Alia Bhatt paid homage to the classic saree Rekha wore in the iconic film Silsila. Alia's drape, envisioned by celebrity fashion stylist Rhea Kapoor, was brought to life by couturier Tarun Tahiliani.
Alia donned the celebratory look for the special screening of Rekha's movie Umrao Jaan in Mumbai. Rooted in tradition yet unmistakably modern, the classic fluid Tarun Tahiliani saree was paired with a fluted blouse featuring raffia detailing on the collar.
