Ozzy Osbourne's 'secret' son Louis speaks out after being included in family announcement

Ozzy has six children but only four of them were mentioned in the family statement.
Ozzy Osbourne 's son Louis, who has remained out of the public eye, has paid tribute to his late father who passed away this week at the age of 76.

The Black Sabbath star was a father to six children from his two marriages, but only four of his kids were mentioned in the family statement announcing his death, writes The Mirror.

"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the family statement reads. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis."

Jack, Kelly and Aimee Osbourne are Ozzy's three kids from his second marriage to former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne. Louis Osbourne is the late rocker's youngest child he shared with his first wife Thelma Riley.
Before Ozzy met Sharon, he and his then wife welcomed three children together. Ozzy and Thelma were married to from 1971 to 1982. The late singer adopted Elliot Kinglsey, Thelma's son from a previous relationship, before he became a biological father for the first time in 1972 when daughter Jessica was born. Three years later, son Louis was born.

While Elliot and Jessica weren't named on the Osbourne family statement last night, it appears Louis was present for his father's final hours. It's not yet known why Elliot and Jessica didn't feature on the statement.
After the news was announced that Ozzy had died, Louis changed his Facebook profile picture to an all-black screen as he mourns the War Pigs hitmaker.

Louis did appear in the first season of The Osbournes - featuring heavily in the Christmas special 'A Very Ozzy Christmas'. The programme, which proved popular among audiences in the UK and across the pond, saw the family go about their daily lives as cameras documented their every move.
In 2012, Louis opened up about his relationship with his famous father and his half siblings. "I don't travel half as much as I used to and they are in America," he told Birmingham Live in 2012.
"There is more chance of us seeing each other in a random New York hotel than us all getting round a table for a Sunday lunch. We meet on special occasions."

He and his dad, however, did make a point to check in on a regular basis. "Dad usually calls on a Sunday afternoon for a catch up and when he comes over to the UK we take the kids down. Dad is great, very much a doting grandad."

Black Sabbath fans, musicians and former bandmates have remembered Ozzy following his death with messages including one of thanks to him for "bringing Birmingham together". His Black Sabbath band mates – Terence 'Geezer' Butler, Tony Iommi and Bill Ward – led tributes to Ozzy alongside fans from his home city of Birmingham, where he had taken to the stage as part of a reunion concert just weeks earlier.
Black Sabbath co-founder Iommi said it was "brilliant" to reunite with the band before Ozzy died, saying the singer "really wanted" to perform together again and "felt at home".
He told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "It is really a shock. It's really hit me today to be honest, but yeah, a terrible shock. It was brilliant to be with all the guys again… and it was brilliant for Ozzy because he really wanted to do that, you know, he felt at home there and it was really good for him. It was good for all of us, and lovely to be able to get together for a final thing. I mean, we didn't realise it was going to be this final."
Earlier this month, Ozzy took to the stage as part of the Black Sabbath reunion, telling thousands of heavy metal enthusiasts at Villa Park – a stone's throw from where the band was formed in 1968 – that it was "so good to be on this stage" as he performed his last set from a large black throne.

Simon Cowell makes bold claim about reality show as pal warns 'you'll literally die'

