Honda Elevate Elite Pack launched
Honda Cars India has launched a new 'Elite Pack' for the Elevate SUV, enhancing select variants with added features. As part of 'The Great Honda Fest' campaign, this pack includes a 360-degree camera and seven-colour ambient lighting—offered at no extra cost. Prices for the Honda Elevate start at ₹11.91 lakh (ex-showroom).
Additionally, Honda is making the 360-degree camera available as an accessory for both the Amaze and Elevate. This feature, offered at an additional cost, will be installed at the dealership and comes with a two-year warranty from the supplier, effective from the date of purchase.

Nissan teases upcoming 7-seater MPV
Nissan Motor India has released a new teaser hinting at an upcoming model currently in development, which is widely believed to be its forthcoming MPV based on the Renault Triber. The Japanese automaker had previously confirmed plans to introduce a new B-segment MPV as part of its future lineup in India. This new model is expected to make its official debut later this year, with a market launch likely in 2026.
While the teaser doesn't reveal much, earlier announcements have provided some insight. The upcoming three-row, seven-seater MPV will be built on the CMF-A+ platform—the same architecture used by the Renault Triber. However, Nissan aims to give it a unique identity with a distinct exterior design and a refreshed interior layout, rather than opting for a straightforward rebadge.

Volvo XC60 facelift launched
Volvo Auto India has introduced the updated XC60 SUV in the country, with prices starting at ₹71.90 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory). After its global debut earlier this year, the refreshed luxury SUV has now arrived in India featuring a revised exterior, upgraded features, and improved in-cabin technology. This is the second facelift for the XC60, aimed at keeping it relevant in the highly competitive luxury SUV segment.
Volvo highlighted that the XC60 remains its best-selling model in India, contributing to the SUV's global sales of over 2.7 million units. Like the rest of Volvo's India lineup, the new XC60 is assembled at the brand's Bengaluru facility and is offered as a Completely Knocked-Down (CKD) unit.

Renault Triber facelift in mind? Three other cars you can consider at its top trim's price
The Renault Triber recently received a much-awaited facelift, which has revamped the exterior and interior of the MPV. Interestingly, this was the most major facelift the MPV has received since its launch in the Indian passenger vehicle market in 2019. The updated iteration of Triber comes with a revised exterior design, a new interior layout, host of additional features. However, mechanically, it remains unchanged as the Triber continues to be powered by the same 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which is available with a five-speed manual gearbox and optional AMT unit as well. The AMT version is available only in the Emotion trim, while the rest of the variants get a five-speed manual gearbox only. The top trim Emotion AMT costs ₹ 9.17 lakh (ex-showroom). If you are considering buying the top trim of Renault Triber, here are what else you can consider at the same price. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga LXi - ₹ 9.11 lakh (ex-showroom) Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is the bestselling MPV in the Indian passenger vehicle market. The Ertiga's base variant LXi costs ₹ 9.11 lakh (ex-showroom), which means it is priced slightly lower than the top trim of the Triber. Maruti Suzuki Dzire ZXi - ₹ 8.94 lakh (ex-showroom) Maruti Suzuki is the bestselling sub-compact sedan in the Indian market. The sedan received its latest generational avatar a couple of months back. It comes with a Global NCAP five-star rating. It comes loaded with a plethora of safety features, while the design and powertrain also come with upgrades. The sedan's second top trim, ZXi, comes priced slightly cheaper than what the Triber commands. Hyundai Aura SX 1.2 CNG - ₹ 9.11 lakh (ex-showroom) Hyundai Aura is a sub-compact sedan from the South Korean auto giant. It competes with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and comes powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine. The SX 1.2 CNG variant gets a factory-fitted CNG kit along with the petrol powertrain. It comes priced slightly lower than what the Triber facelift commands.

Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition likely to return. Here's what to expect
Nissan Motor India has teased a new edition for its Magnite SUV. The Nissan Magnite was updated in October 2024. The new teaser by the carmaker hints at a new edition of the SUV, possibly the Kuro Edition. The Nissan Magnite Kuro edition was first launched in October 2023, and since the update, the special edition has been discontinued. As the name suggests, the Kuro Edition will come with an all black theme, both for the exterior and the interior. It is expected that the Kuro Edition, while retaining the same design elements as the Magnite, will get the chrome elements replaced with gloss black ones. The launch of the 2025 Nissan Magnite Kuro edition will mark the first special edition for the updated model. Kuro in Japanese means black. Just like the previous iteration, the new Magnite Kuro edition is also expected to be based on the top end trim level. The Magnite Tekna Plus starts at ₹10.54 lakh, ex-showroom. The Kuro edition is expected to be priced slightly higher than the current Tekna Plus variant. Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition: Expected design As the name suggests, the Kuro Edition will come with an all black theme, both for the exterior and the interior. It is expected that the Kuro Edition, while retaining the same design elements as the Magnite, will get the chrome elements replaced with gloss black ones. Additionally, it is also expected to get black alloy wheels, with the same design as the current model. Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition: Expected features The feature set of the 2025 Nissan Magnite Kuro edition is expected to remain the same as the current model. The Magnite comes with an 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and 3d surround system from Arkamys. It further gets a seven-inch digital instrument cluster. Additionally, the Nissan Magnite also features a single-pane electric sunroof, new auto-dimming IRVM with a frameless design and a wireless charger as well. There is a new key that enables auto lock, approach unlock and remote start.
