
PNC Infratech emerges as L-1 bidder for 1200 MW solar power project
According to an exchange filing, the tender involves setting up 1200 MW ISTS-connected solar power projects integrated with 600 MW/2400 MWh Energy Storage Systems (ESS) under a Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) framework, featuring a Green Shoe Option. PNC Infratech quoted a competitive tariff of Rs 3.13 per kWh.
Out of the total capacity, PNC Infratech has been awarded a 300 MW ISTS solar power project paired with a 150 MW/600 MWh ESS at the quoted price. The selection was made through an electronic reverse auction held on 15 July 2025.
The project timeline includes a Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) set at 24 months from the effective date of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), with the PPA operation period extending for 25 years from the SCSD.

Its other business includes providing project management / construction contracts/consultancy assignment services and trading of power. The scrip added 0.51% to settle at Rs 88.55 on the BSE.

Patel Chem Specialities SME IPO: Issue price band fixed at ₹82-84/share
Patel Chem Specialities, a manufacturer of starch-based pharmaceutical excipients, on Thursday fixed the price at ₹82-84 per share for its ₹58.80 crore initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will open on July 25 and conclude on July 29. The shares of the company will be listed on BSE's SME platform, Patel Chem Specialities said in a statement. The public issue is entirely a fresh issue of up to 70 lakh equity shares. Proceeds from the issue will be utilised to set up a plant at Indrad, Mahesana, for manufacturing Croscarmellose Sodium (CCS), Sodium Starch Glycolate (SSG) Corn Starch Base & Potato Starch Base and Calcium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and general corporate purposes. Incorporated in 2008, Patel Chem Specialities is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of pharmaceutical excipients and specialty chemicals. As of FY25, the company has an installed production capacity of 7,200 MT per year, with a capacity utilisation rate of 89 per cent. "The IPO proceeds will fuel our strategic expansion and strengthen our presence in both domestic and international markets. The upcoming facility at Indrad, Mehsana will help us meet rising demand for key products like CCS, SSG, and Calcium CMC, and support our focus on innovation and customer-driven solutions," Bhupesh Patel, MD at Patel Chem Specialities, said. In FY25, the company reported operating revenue of ₹105.09 crore and net profit of ₹10.57 crore. Cumulative Capital and Unistone Capital are the book-running lead managers and MUFG Intime India is the registrar for the issue.

Elevation Capital sells Rs 226 crore worth shares in Ixigo parent Le Travenues Technology
Elevation Capital (formerly Saif Partners India) has sold 1.01 crore shares in Le Travenues Technology, the parent company of online travel aggregator Ixigo, the company said in a filing. At Tuesday's closing price, the transaction was worth Rs 226 crore. Global investor Schroder International Selection Fund is said to have acquired these shares, with the fund now having around a 5% stake in the company, as per sources. Earlier it had acquired 53.6 lakh shares in the company worth Rs 96.9 crore. The venture firm has been reducing its shareholding in the company. Last month, it sold 53.9 lakh shares in Ixigo for Rs 97.4 crore. Prior to this, Elevation Capital sold 21.5 lakh shares in Ixigo in May for Rs 38.27 crore. According to a stock exchange filing, Elevation had around a 9.04% stake in the company, holding around 3.53 crore shares. The early-stage venture capital firm continues to hold a 6.45% stake in the company. Elevation Capital had invested Rs 63.1 crore in Ixigo through various tranches. Prior to this, the venture capital firm had sold shares worth Rs 100 crore through a pre-IPO secondary sale and sold shares worth around Rs 181 crore from the offer for sale (OFS) component of the company's IPO. The company saw its operating revenue increase by 73% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 314 crore for the quarter ended June on account of growth across all lines of business, effective cross-selling and up-selling to its user base, and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven efficiency. The company posted a net profit of Rs 19 crore for the quarter, marking a 27% rise from Rs 15 crore in the same period last in 2007 by Aloke Bajpai and Rajnish Kumar, Ixigo allows users to book train, flight, and bus tickets while offering various utility tools and services such as train PNR status and confirmation predictions and updates on train seat availability. It also provides personalised recommendations and automated customer support. According to the company, it has 544 million annual active users with 83 million monthly active users.
