He has also eclipsed Elvis Presley, whose single It's Now Or Never logged eight weeks at number one in 1960.
Ordinary was released on February 7 via Atlantic Records following the launch of his debut studio album – You'll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1).
Warren, 24, helped to create collaborative TikTok group the Hype House, a Los Angeles-based collective of young social media personalities.
He began to make music independently in 2021 before being signed.
Ordinary is his only number one single in the UK chart, and his second track to have made it into the top 10.
Elsewhere in the singles chart this week, Love Me Not by US singer Ravyn Lenae is in at number two while Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club sits at number three.
The rest of the top five is comprised of Show Me Love by South African-German singer WizTheMc, and Undressed by US singer Sombr.
Over in the albums chart, Even In Arcadia by English rock band Sleep Token debuts at number one, with Sabrina Carpenter's Short N' Sweet in at number two.
New at number three is Fancy That by alternative pop singer PinkPantheress, and this is followed by Ed Sheeran's Mathematics Tour Collection at number four and Never/Know by The Kooks at five.

Conjoined twins are very rare, but the Hensen sisters are even more unusual because they are really pretty symmetrical compared to other conjoined twins. They have always been really candid about their unique shared lives, and recently posted a video on their TikTok page, which saw a doctor explain how their joined anatomy actually works. "Abby and Brittany Hensel's anatomy is a remarkable blend of shared and individual organs and tissues," the video they shared by molecular biologist Hashem Al-Ghaili explained, "The twins each have their own distinct upper body systems. Abby and Brittany have two heads, two brains, two spinal cords, and two hearts, which are part of a shared circulatory system." Despite having the same blood circulation system, their brains and spinal cords are their own, which means they have to work in tight-knit coordination to carry things, get places, or drive a car. The pair previously opened up on their reality TV show for TLC just how painstaking the coordination has to be on a minute-by-minute basis. "We have two licenses," Abby said back in 2012, "When we got our driver's licenses, we each had to take the test. We both passed." Brittany explained that they both have to steer, but her sister was the one in charge of the brake and acceleration pedals. Despite having their own hearts, brains, spines, and four lungs, the sisters share one set of reproductive organs. When they were children, their parents were offered the possibility of separation surgery, but they turned it down, because it was unlikely that both their daughters would have survived.

She trained at Royal Gwent and St Woolos Hospitals, serving for over 40 years as a midwife, earning the title Midwife of the Year in 2006 and an OBE in 1999 for her work in community relations. Vernesta recounted her journey with warmth, remembering the excitement of leaving St Lucia and the camaraderie among fellow Caribbeans aboard the ship: 'The worst part was the launch that took us to the ship,' she said, 'because the harbour was too shallow for that big boat.' Her career touched thousands of lives, and she shared a touching anecdote about actor Michael Sheen, who publicly revealed that Vernesta had delivered him at Royal Gwent Hospital, a surprise to Vernesta. Just weeks earlier, Vernesta represented the Windrush Generation at the Pride of Britain Awards, where they were honoured with the Outstanding Contribution award for their immeasurable impact on British life. From 1948 to 1971, over 500,000 Caribbean people came to the UK, bringing with them skills and determination that helped shape Britain's vibrant culture.