Lucy Spraggan has revealed the warning she gave pal Simon Cowell after he made bold claim about a future appearance on a Channel 4 reality TV series Simon Cowell is usually seen sitting behind a desk, but if he had had his way, things could have been a lot different. The Britain's Got Talent and X Factor judge is known for his cutting comments on the talent shows. ‌ But the music mogul, 65, was tempted to try his luck on a different reality show, according to a close friend. Lucy Spraggan, who rose to fame on the X Factor before growing close to Simon, claims he had shown an interest in extreme challenge show, SAS: Who Dares Wins. ‌ With Lucy set to appear on the Channel 4 show, she revealed Simon told her it was a "great idea" for her to take part. ‌ Speaking to the Sun, Lucy said: "He knows I love being outdoors. We do a lot of shooting air rifles and stuff together, so he knows this is my thing, testing my mental resilience." But she admitted the funny moment he told her: "Oh, maybe I'll try and have a go at it." Lucy said she told her pal he would "literally die". ‌ "It was funny because it really contextualised how hard it was that I just straight away said to him, 'You would have no chance'. She added: "But Lauren [Silverman, Cowell's wife], I said to her at dinner the other day, 'You should have a go'. She could do it, it would be funny." ‌ The upcoming series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins sees Lucy join a new cast of famous faces to take on the challenge. This year has seen Channel 4 bosses choose a wide selection of stars from football, reality TV and even a woman made famous as one of the 'Peru Two' drug smugglers. Michaella McCollum is part of the current line up alongside other star names like Rebecca Loos, who had a rumoured fling with David Beckham. Former Premier League footballer Troy Deeney is also in the lineup, as is former Love Island star Adam Collard. Fans will see Loos face a brutal Beckham grilling on the show over 'mistakes'. Loos was Beckham's personal assistant in 2003 and claims broke the following year about them having a four month fling. ‌ Beckham said reports of the affair were 'ludicrous' at the time but never mounted a legal challenge to the story or any subsequent interviews. Loos went on to appear on reality shows like The Farm and Celebrity Love Island before stepping out of the limelight and is now a yoga teacher in Norway. On her TV comeback on Channel 4 this week, Rebecca said: 'I just wanted to show people who I am and just be myself, which has always been my thing. And I just went in it with a very open mind and take it as it comes."

Ozzy Osbourne's Black Sabbath bassist recalls final gig and admits the late rocker was 'frail' and 'needed assistance' during rehearsals

's bassist has recalled Black Sabbath's final gig and admits the late rocker 'needed assistance' during rehearsals. The beloved musician, famously known as the Prince of Darkness, died on Tuesday at the age of 76 - just weeks after performing his final show with the band. Ozzy was reportedly warned by insurers that they wouldn't cover the concert if he insisted on standing to bid farewell to his devoted fans. But his wife Sharon managed to sort something with providers to ensure his last concert went ahead. Despite Ozzy not being in the best state of health, Black Sabbath continued to rehearse and after a few weeks they were ready to greet their adoring fans and give them a show to remember. Bandmate Geezer Butler has since spoken out about his passing, revealing how Ozzy was in his final moments. He told The Times: 'I knew he wasn't in good health, but I wasn't prepared to see how frail he was. 'He was helped into the rehearsal room by two helpers and a nurse and was using a cane - being Ozzy, the cane was black and studded with gold and precious stones.' Geezer went on to share the one thing he wished he had done before he passed. He added: 'I wish I'd had more time backstage with Ozzy, but wishes are redundant now. As Ozzy used to say: "Wish in one hand and s**t in the other and see which comes first."' Ozzy took to the stage for his farewell concert at Villa Park Stadium in his native Birmingham less than three weeks before his death. The rocker reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for the first time since 2005 to bid an emotional farewell to his decades of performing live on stage. After selling out in minutes, over 42,000 fans packed into Villa Park for the aptly-titled Back to the Beginning show, which saw Ozzy and Black Sabbath return to their hometown - 56 years after they formed there. Geezer said it was a 'privilege' to have spent the past 56 years of friendship with Ozzy and it's been 'one hell of a ride'. His final words on stage were: 'It's the last song ever. Your support has enabled us to live an amazing lifestyle, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.' A message on screen then read: 'Thank you for everything, you guys are f***ing amazing. Birmingham Forever,' before the sky lit up with fireworks. On Wednesday, MailOnline revealed that an air ambulance was called to Osbourne's multi-million-pound country home as paramedics battled to save his life. The Thames Valley air ambulance landed in a field close to Welders House, the singer's Grade II listed mansion on Tuesday morning at around 10.30am. It's believed that calls from Welders House had led call handlers to believe that the Black Sabbath singer's life was in the balance.
