BEN Holbrough not only loves to show off his six pack on social media, he says he's prepared to go all the way in the famous villa.

Who is Ben Holbrough
Ben Holbrough is a private hire taxi driver and model from Gloucester.
He's already admitted he's not afraid of having a cheeky romp on Love Island 2025.
The 23-year-old is one of the latest batch of singletons looking for love on the ITV2 dating show.
Not only is he up for getting down and dirty on Love Island, Ben has even worked out a cheeky way to hide his bedroom antics.
He said: "I can never say never, you know, you gotta take every day as it comes.
"Who knows if there's a girl and I'm sharing a bed with her and she's sexy... it could get carried away."
The 6ft 2in model added: "The hideaway is there for the taking as well, so we'll wait and see.
"I've already told my family that I will try and keep it as PG as possible, because I have my niece watching, so I do need to make an effort to keep it PG.
"But then again, there's nothing wrong with just putting a quick cover over, so I could just do that and people will think we're just having a quick cuddle, and that that is all it was."
But he would also go to great lengths to avoid cheating:
Love Island shock as girl is dumped from show in most brutal launch twist EVER
'If I've got loyalty to a girl, I would do my absolute best to go and sleep outside on my own.
'But if we're kind of 50/50, and there's five new girls coming in, it's going to be hard not to just, you know.
'Basically, I've got to go and say hello, we've got to get to know each other, so at least we'll see when we're there I guess.'
Ben regularly shows off his six pack on social media in mirror selfies.
His Instagram already boasts over 14k followers as of June 9, 2025 — a number that is expected to skyrocket during his time on the show.
In a video on his Star Now modelling page, Ben said: "My main line of work is modelling, which I've been doing for about five or six years now.
"But when I'm not doing that, my hobbies are either going to the gym or playing football."
Ben already has a connection to the world of reality TV — he's followed on Instagram by Married At First Sight star Lacey Martin.

MAFS star Belinda Vickers flashes her HUGE engagement ring while running errands with wealthy fiancé

Belinda Vickers is gearing up for her happily-ever-after after rising to fame on Married At First Sight in 2021. The bubbly TV bride was spotted out and about in Melbourne on Monday looking loved-up as she held hands with her millionaire fiancé Hayden Burbank during a casual grocery run. Belinda, 31, kept things laid-back in a white oversized sweatshirt emblazoned with colourful lettering, which she paired with navy leggings and white trainers. She accessorised with a brown leather crossbody bag and let her signature long curly red locks fall freely around her shoulders. But all eyes were on the dazzling diamond ring on her left hand. The bubbly TV bride was spotted out and about in Melbourne on Monday looking loved-up as she held hands with her millionaire fiancé Hayden Burbank during a casual grocery run Elsewhere, her fiancé opted for a preppy off-duty look in a Ralph Lauren knit sweater which he teamed up with a pair of black tracksuit pants and white sneakers. The loved-up duo appeared relaxed and smitten, with Belinda smiling shyly as they crossed the road hand-in-hand. Belinda tells Daily Mail Australia that the couple haven't yet locked in a date for their upcoming nuptials but are planning to walk down the aisle sometime next year. The couple celebrated their engagement at a lavish party in Melbourne back in April. The couple shared a series of photos to social media as they danced and posed with friends and family at the private party. Guests were treated to an array of cocktails while violinists played music at the lavish home. The couple announced their engagement back in February last year, telling Daily Mail Australia that Hayden's unique Valentine's Day proposal included a treasure hunt at the Botanical Gardens. Hayden, who is the former owner of swanky Melbourne hotspot Morris Jones, added his proposal caught the attention of the public, who burst into applause after Belinda said yes and accepted his dazzling engagement ring. Belinda tells Daily Mail Australia that the couple haven't yet locked in a date for their upcoming nuptials but are planning to walk down the aisle sometime next year 'It was always yes. It was 12 months after MAFS that we met and it really led me to him and opened up new people for me meet,' Belinda said. The pair met in Melbourne through mutual friends in 2022. In 2021, Hayden was jailed for three months after breaking Covid rules during the height of the pandemic. He hopped the border into the Northern Territory before travelling to Western Australia to watch Melbourne Demons win at Perth Stadium. To dodge WA's strict border rules at the time, he falsified a rental agreement at a Darwin address while also fraudulently obtaining NT drivers' licences. Their relationship blossomed after the bar owner spent 90 days behind bars at WA's maximum security Hakea prison, which earned him the jailhouse nickname of 'border breacher'. Hayden described his experience at one of Australia's toughest jails as 'the ultimate game of Survivor'. She and her on-screen husband Patrick Dwyer were deemed the 'golden couple' of the series but split up after nine months 'You have to form alliances and not do anything stupid and get through each day by day,' he told the Saturday Herald Sun in March 2022. 'They are the longest days of your life. I'm not built for jail. Nobody is built for jail.' Hayden added he shared a cell with one of the prison's top dogs, a bikie, who would wake him up each morning and taunt: 'Border breacher, border breacher'. Belinda found fame on season eight of Married At First Sight, which aired in 2021. The unexpected word that predicts whether your relationship will survive or fail: 'If it's missing so is your future'

