On tonight's show, the boys were given the power to pick which girl they wanted to couple up with.
Ben picked Helena, meaning Harrison was left with no other choice but to choose Toni.
After the recoupling, Harrison told Helena that he planned his speech for her but changed it last minute for Toni.
Harrison told her: "I felt that finally we were going to couple up, I was so ready for it, I was so ready to sleep in a bed with you."
Just moments later, Harrison admitted to Toni that his decision was "50/50", despite him insisting to Helena that he was set to pick her.
Harrison said: "No, I didn't know what I was going to do, I was 50/50. I didn't know what I was going to do honestly.
"I just think it's hard for me because yesterday you were up there but obviously that's 24 hours and we've not been talking."
Harrison went on to say: "Can we just be normal?," before he and Toni shared a small peck.
The next day, Toni apologised to Helena for saying she was a "b****" for kissing Harrison in the Hideaway.
Helena said she is convinced Harrison is telling everyone different things and called him over.
Love Islanders lick and spank each other in sexiest Heart Rate Challenge yet
After being grilled, Harrison admitted he fancies both girls and had not made his decision yet.
Later that evening the infamous heart rate challenge made a return to the Love Island villa.
The Islanders took it in turns to dance a sexy routine for the opposite sex while wearing a heart monitor.
Harrison picked up Toni and gave her a big kiss and then kissed Helena straight after, which left Toni looking unimpressed.
Viewers have also slammed Harrison's move.
One wrote: "Harrison is genuinely such a horrible person and so is Helena. The way they're acting and still stringing Tonie along is so disgusting. Please get them out. Helena is some weirdo as well.. he's lit 22, is she ok?"
A second said: "This Harrison and Helena ship is so disgusting to me, I can't."
A third said: "Harrison. Disgusting. Vile. Get out the villa."
A fourth commented: "Harrison is a bare faced liar, he told Helena he had a speech prepped and then told Toni he honestly didn't know who he'd pick YOU LIARRRRR."
Someone else said: "Harrison is so disgusting. I hate this man, you're a liar! Brilliant Actor. Let the truth come out!"
Another added: "50/50 Harrison you bare faced liar, stop making my Toni feel like shit over you liking Hideaway Helena. Hope karma comes around for you."

AJ Odudu flaunts HUGE diamond ring with whopping estimated worth as she enjoys holiday with her mystery fiancé after announcing shock engagement

