'Israeli' military prepares to block Gaza-bound freedom flotilla
Israeli Occupation Defense Minister Israel Katz announced Sunday that he had instructed military forces to take all necessary measures to prevent the aid ship Madleen from reaching the shores of Gaza. Katz stated that "Israel will act against any attempt to break the siege or deliver aid; by sea, by air, or by land." In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he warned: 'It's better you turn back, you will not reach Gaza.' His remarks come amid growing concerns expressed by the International Committee to Break the Siege on Gaza, which accused 'Israeli' forces of deliberately disrupting the signal and location of the Madleen as it nears Palestinian waters off the coast of Gaza. The committee described the interference as 'dangerous' and a direct threat to the safety of the activists on board. The Madleen is carrying humanitarian aid, including food, medicine, crutches, prosthetics for children, and water filters. The committee urged the international community to intervene immediately to ensure the ship's safe passage and warned that any escalation could endanger both the activists and civilians in Gaza.

21 Martyred in Israeli Strikes on Gaza Since Early Sunday - Jordan News
21 Martyred in Israeli Strikes on Gaza Since Early Sunday Palestinian medical sources have reported that 21 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip since early Sunday morning. According to the sources, 8 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike on Jabalia al-Balad in northern Gaza. Medical teams also recovered the bodies of two martyrs following an Israeli attack on the Ma'an area east of Khan Younis. The sources added that 5 Palestinians, including two young girls, were killed when an Israeli drone struck a displaced persons' tent camp in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. Additionally, young girl Dima Abu Mousa succumbed to wounds she sustained in an earlier Israeli airstrike on Khan Younis. In Rafah, 4 Palestinians were killed and 70 others injured by Israeli forces near an aid distribution center in the western part of the city. In central Gaza, one Palestinian was martyred and others were injured by Israeli gunfire near an aid center along what is referred to as the 'Netzarim Axis.' The Israeli army also demolished Palestinian homes and facilities in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, and in eastern Gaza City. Medical sources warned that fuel supplies at Gaza hospitals are sufficient for only two more days, and that many wounded individuals are struggling to reach hospitals in southern Gaza due to ongoing military activity. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated yesterday that "the current aid distribution model in Gaza is ineffective and amounts to a death sentence for people." Since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the death toll has risen to 54,772 with 125,834 injuries reported. — WAFA News Agency اضافة اعلان

Freedom flotilla set to reach Palestinian waters in 19 hours
The aid ship Madleen is expected to reach Palestinian waters near the Gaza Strip in approximately 19 hours, according to activists on board. Rima Hassan, a French-Palestinian Member of the European Parliament sailing with the crew, had posted on Instagram that the ship would arrive within a day. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rima Hassan (@rimamobarak) Brazilian activist Thiago Ávila, also aboard the Madleen, said the ship is now about 190 miles (306 km) from Gaza. In a video posted Sunday morning, Ávila called on supporters around the world to urge their governments to ensure the vessel's safe passage. Ávila described the mission as modest, with just 12 people on board carrying as much aid as possible, including food, medicine, crutches, prosthetics for amputated children, and water filters, acknowledging that it amounts to only a small fraction of what Gaza needs. He also expressed concern about the dangers ahead, referencing Israeli Occupation's history of intercepting aid ships bound for Gaza. He emphasized that visibility and public pressure on governments are the most effective ways to help ensure the Madleen reaches its destination safely.
