Big worry for China, Pakistan... Russian Container-S OTH radar with 3000-km range is the end of J-20 and J-35A fighter jets... India planning to...
In an attempt to thwart stealth fighter jets of China and Pakistan, India may buy the Container-S OTH radar system from Russia. According to reports, it has been claimed that India is in talks with the Russian government to buy the world's longest-range surveillance radar system.
Container-S OTH is an over-the-horizon (OTH) radar, named 29B6 in the Russian defense industry, which has a range of 3000 kilometers. This radar also has the ability to track hypersonic missiles.
With the help of this radar system, India will be able to detect the deployment of China's stealth fighter jets like J-20 and J-35A on the Himalayan border in advance and will be able to prepare a strategy in time to counter them. Let us tell you that China is already deploying J-20 stealth fighters near the Indian border and many reports have claimed that Pakistan is going to buy J-35A stealth fighter jets from China. It is claimed that China can hand over J-35A fighter aircraft to Pakistan in the next few months, which can become a significant threat to India.
What is the Container-S OTH radar system?
The Container-S radar has been developed by Russia's RTI Systems and is an Over-the-Horizon (OTH) radar, meaning it can track targets even beyond the curvature of the Earth. It is used through the reflection of radio waves in the ionosphere, which allows this radar to monitor aerial threats at a much greater distance than a normal radar and at a distance of Beyond Visual Range (BVR). It has been specially designed to track the American stealth fighter jet F-35 and hypersonic missiles. That is, when it can track the F-35, then what is the status of J-20 and J-35A.
Apart from this, it can also track 5000 targets simultaneously. Due to its 3000 km range, India can deploy this radar at any place in the country where China and Pakistan do not have the capability to strike. Or even if they try to target this radar, India will have enough time to thwart the attack.

The public feud between the US president and the world's richest man was an easy target for Russian politicians who have a history of gloating over perceived turmoil in Washington read more The high profile bromance between Donald Trump and Elon Musk finally imploded on June 5. File image/AP The feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk provoked chatter, mockery and amusement among the ruling class in Moscow, where one senior official joked about hosting peace talks and another said Musk should bring his businesses to Russia. 'Elon, don't be upset!' nationalist senator Dmitry Rogozin, who once ran Russia's space programme, wrote on Musk's X social media site. 'If you encounter insurmountable problems in the U.S., come to us. Here you will find reliable comrades and complete freedom of technical creativity.' Don't fight, guys!' The public feud between the U.S. president and the world's richest man was an easy target for Russian politicians who have a history of gloating over perceived turmoil in Washington. Margarita Simonyan, one of Russia's most powerful state media executives, mocked it as an example of 'modern U.S. political culture' – 'Sort of like the English Industrial Revolution. Only in reverse.' Kirill Dmitriev, head of Russia's sovereign wealth fund, who has in the past tried to interest Musk in cooperating with Russia on flights to Mars, asked on X: 'Why can't we all just get along?' He then asked Grok, X's AI chatbot, how Musk and Trump could reconcile. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, when asked about the clash, said it was an internal matter for the U.S., though he was confident that Trump would handle it. 'Presidents handle a huge number of different things at the same time, some more and some less important,' Peskov said. Others saw clear benefit for Russia from the feud distracting Washington. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD 'We can just be glad that they won't have time for us,' said Konstantin Malofeyev, a hardline nationalist tycoon, who said it was now 'the best time to strike back' against Ukraine.