AJ Odudu looked positively radiant as she flaunted her diamond engagement ring in her latest Instagram post on Monday. The Big Brother host, 37, announced her engagement to her mystery fiancé last month and she is very much enjoying life in their loved up bubble. Currently enjoying a holiday over in Seattle, AJ shared a snap presumably taken by her husband-to-be as they had breakfast together in a cafe. And the diamond ring is reportedly worth a whopping £14,500 according to The Sun's expert. Beaming in the picture AJ sipped on her coffee before diving into a plate of fried chicken waffles and she showed off the sparkler. Zack Stone, from UK retailer Steven Stone, told the publication: 'At its heart is a 1.5-carat cushion-cut diamond, known for its romantic, pillow-like shape and vintage charm. 'The centre stone is set in a cluster setting, where smaller diamonds delicately encircle the main gem, enhancing its brilliance and symbolizing the strength and support of a close-knit bond. 'Altogether, it's a ring that blends elegance with meaningful symbolism - a truly fitting piece for such a joyful announcement. I'd estimate it to be worth $20,000.' It comes after AJ shared a clip of herself dancing with her new fiancé, as she took to Instagram on Sunday to give fans a glimpse of her 'summer of love' following her recent romantic news. Amid a carousel of snaps and videos, the stunner was seen bopping along with her man during a sweet moment between the pair. Dressed down in a green hoodie and denim shorts, the former Strictly star looked happier than ever as she was twirled around by her husband-to-be. Meanwhile, AJ's love kept things casual in a black hoodie pulled up over his head, with the loved up pair smiling as they danced barefoot together. Elsewhere, among AJ's other images, the presenter looked gorgeous as she posed up a storm in a white mini dress. Other pictures show her beaming alongside her family as they posed together with for a fun group snap, with others showing her having a laugh with her pals. She also uploaded another black and white image of herself with her fiancé, as they hugged amid their engagement announcement. Last week AJ revealed the exciting news, as she proudly showed off her huge diamond ring on her ring finger. While she revealed her partner's face for the first time to her followers, the couple packed on the PDA in a compilation of black-and-white photos - but AJ refrained from revealing his name. Captioning the smitten post, AJ confirmed their engagement by writing: 'Hiya love. ❤️' followed by the ring emoji. The happy announcement came as a surprise to fans, as the presenter had not publicly confirmed she was in a relationship prior to the post, with her followers and famous friends rushing to the comments to voice their congratulations. Vicky Pattison was quick to gush: 'Love this! Congrats gorgeous', while Love Island's Chloe Burrows added: 'Omg congrats!! ❤️❤️' Ben Shephard wrote: 'Wonderful news!! ❤️', with Lucy Fallon penning: 'oh how lovely!!! congratulations queen' and Strictly's Johannes Radebe adding: 'Awww congrats'. Ugo Monye commented: 'A M A Z I N G ❤️✨ congrats AJ!!! Xx', followed by Megan McKenna adding: 'Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️' and Katherine Ryan leaving a string of heart emojis. While AJ's fans chimed in, writing: 'Now this is an incredible hard launch with big news! So happy for you ❤️'; 'AJ IDO-DO Congratulations!! X'. 'OH MY GOD!!!!! COME ON THEN!!!!!!!!!! Couple of the bloody decade'; 'Soooo beautiful omgggg. Congratulations you angel ❤️'; 'Hardest of hard launches'. While the post marks AJ's first confirmation of her relationship status, she previously hinted she was in a relationship in March last year, with a cryptic Instagram post during a holiday in New York. She sparked speculation from fans that she had been joined by a potential partner on the trip, after sharing a snap of her foot resting next to another person's trainer-clad foot, with the suggestive caption: 'It's very this...' with a telling love heart emoji. That same month, AJ opened up about her relationship history as she got candid about suffering 'years of trauma' after finding her boyfriend in bed with another woman. Speaking on the How To Fail Podcast, she admitted that she originally refused to cry over the shocking betrayal, but struggled to cope with the aftermath as it was so 'unexpected.' In the honest interview, she explained that when she found her boyfriend being unfaithful, she proceeded to confront the other woman about the affair, before ending the relationship. She recalled: 'To walk in on that, I was stunned. Seeing that was crazy. I wasn't hysterical. I didn't burst into tears or anything like that. 'I just felt in that moment, I need to gather all the information that I can, and I don't want it from him. I want it from her, actually, because weirdly, in that moment, I trusted her more than I trusted him.' 'So, I asked her to put her clothes back on and follow me outside and answer all of my questions, how long had this been going on and whatever. 'And then as soon as that happened, I watched her leave and then I packed all my stuff and got a taxi and left.' AJ then shared that she had to deal with 'years of trauma' in the time that followed because the incident was so 'unexpected' in the first place. She said: 'However, I proceeded to have years of tears and years of trauma away from him. It was like this person had, you know, made out that they love me, they see their future with me and it was completely reciprocated. 'We were, in my mind, building towards a positive future together. He was just someone that I just wouldn't ever expect to behave in that way.'

