Frankie, 36, then added below: 'Takes me a while, but once you're dead you're dead.'
She didn't specify who or what incident she was talking about in the post.

Celeb hairdresser issues stern sunburn warning over popular sunscreen hack

Tess Daly and Emily Blunt's stylist Phil Smith says the TikTok hack for spritzing your scalp with watered down SPF can only lead to disaster Another heatwave looms which means dips in the pool, frolicking in the sea and the sun's rays beating down on your hair. Meanwhile, people are jetting off to sunny resorts where they can top up their tan and cool off in either the hotel's swimming pools or in some crystal waters on a foreign beach. But while sun, sea and swimming pool s are the best bits of summer - they might be the worst for our hair. Celebrity hairdresser Phil Smith, who has looked after Tess Daly and Emily Blunt's hair, says he always sees a surge in clients arriving at his salon worrying about frizzing, colour fade and frazzled scalps at this time of year. However, there's no need to let your tresses go fully feral with his expert insights and surprising hacks. 'Maintaining effortless, healthy hair all summer can be a challenge - but with the right tips, tricks and products, you can protect your locks without compromising on style and quality,' he says. Don't fall for TikTok hair sunscreen hacks We've all experienced that sting in the shower after a day at the beach - the telltale sign of a sunburned scalp. But avoiding a pink parting isn't always as easy as it sounds. 'I've seen people on TikTok suggest mixing sunscreen with water in a spray bottle to mist over the scalp,' says Phil. 'Unfortunately, this just dilutes the SPF, making it far less protective. And it's a big no no if you have hair extensions too. 'If the sunscreen contains ingredients like avobenzone, it can leave rust-like stains on them,' he adds. Instead, a smarter approach is to choose a hairstyle that eliminates your parting altogether. 'Slicking your hair back into a ponytail is one option, but that can be a bit harsh and doesn't suit everyone. I recommend going for a topknot or a couple of soft buns instead. Just leave a few loose strands out for a softer, more effortless look - it's protective and super cute.' Use ketchup to boost blonde tones It's particularly tough being a blonde in summer, when colour can be left brassy and battered by pollution and UV exposure - or even go green after contact with chlorine. 'One hair hack I particularly love, because it shocks people that it works, is using tomato ketchup to reverse green tinges,' says Phil. 'Apply a tablespoon to lengths and wait up to 30 minutes before rinsing. The acid in the tomatoes and vinegar break down the copper build-up that causes the discolouration, restoring the blonde tones you love. If you prefer results in seconds rather than smelling like you belong in a burger for half an hour, when you get back from your sunshine break, he suggests grabbing a bottle of Phil Smith Professional Haircare Blonde Toning Shampoo (£14 each; ), which uses amino acid rich violet rice extract to have you back to your 'natural' colour in the time it takes to shampoo and rinse.' Shower before the pool to protect against chlorine There's nothing better than diving into a cool pool on a hot day, but chlorinated water can leave hair dry, brittle and weak. The good news? A little prep goes a long way. 'Our hair is porous, but it can only absorb so much water at once,' says Phil. 'If you want to limit how much chlorine your hair soaks up, wet your hair with fresh water before swimming. "Take a quick shower or, if you're at the beach, keep a refillable bottle of tap water handy so you can rinse before taking the plunge.' Phil also advises against swimming with your hair down. 'I always tell my clients to apply a leave-in conditioner and then tie hair up in a bun to shield it,' he says. Use the right towel on damp locks Wet hair is much weaker and more prone to breakage than dry strands, so how you care for it after a swim is just as crucial as before. 'Keep a soft microfibre towel like the Dock & Bay Hair Wrap (£15; in your beach bag so you aren't tempted to rough dry with an abrasive beach towel, which will damage the cuticle and leave you with a halo of frizz,' says Phil. If you want to comb out knots post-swim, he advises buying a wet brush. 'The MDLondon Vent Brush (£13; is perfect,' says Phil. 'Start detangling from the ends and work upwards to avoid breakage and minimise discomfort. Add a pump of Phil Smith Professional Haircare Miracle Primer (£14; at the same time, with hyaluronic acid to fight humidity-induced frizz and plant-based hemisqualane to smooth and detangle. Get your roots done once you've returned home Everyone wants their hair to look amazing in their holiday photos, but if your sunshine getaway happens to fall around the time you're due to see your colourist, it might be worth delaying that appointment. 'UV rays break down dye pigment molecules, so when you're on a sun-soaked holiday it's almost impossible to avoid fading and dullness - unless you spend the entire trip under a giant hat,' says Phil. 'While no one wants to skip a root touch-up to cover greys, if you can, I recommend stretching the time between appointments and scheduling your session for after you return home. Getting your hair professionally coloured is an investment - this way, your colour stays fresher for longer and you avoid paying for salon results that can't last.'

