The acquisition enhances ISP's school portfolio in the Middle East, with 11 schools across Qatar and the UAE
Dubai, UAE June 2025: International Schools Partnership (iSP) has acquired Smart Vision School, an inclusive, family-oriented school in Al Barsha, Dubai. This strategic acquisition underscores ISP's commitment to ongoing investment in the education sector within the region, fuelling significant portfolio growth to 11 schools across Qatar and the UAE, including three in Doha, two in Abu Dhabi, and now six in Dubai.
Founded in 2014, Smart Vision School has built a strong reputation as a British Curriculum School, with students from the Foundation Stage (FS) to Year 8. The school's drive to provide a personalised, enquiry-based approach to learning and its commitment to shape confident and successful learners have made it a strong fit for ISP.

The acquisition makes Smart Vision School the eighth UAE school to be added to the ISP network. Globally, the group owns over 100 schools in 25 countries. Smart Vision School joins other ISP Schools in the Middle East, which include: The Aquila School, Nibras International School, Star International School, Al Twar, Star International School, Mirdif, and The English College in Dubai; Aspen Heights British School, and Reach British School in Abu Dhabi; and The Hamilton International School, Park House English School and Durham School for Girls in Qatar.
ISP will develop the physical and operational infrastructure of Smart Vision School, including expanding the current building to accommodate a secondary section and creating specialised learning areas, to take the school into its next phase of growth. This expansion will enable Smart Vision School to become a full FS through to Year 13 school, offering a comprehensive British Curriculum.
The partnership will also focus on empowering Smart Vision School's educators through access to ISP's global network of over 14,000 professionals and extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities. This includes peer-led training and participation in communities of practice, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, students will benefit from an enriched curriculum and access to ISP's unique Learning Opportunities.

Manchester City concluded a $150 million spending spree ahead of the Club World Cup by announcing the signing of Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan on Wednesday. The 26-year-old Reijnders moved for an initial fee of 55 million euros ($63 million) and is the second midfielder — after France playmaker Rayan Cherki — to join City in the special June 1-10 transfer window created to allow sides in the 32-team Club World Cup to reshape their squads. City paid Lyon $41 million for Cherki and also signed Algeria left back Rayan Aït-Nouri from Wolverhampton for $42 million. Reijnders said he was 'ecstatic' to be joining City. 'It is also a dream come true to play in the Premier League,' he said. King's College School Wimbledon to Open 1st UAE Campus on Fahid Island
The British school will bring its K–12 curriculum to a new waterfront campus on Abu Dhabi's luxury island development in 2028. Jun 09, 2025 One of the UK's most prestigious schools, King's College School Wimbledon, is heading to Abu Dhabi. The British institution will open its first UAE campus on Fahid Island, a new high-end development being built off the coast of the capital. The school is expected to open in September 2028, with space for around 2,200 students from kindergarten to year 13. The campus will be part of Fahid Island's wider development, which includes luxury homes, resorts, and beachfront facilities. The school will sit within a master-planned community being developed by Aldar Properties. The move is part of a partnership between Aldar Education and King's College School, marking the latter's first entry into the Gulf region following previous expansions into China and Thailand. The announcement adds to a growing number of high-profile UK schools setting up in the region, including Harrow and Brighton College.