Zara McDermott left in tears as she confronts harrowing stalking cases

Love Island alum Zara McDermott could be seen choking back her tears on her new BBC docuseries as she told a stalking victim she 'did not deserve' to be treated that way Zara McDermott became visibly emotional while exploring the devastating impact of stalking in her new BBC Three documentary series, To Catch A Stalker. At one point in the programme, the former Love Island star can be seen fighting back tears as she hears the traumatic story of a woman whose ex-partner subjected her to relentless stalking and harassment. Over the course of To Catch A Stalker, Zara meets up with victims of stalking and domestic abuse in an effort to shed light on how crimes like this affect the lives of people across the UK. ‌ Zara also does a deep dive into people who have decided to report their experiences to the police, and tracks how their cases move through the legal system. ‌ In the second episode of the show, which will air on Tuesday evening at 9pm on BBC Three, Zara sits down for a chat with an anonymous woman who opens up about how she started to see the sinister side of her ex after breaking up with him. She looked back wistfully on the early days of their romance, saying he was "very charming, caring, I didn't even imagine there was another side to him". But once they got to know each other better, things took a turn for the worse. The stalking victim told Zara he forced her to video call him "24 hours a day, every day, morning until night". After the relationship ended, the stalking escalated further. The woman shared: "The continuous harassment, being outside of my house every other day, he would cry his eyes out and make me feel bad." Zara asked: "Was he calling you and texting you?" The woman then revealed the extreme lengths her ex went to in a bid to get ahold of her, saying: "He would call me more than 500 times a day and I would literally chuck my phone in some corner of my house." ‌ She became emotional as she described how he "made me hate myself for being in that situation" and drew a line across her neck to demonstrate the way he would threaten her with violence from outside her window. She added: "He didn't leave outside of my house for another five, six hours. I was terrified." "That breaks my heart, hearing that," Zara responded. The woman then explained that she had provided video evidence of her ex's behaviour as well as calls and text messages she received from him to the police and would be giving a witness statement in court. Zara gently asked, "How are you feeling through this?" She held the woman's hand as she sadly replied, "Like I'm rubbish." Zara could be seen choking back tears as she told her: "You did not deserve any of that, you know that?" Over the past few years, Zara has developed a reputation for tackling difficult topics in BBC documentaries. She has previously addressed issues such as revenge porn, sexism, rape culture in UK schools, and eating disorders among young people. After she finished filming To Catch A Stalker in March, Zara described it as one of her "most emotional" projects yet. She told fans: "It's our final week of filming for my documentary about stalking, and honestly it's been one of the most eye opening, emotional films I've ever made. I've learnt so much about the strength of victims / survivors through this process… some of these women are the strongest I've ever met."

ITV series Blind Date is being rebooted by Disney Plus

Blind Date, the iconic British dating show which aired in the 1980s, is coming back. Disney Plus has announced that the "ultimate dating series" is being "reimagined for a contemporary audience". However, it is said the new show will have "unique, innovative and head-turning format twists". NEW 🚨 Disney+ are rebooting #BlindDate in their first step into UK based reality TV! The new format will see the iconic wall return with 3 blind-daters behind, but the daters will now spend a summer living together… with potential new partners always lurking behind the wall 👀 The original Blind Date, hosted by Cilla Black, originally ran on Saturday nights from 1985 to on ITV. The show was rebooted once before, in 2017, on Channel 5 and was presented by Paul O'Grady. The show's format saw three single people, who were behind a curtain, introduced to the audience. They were then asked a question by another individual, who could hear but not see them, who then picked one to go on a date with. The couple then picked an envelope naming their destination and in the following episode, the couple's date was shown. The new Disney Plus series will still feature the blind date aspect but will also have a new format. Explaining the show, Disney Plus said: "The ultimate dating series Blind Date is back - bigger, better, and bolder than ever. "The new series will begin in a secret Blind Date location, where contestants must choose between three potential suitors, hidden from view behind the legendary Blind Date wall, the only thing standing between them and their potential true love just metres away. "With a host of unique, innovative and head-turning format twists, our daters will see if forever love can truly grow as they spend the summer living together but potential new partners are always lurking behind the wall." Sean Doyle, executive director of Unscripted at Disney Plus, added: "Blind Date is a brilliant opportunity to bring everyone's favourite dating show to a large scale with the potential to resonate with a whole new generation." Following the announcement, fans of the show took to social media with excitement. However, many were keen for the show to keep its original format in the reboot. One said: "Needs to be ITV Saturday night, but don't mess with the format, going to spoil it keep it the original format." Recommended reading: Another added: "Is this a wind-up? They've turned a classic show into a Love Island style version..." A third said: "No need to mess with the format, when you mess with established formats, that's when they fail. Blind Date mixing in reality TV element is not needed." Production will begin on Blind Date later this year, with further details set to be announced in due course.