Russia trolls Trump-Musk spat, floats peace deal and asylum for Musk
The public feud between US President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk has caught global attention and drawn sharp, sarcastic reactions from top Russian officials. Kirill Dmitriev, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin and head of the sanctioned Russian sovereign wealth fund, posted on Musk's X platform: 'Why can't we all just get along?' The line was a reference to the 1992 Los Angeles riots. The post came as Trump and Musk exchanged threats and insults online. Trump ally Steve Bannon called for Musk's deportation and for the US government to seize SpaceX. Dmitriev, who recently met Trump associate Steve Witkoff in Washington, also asked Musk's AI chatbot Grok how the two could reconcile. Grok replied that 'private talks and public apologies' were needed, but noted that reconciliation was unlikely due to 'escalating conflict and public barbs.' WP: ' @grok what needs to happen for @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk to reconcile,' he [Dmitriev] posted. Grok suggested private talks and public apologies for personal attacks. 'However, their escalating conflict and public barbs suggest reconciliation is unlikely soon.' — Kirill A. Dmitriev (@kadmitriev) June 6, 2025 Other Russian officials also jumped in. Dmitry Medvedev, former president and now deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, posted: 'We are ready to facilitate the conclusion of a peace deal between D and E for a reasonable fee and to accept Starlink shares as payment. Don't fight, guys!' We are ready to facilitate the conclusion of a peace deal between D and E for a reasonable fee and to accept Starlink shares as payment. Don't fight, guys????! — Dmitry Medvedev (@MedvedevRussiaE) June 6, 2025 Dmitry Rogozin, ex-head of Roscosmos and now a commander in occupied Ukraine, directly invited Musk to Russia: 'Elon @elonmusk, don't be upset! You are respected in Russia. If you encounter insurmountable problems in the US, come to us and become one of us — a 'Bars-Sarmat' fighter.' Elon @elonmusk, don't be upset! You are respected in Russia. If you encounter insurmountable problems in the US, come to us and become one of us - a "Bars-Sarmat" fighter. Here you will find reliable comrades and complete freedom of technical creativity. — ROGOZIN (@Rogozin) June 6, 2025 The clash has sparked comparisons between American and Russian political systems — with Trump's threats to cancel Musk's federal contracts echoing Russia's loyalty-based power model. Musk has claimed his platform X helped Trump win in 2016 through algorithmic reach and political donations. The statement has revived comparisons with Russian oligarchs who lost favour with the Kremlin. Musk has long had a curious relationship with Russia. In 2021, he invited Putin to a public chat on Clubhouse. In 2022, he challenged Putin to single combat over Ukraine: 'I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine.'

"Don't Fight Guys": Ex-Russia President To Trump, Musk. Tesla CEO Responds
New Delhi: Amid escalating tensions between US President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has offered to mediate a "peace deal" between them - a role assumed by the Republican leader amid the war between Russia and Ukraine. According to Mr Dmitry Medvedev, Moscow is ready to become a mediator for a "reasonable fee". They will accept Starlink shares as payment, he said. "We are ready to facilitate the conclusion of a peace deal between D and E for a reasonable fee and to accept Starlink shares as payment. Don't fight, guys," the former Russian President wrote in a post on X. To this, the Tesla CEO responded with a laughing emoji. 😂 — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) June 6, 2025 Mr Medvedev's comment comes a day after Russian lawmaker Dmitry Novikov has suggested that Musk could seek political asylum in Russia. "I think that Musk has a completely different game, that he will not need any political asylum, although, if he did, Russia, of course, could provide it," Mr Novikov told the Russian News Agency TASS. The lawmaker noted that over the years, Musk has formed "a kind of political communication", so "individual disagreements will remain separate disagreements". "At this stage, the return of the Democratic team to the White House in three years is not what I think Musk needs and not what he is ready to applaud. Therefore, there are tactical differences, and there are strategic things, and he will adhere to them, it seems to me," he said. Another Russian senator, Dmitry Rogozin, who once ran the country's space programme, wrote to Musk on X, saying, "If you encounter insurmountable problems in the US, come to us. Here you will find reliable comrades and complete freedom of technical creativity." Musk was the largest donor to Trump's 2024 election campaign, featured in his pre-poll outings and then remained firmly by his side as the Republican assumed office. Trump had even praised the billionaire in his victory speech, saying a "star is born". But months later, the friction between the two former allies began shortly after the Tesla CEO criticised the US President's marquee tax bill, calling it too expensive and a measure that would undermine his work with the US DOGE Service. Days later, Musk announced his exit from the US administration. Irked by Musk's criticism, Trump said he was "very disappointed with Elon". Then Musk, never one to retreat quietly, retaliated, posting on X, "Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate." This turned into an ugly spat with Musk making big accusations against Trump.
