Prince William and Kate Middleton's Family Weekend Routine Revealed

Prince William and Kate Middleton's weekends sound oh-so relatable, despite being royal and all. The royal couple, who have been married since 2011 and share three kids–, and –were in attendance at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday, for the Wales vs. England Six Nations Match. 🎬 🎬 Ahead of the tense matchup, William and Kate (who famously root for rival teams) visited some of the injured rugby players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, a 53-year-old charity that William currently serves as the patron of. During their appearance, the pair offered a glimpse into their weekend routine as a family of five and it's really not all that different from the chaotic schedule of parents and caregivers all over the world. "At weekends we go from one competition to the next," the doting dad of three said at the March 15 event, per the Daily Mail. "Louis is 6 and he's just started touch rugby and George is 11 and he plays a bit more," the Princess of Wales, 43, added. "They do really enjoy it, actually." Following the game, which was won 68-14 by England (Kate's team), the duo went back to visit with the rest of the players in the locker rooms, per the outlet. This was the first rugby tournament appearance from William and Kate in a few years, with the couple skipping last year's event to allow the princess time to heal from a planned abdominal surgery and undergo cancer treatment, which she ultimately completed this past fall. In the past few months since Kate revealed the good health news, she has slowly returned to her royal duties. On Monday, she continued that progress and attended the Irish Guards' St Patrick's Day parade in a solo outing to award "long service and good conduct medals to soldiers and present the traditional sprigs of shamrock to officers and guardsmen at Wellington Barracks in London," per the publication. Kate Middleton and Prince William Made Joint Appearance at Six Nations Rugby

Kate Middleton and Prince William have made their third joint appearance of the year. The royal couple joined forces to attend yesterday's Wales v England Six Nations Rugby game held at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. Although William and Middleton attended the game together, they were actually there to support different teams in a longstanding light-hearted rivalry. William is a Patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, while Middleton is a Patron of England's Rugby Football Union. This marks their first joint appearance at the rugby tournament since 2022. Before the game, the couple sat down with injured players in the stadium in a meeting arranged by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, of which William is also a Patron. "A pleasure to meet with players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust ahead of today's match in Cardiff," wrote the royal couple on X, also sharing the same message in Welsh. The couple then headed to the stands to watch the match, which saw England taking home the win with a score of 14-68. Middleton wore a sharp navy coat with gold buttons, which she paired with a black turtleneck. She wore her hair down in bouncy curls. Meanwhile, William wore a navy suit and coat with a red and white striped tie. The couple didn't attend the rugby match last year as Middleton was recovering from a recent abdominal surgery. In March of that year, she released a video announcing that she would be undergoing cancer treatment. As of January 2025, the Princess of Wales is officially in remission and has been slowly taking on more royal duties, though her schedule is still reportedly limited. This year, she has joined William for a Commonwealth Day celebration and a visit to Pontypridd, Wales. She also made a few solo appearances, visiting the hospital where she had treatment for cancer and even stepping out to do some shopping. She is also scheduled to make a solo appearance for St. Patrick's Day next week. Read the original article on InStyle
