidst Rebuild Following the sacking of Ange Postecoglou, Tottenham are clearly not standing still. Their pursuit of Semenyo signals ambition and a desire to reshape the attack. With the future of Richarlison uncertain and Heung-Min Son not getting any younger, investing in a dynamic, goal-hungry talent like Semenyo makes long-term sense. Advertisement Crucially, Spurs are not alone in admiring the Bournemouth striker. Sky Sports confirmed, 'Manchester United also remain admirers of the Bournemouth forward', despite their primary focus being elsewhere. The Red Devils had a £55 million bid for Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo rejected, and they are 'expected to follow-up with another offer'. Mbeumo Chase Gives Spurs Opening This transfer window has turned into a game of dominoes. Manchester United's aggressive pursuit of Mbeumo, who is also 'on the list at Spurs' according to Sky, has seemingly opened the door for Tottenham to act swiftly on Semenyo. United appear to be focused on Mbeumo for now, while Spurs may see a chance to move ahead in the queue for Semenyo without immediate pressure from their rivals. Given the growing price tag Brentford have attached to Mbeumo, Spurs' interest may be shifting toward a more attainable, and arguably better value, option. Photo: IMAGO Semenyo's Rise and Appeal Semenyo's stock has quietly risen in the last 12 months. A key figure in Andoni Iraola's attacking setup, he has developed into a versatile forward who can lead the line or play from wide areas. His ability to stretch defences and his powerful ball-carrying ability make him an ideal fit for high-tempo pressing football. Advertisement With Frank's appointment all but confirmed, his knowledge of Semenyo and the Premier League market could be a key factor in accelerating this deal. The incoming manager knows what it takes to succeed in England's top tier, and Semenyo might be one of his first major signings. As clubs like Manchester United continue to dominate headlines with expensive pursuits, Tottenham's more astute and calculated approach might just give them the upper hand in a race that could define their season. Our View – EPL Index Analysis From a Tottenham Hotspur fan's perspective, this news is massive. Antoine Semenyo is exactly the kind of player we've been crying out for — raw pace, physical presence and a real direct threat in the final third. After watching us play sideways football for most of last season, the thought of someone who actually runs at defenders is mouth-watering. Advertisement Also, the timing is perfect. With Thomas Frank expected to come in, you can already feel the direction the club wants to go. High-energy, flexible forwards are his bread and butter. If Semenyo is one of his first signings, it shows we're backing the new manager early — which we didn't really do with Ange, let's be honest. What I love most is that we're going toe-to-toe with United and might actually win. While they're busy throwing £55 million bids for Mbeumo, we could quietly wrap up a deal for Semenyo, who arguably fits our style better and is less of a risk. Let's not forget, Bournemouth gave us a tough time this season, and Semenyo was a big part of that. If you can't beat them, sign them. This move would be smart, shrewd and very Spursy — in the right way.

Love Island unleashes first series 12 bombshell leaving 1 Islander vulnerable
Love Island series 12 unleashed its first bombshell on Monday night's launch episode - and the move has left one Islander vulnerable. Toni, who is the first-ever American contestant to appear on the UK version of the dating show, strutted into the villa the greet host Maya Jama and the 12 initial contestants on Monday night (09.06.25). Maya then revealed Toni could choose to steal one of the lads - and she picked taxi driver Ben. That means marketing worker Shakira is now single. After asking her to stand up, Maya told her: "The good news is - you are not being dumped tonight." The other Islanders gave Shakira a round of applause, but it could be premature. Maya added: "But, you could be tomorrow night. "Shakira - you have 24 hours to find a connection with one of the boys in the villa. "If one of them decides to couple up with you then you are safe. "And one of the other girls will be dumped in your place. "As Toni has stolen Ben, they cannot be broken up. "If none of the boys want to recouple with you, sadly it will be you who is going home." Maya then addressed the six lads, saying: "Boys - are you happy in your couple? Or could you be happier? "It's time to find out who is here for the real reasons. "Who is willing to take risks to find The One? Or who is just playing it safe? "Girls - I suggest you keep your boys very close. "I'll see you soon. Take care." Ahead of entering the villa as this year's first bombshell, Las Vegas pool cabana server Toni, 24, admitted she is keen to date a Brit because she has found dating in America to be "a mess". She explained: "I live in cities that are fast-paced and party places; Las Vegas and Florida. "People are here for a good time, not a long time. I live in Sin City! I do love Las Vegas. "I've met some of the greatest people I've ever met there. "I'm willing to relocate, it would just break my heart to not have my job anymore. "I've lived in three different states and I'm still single. "It's time to try something new! I have some British friends and they're pretty charming. "I think all Americans love a good accent. British men are just more polite, with better manners." Love Island airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, and in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Play.