Manhunt for masked thieves as thousands of pounds worth of Labubu dolls stolen

Labubus, collectible toys from a Hong Kong artist that look like monsters with a toothy grin, have become a growing Tiktok trend across the world in recent months Police are searching for a group of thieves in masks who stole thousands of pounds worth of Labubus from a store. ‌ Labubus come in all shapes and sizes, and some figurines have a higher value than others. NPR reported in June that a life-size Labubu in China sold for $170,000 at an auction with more than 1,000 bidders. The dolls have gone viral around the world with dozens of celebrities getting involved in the trend in recent months. ‌ The dolls were first designed by artist Kasing Lung. He was born in Hong Kong and moved to the Netherlands at age 7, where he learned about Nordic fairy tales. Kung released an original illustrated book series in 2015 called The Monsters, featuring female characters called the Labubus. It comes after reports of a dad's desperate phone call moments before explosion kills him and his daughters. ‌ ‌ In 2019, Kung teamed up with Chinese toy company POP MART to begin manufacturing Labubu dolls. POP MART said that the revenue generated from the first Monsters series launch "broke the sales record in the art toy category." The theft of $7,000 worth of the dolls took place in Los Angeles on Wednesday at the store, One Stop Sales, located about 18 miles east of Los Angeles. The LA County Sheriff's Department told the AP that four suspects used a stolen Toyota Tacoma in the robbery, and the car has since been recovered. One Stop Sales posted on Instagram that the thieves broke into the store at 1:30 a.m., taking all the inventory and 'trashing our place.' They shared CCTV footage showing the robbery on Instagram. ‌ The post's caption read: 'Today we got robbed, and they took all of our inventory, trashed our store, we are still in shock, if you guys can share this post please and help us find these [thieves].' If you can't see the post above, click here. Commenters came to the aid of One Stop Sales. One user wrote, 'How can we help? Ive shared and reposted! But let's come together to help you guys bounce back!' Another wrote: 'This breaks my heart, yall were so sweet and nice to me when I came in . Head up, so sorry this happened to you. "Oh "I'm so sorry this happened to you. I pray they are caught and you get justice.' a third user wrote.

Love Island's Harry confirms he was dating Islander's friend 'right before' show

Love Island finalist Harry Cooksley has responded to Montana Brown's claims that he was dating her friend right before entering the ITV2 dating show earlier this summer Love Island runner up Harry Cooksley has confirmed he was dating Islander Montana Brown 's friend just days before entering the villa. The former Love Island contestant, who took part in the third series of the show took to TikTok just moments before the final last week, urging her followers not to vote for Harry. ‌ Dishing the dirt on the 30-year-old footballer, the mum-of-two has claimed Harry was actually dating one of her friends right before he went on the dating show. ‌ "Guys, I've not been involved in the whole Love Island chat. But I know tonight is the final - so this is the tea, right," she told fans, "Harry was literally seeing someone that I knew, one of my good friends, right before he went on Love Island." It comes after ITV makes major decision on I'm A Celebrity's future after talks with officials. ‌ "He wrote her a letter and said, 'Oh my gosh. I know you're going to be really surprised at this, but I still love you and, you know, we're going to be together. And I just need to sort my head out.' You know, all of this crap." She then said "this guy cannot win" although she loves Shakira. Over her video, she wrote: "Love Island final tonight, do not vote for Harry". ‌ On Friday morning, the final three couples took to the This Morning sofa, and Emma Willis didn't shy away from putting the allegations to the runner-up. Confirming the rumours, Harry said: "Yeah, I was dating before I came in, I think we all were. I went on a few dates with her friend and you're not in the villa until you're actually in the villa. I only told my family and two of my closest friend that I was going on Love Island. ‌ "It's true, I was dating people obviously. But my actual ex girlfriend came into the villa, so it wasn't like it was an actual ex. Things have changed a lot in the last eight weeks," he laughed as he looked at his partner Shakira. Harry got the shock of his life when his ex Emma joined the villa in Casa Amor. At the time, Harry was with Helena, and despite having years of history with Emma, the pair didn't rekindle their relationship. However, he wasn't completely loyal to Helena during Casa Amor. Harry struck up a connection with bombshell Rheo - with the two sharing kisses in bed. Despite this, Harry came back to the villa alone and continued things with Helena before admitting he had never gotten over his feelings for Shakira...