Have you ever wondered what truly keeps the spark alive in a relationship? When you push beyond the unexplained chemistry, fatal attraction or those flirty good morning texts, Australian dating expert Louanne Ward has revealed there's one unexpected eight-letter word that may hold all the answers. Forget everything you've been told about grand gestures or perfectly timed messages. According to Louanne, the real sign someone is genuinely interested and emotionally invested in you is far more subtle - and it all comes down to the small things. In a viral Instagram reel, Louanne has lifted the lid on the growing dating trend coined 'Pebbling' - a behaviour inspired by none other than penguins. 'Pebbling is when someone offers small, thoughtful actions that say, "I remembered", "I saw this and thought of you", "You matter, not just in the moment, but when you're not here",' she said. 'This one word decides if your relationship will thrive or fail... And if this is missing so is your future.' The concept draws from the way penguins offer pebbles to potential mates as a sign of affection. In the human dating world, it translates to those micro-moments that might seem insignificant but are actually quietly monumental. 'They might reference something you said two weeks ago,' Louanne continued. 'They send you an article or a song because it reminded them of you. They grab your favourite snack without being asked. They call after an important appointment.' These moments, are what Louanne stated, aren't just thoughtful, they're powerful. They're signs of attention, effort, and intentionality. And they're what separates someone who's emotionally invested from someone who's simply enjoying the ride. While consistency is often cited as a key trait in a healthy relationship, Louanne argued that real consistency isn't just about replying to texts or showing up on time. 'Because real consistency doesn't just mean following through on what you say or texting good morning. It's about how someone shows up.' And when it comes to showing up, pebbling might just be the ultimate relationship litmus test. 'If they're not pebbling, they're not building,' Louanne warned. 'And no amount of charm or attraction will change that.' Her followers were quick to praise the insight, with many admitting they'd never heard of the term but instantly recognised the behaviour - or the absence of it - in their own relationships. So, next time you're analysing your partner's texts or trying to decode their behaviour, it might be worth zooming in on the little things instead. Are they pebbling, or just passing time? Because according to this dating expert, that could be the difference between a relationship that fizzles, and one that actually lasts. Louanne, who is a qualified matchmaker and coach from Perth, Western Australia, has also revealed a lesser-known trick which she claims makes you instantly more attractive. She claims the 'AT20 Eye Contact Rule' (Around-the-Target 20 per cent) will make you 'ten times more attractive' in conversations. She said you should maintain direct eye contact for 20 per cent of the conversation then subtly shift your gaze around the rest of the face. 'If you stare too much, it can feel intense, creepy, or confrontational. If you avoid eye contact, you come across as nervous, uninterested, or lacking confidence,' Louanne explained on Instagram. 'But when you balance eye contact with subtle shifts - to their lips, cheekbones, or forehead - it creates a sense of natural intrigue and chemistry. 'Most people don't realise how small shifts in body language can completely change how they're perceived. If you want to create effortless chemistry and attraction in real-life interactions.' Louanne said the tactic is 'backed by psychology' and works by 'creating mystery', 'mimicking romantic subconscious cues' and 'feeling natural'. 'Slightly breaking eye contact at key moments makes them want to pull you back in,' she wrote.

Jess and Norma: Grandmother who had millions of fans on TikTok dies aged 91

A grandmother who found fame on TikTok for posting funny videos with her granddaughter has died aged 91. Norma died on 5 June, her family announced on social media on Monday. Her endearing and comedic videos with 32-year-old Jess went viral, with the duo attracting 2.7 million followers on TikTok. In one viral clip, which was viewed by more than 28 million people, Norma says "we're related" in a series of funny voices - mimicking a cow and a vampire - with both collapsing into fits of giggles. Another, viewed more than 15 million times, involves Jess playing a prank on her grandmother. In the video, Jess says she has the opportunity to win £10,000 - and all she has to do is say on video why she should win it. Jess proceeds to tell viewers a made-up tale about their family life, with Norma doubling over in laughter over the stories she came up with. Norma's family said they had lost "our rock" as they told followers about her death. "We are all truly devastated and our lives will never be the same," the family said. "We want you all to know that Nan fell to sleep peacefully, surrounded by all her family, she was full of love and had the most beautiful care." The family said the community Norma and Jess created online made the nonagenarian's "last years so incredibly special". "Her cup was full and in her own words she 'lived such a wonderful life'," they added.
