Enzo Maresca told Chelsea have already signed their very own Lamine Yamal

Chelsea are set to welcome 18-year-old prospect Estevao Willian to Stamford Bridge this summer and a former Blues star has compared the youngster to Lamine Yamal
Chelsea have been told they already have a player like Lamine Yamal, who has become one of the top stars in Europe after bursting onto the scene as a 16-year-old in 2023. The Barcelona winger has already won two LaLiga titles and Euro 2024.
However, former Chelsea star Willian has compared 18-year-old Estevao Willian to Yamal and believes the Brazilian can help the Blues "win many titles". Chelsea announced last year that Estevao would be joining the club this summer after he turned 18, having agreed a deal worth up to £49million with Palmeiras.

And Willian is expecting big things from the youngster, stating: "Without a doubt, he has a lot of potential, a lot of quality. The player has the advantage of still being so young, but with great potential like Lamine Yamal, they have a similar style.

"I hope that he can be very successful here in England playing for Chelsea, he can win many titles, score a lot of goals with the Chelsea jersey and he will help to win titles over the years.
"My advice is that he dedicate himself to the fullest. In England, football is quite different to what he is used to. When he gets here I think he needs some extra work at the club. I'm sure he has a very good head.
"There's no need to argue about his quality, he has more than enough quality to play for a big club like Chelsea. But I hope he can adapt as quickly as possible and get into the style of play here to be very successful."
After his move to Chelsea was confirmed, Estevao mimicked Cole Palmer's celebration when he next scored for Palmeiras and received a message from the England international who vowed that the pair will "do a lot of great things together" at Stamford Bridge.
"When I signed for Chelsea, the next day I scored a goal and celebrated like Palmer," Estevao told the Guardian. "His celebration was trend, very popular.
"We talked on social media, I tagged him on Instagram, he called me a star, I said he's a star too. He said we're going to do a lot of great things together for Chelsea."

Estevao has also been compared to Lionel Messi and when asked about being nicknamed 'Little Messi', he added: "I like Neymar a lot too, Cristiano Ronaldo. But my reference is Messi for everything he's done for football.
"The way he plays and what he does off the pitch is a guy I always have to look up to. And, of course, for me being left-footed like him favours as well. Some people are born with talent, others have to work hard. Good examples are Messi and Ronaldo.
"Messi has the talent, Ronaldo the effort. I look for both. Talent and dedication. Today in football you have to dedicate yourself, you have to keep to a schedule, train, travel, take care of yourself. You have to give up a lot. Without dedication you can't get anywhere."

Bryan Mbeumo back-up plan gathers pace as Newcastle target Premier League rivals

Manchester United are keen to sign Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo as part of their summer rebuild and now appear to have a free run at the forward after one of their rivals admitted defeat Newcastle are plotting a double swoop for Joao Pedro and Anthony Elanga after losing out on Bryan Mbeumo. The Magpies had been linked with a move for the Brentford forward this summer. He had been identified as an ideal addition ahead of Newcastle 's return to the Champions League next term. But they faced serious competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United, with the Red Devils now looking likely to secure his signature after Mbeumo expressed his desire to move to Old Trafford. ‌ That decision has forced Newcastle to look elsewhere with a number of Premier League stars having been identified as alternatives. According to The Telegraph, Eddie Howe 's side will step up their pursuit of Brighton forward Pedro. ‌ The Newcastle boss has been tracking the Brazilian since his days with Fluminense and his profile is seen as an ideal addition to the squad. Brighton are now braced for bids but the Seagulls are expected to ask for around £60m for the striker following a season in which he scored ten goals in all competitions. Away from Pedro, Newcastle have also been linked with a move for Nottingham Forest star Anthony Elanga. The Magpies are understood to have submitted an enquiry for the winger, with discussions at an early stage. Forest would demand a lofty fee for the former Man United man having previously rebuffed a £35m approach from Newcastle in January. Regarding Mbeumo, United still have to agree terms with Brentford over the forward, with Thomas Frank having warned the Bees have a very lofty asking price in mind. Speaking earlier this month, he said: "It is clear that if he is to be sold, it must be for a nice, nice amount. It is a lot. Really a lot. Then it is clear that it is impossible to replace him one for one. It cannot be done. ‌ "There is a reason why he costs x number of million pounds, and we do not have x number of million pounds to buy for." He added: "I would say that I would be surprised if a lot of big clubs don't look at him. I would be surprised with what he has to offer. "How many wingers score 20 goals for a mid-table club? And then with seven assists plus his work ethic. And his character. All these things mean that he has a lot, so he is a good player.' Arsenal close in on first summer signing with cut-price deal for Chelsea flop

