Shah Rukh Khan's friend and producer Anand Pandit claims he offered Vaastu-based spiritual guidance to SRK before the release of Pathaan and Jawan.
After facing a turbulent patch with back-to-back flops like Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017) and Zero (2018), Shah Rukh Khan took a step back from acting—a break that stretched over five years due to the pandemic. But what changed? According to veteran producer and close friend Anand Pandit, a little bit of Vaastu may have helped shift the energy.
Speaking to SCREEN, Anand Pandit opened up about how Shah Rukh reached out to him during this transitional phase. 'When we became close, I started guiding him about a special form of Vaastu Shastra based on energy. We made certain energy adjustments in his home, and I'm glad it worked for him. He is humble enough to acknowledge it publicly," Pandit said, confirming that the actor consulted him before Pathaan and Jawan.
This aligns with a viral video from Pandit's 60th birthday bash in 2023, where SRK had joked, 'He's my spiritual guru. When one of my films flops, I call him to fix my house. He moves a mirror around, and the next thing you know, my films start working."
In 2023, SRK also starred in Dunki, which received mixed reviews but went on to earn ₹470 crore globally. With three commercial successes in a row, the superstar seems to have reclaimed his box-office throne.
Now, all eyes are on King—an upcoming action-thriller that pairs Shah Rukh with his daughter Suhana Khan in her big-screen debut. The ensemble cast includes Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Jackie Shroff, and Arshad Warsi, with Siddharth Anand directing.

Los Angeles-based DJ Allie Teilz, one of the very first accusers, reposted her decade-old Facebook post where she claimed Leto tried to force himself on her backstage. She also called the Dallas Buyers Club star 'Hollywood's most persistent predator in a kilt.' In another post, she said she was underage when the incident happened and claimed he knew it but didn't care. 'I was assaulted and traumatised by this creep when I was 17,' she wrote, adding, 'What he did was predatory, terrifying, and unacceptable.' In response to the accusations, Leto's rep said, 'Ms. Teilz's allegations are demonstrably false.' The outlet reported that Leto walked out of his room without any clothes on in front of her. Leto's representative claimed that their communication was not inappropriate and that La Rue had even applied to work for them. But La Rue denied ever applying. An anonymous woman who spoke to the outlet claimed she started texting Leto when she was underage. She alleged their encounters turned sexual when she was 18 and that one experience left her feeling uncomfortable. A fourth person claimed she met the actor at a café when she was 16, and said their conversations later made her uneasy. 'He'd ask things like, 'Have you ever had a boyfriend? Have you ever…' she said. 'He changed his voice, the way he talked. It scared me. That was the first time I thought, 'Oh my God, that's not just in movies.'' Another accuser said Leto called her late at night and made remarks that crossed the line. She speculated he might have been on drugs or something, to which Leto's team responded, saying he 'has not had a drink or used drugs in over 35 years.' Before his gigs at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on January 18 and 19, Chris, along with Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson, paid a sacred visit to the iconic Babulnath Temple. They were joined by Bollywood star Sonali Bendre and 'Swades' fame actress Gayatri Oberoi. Several images and videos went viral in which Chris, Dakota, Sonali and Gayatri were seen offering prayers. Dakota and Chris, who have now reportedly parted ways, embraced Indian culture with full devotion. Sonali and Gayatri also accompanied Dakota to the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai back in January. Dressed in traditional attire, the trio appeared to be in high spirits, engaging in a lively conversation as they made their way through the temple grounds. On Saturday, his comment under the latest Instagram post of his daughter Suhana Khan caught the attention of his eagle-eyed fans. Adidas India and Suhana shared a couple of pictures as a collaborative post. The post features Suhana flaunting flexible moves in athleisure wear. Reacting to Suhana's images, SRK commented, 'Looking so good!!' Suhana made her acting debut with Netflix's film 'The Archies' in 2023. It was directed by Zoya Akhtar. If reports are to be believed, Suhana will next be seen in 'King' with her dad Shah Rukh Khan. 'King' was supposed to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh earlier. However, Siddharth Anand, who directed SRK in 'Pathaan', later took over as the director. A few months ago, at an event in Dubai, SRK opened up about King, saying, 'I'm not just shooting it here, I'm shooting it in Mumbai now when I go back in a couple of months. My director, who is Sidharth Anand, is very strict. He made Pathaan. So he is very strict. He said, 'Don't tell people about the film, what you are doing in it.' So I can't tell you but I can assure you it will entertain you, you will have fun. I've used many we have run out of Shah Rukh Khan as Shah Rukh Khan in King. That was a bit of a show-off.'