Arsenal look set to complete their first signing of the summer transfer window after agreeing a cut-price fee for a forgotten Chelsea star. Alongside signing a marquee goalscorer to lead the line, the Gunners have been keen to sign a backup keeper to provide cover for David Raya. Neto has returned to Bournemouth after his season-long loan at the Emirates, while highly-rated teenagers Jack Porter and Tommy Setford arelikely to spend the coming season out on loan. Arsenal had been heavily linked with a move for Espanyol keeper Joan Garcia, having previously failed with a bid to sign the Spaniard last summer. The 24-year-old looks destined to leave his boyhood club this summer but, despite Arsenal's renewed interest, he now looks to be on the verge of joining Espanyol's local rivals Barcelona. Forced to look elsewhere, Arsenal have instead moved quickly to secure a move for Chelsea outcast Kepa Arrizabalaga, according to The Athletic. Kepa signed for Chelsea from Athletic Club for a whopping £72million back in 2018, but is now set to move across London for just £5m due to buyout clause in his current contract. The 30-year-old has made 109 Premier League appearances for the Blues but has spent the last two seasons away from the club on loan at Real Madrid and Bournemouth respectively. The Spaniard will now join Arteta's side to provide competition for Raya who has established himself as one of the league's best keepers. Kepa may appear happy to sit on the bench and challenge Raya for minutes, but former Gunners midfielder Ray Parlour said the Spaniard shouldn't settle for a back-up role at this stage of his career. More Trending 'It's all on whether he wants to play, he's not going to play at Arsenal is he?' the former England midfielder told talkSPORT. 'He's going to be the No.2, do you want to be No.2? He's obviously been No.1 at Bournemouth. If you're Arsenal, you want to buy him because he's a great No.2 to have. 'But if you're Kepa, you want to play unless you're happy to sit on the bench but if I was a keeper at his age I'd want to play because you'll regret it once you finish.' Alejandro Garnacho 'WILL leave Man United this summer' - with three Premier League clubs interested in the winger

Alejandro Garnacho and Manchester United have both agreed to part ways this summer, with multiple clubs reportedly interested in signing the winger. Mail Sport previously revealed Garnacho was brutally warned by Ruben Amorim that he needs to 'pray' he can find a new club in a dressing room spat in front of the United squad. Tensions climaxed when Garnacho hit out at Amorim after being given less than 20 minutes off the bench in the Red Devils' Europa League final defeat by Tottenham last month. The youngster said in Bilbao: 'Until we reached the final, I played every round. And I played 20 minutes today - I don't know. I'm going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.' With Garnacho's departure all but confirmed in an official club statement, potential suitors are now circling to secure the 20-year-old's talents. Three Premier League clubs are said to be 'very keen' on Garnacho, who sees remaining in the English top flight a serious option, according to Fabrizio Romano. As for other European clubs, Bayer Leverkusen are understood to be interested, along with a host of Italian clubs. Mail Sport understands that, although United value Garnacho at between £60-70million, any bidders now know the club have no option but to sell him. Napoli and Chelsea are two of the clubs that have maintained a long-standing interest in the Argentina international. At a recent press conference, Amad was quizzed over the future of his United team-mate and, as he answered, Amorim's face said it all. In a video that emerged on social media, Amorim attempted to cover his face as he chuckled away while Amad responded. Garnacho also stole headlines on United's recent post-season tour for all the wrong reasons. One incident saw him push a fan who was asking him a question, while Garnacho also aimed a dig at the club - taking to Instagram to express his relief at the tour's conclusion. With Garnacho seemingly on the way out, United have already been busy bolstering their attack in the transfer window. The Red Devils completed their first signing of the summer - a £62.5m deal for Wolves's Matheus Cunha, and are closing in on a move for Bryan Mbeumo. Mail Sport understands the Red Devils are preparing a revised bid for the Brentford forward after their opening offer of £55m was rejected. Brentford are pushing for north of £60m, while United's opening bid was £45m plus £10m in bonuses. Mbeumo is seen as a key target for United, who are looking to improve their lacklustre squad after a dreadful 2024-25 campaign.
