Rhea Ripley, Kairi Sane and More React To Gruesome Zoey Stark Injury On WWE RAW
Prayers go out to Zoey Stark.
On this week's episode of WWE Raw, Zoey Stark battled Kairi Sane and Rhea Ripley in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. When Stark attempted a missile dropkick on Sane, however, her landing resulted in her knee bending in a way it shouldn't and an official carrying her to the backstage area.

As of now, the severity of Stark's apparent knee injury is unknown. Still, a number of her peers are rooting for her and a quick recovery.
'I truly hope we get to face each other again when you're ready. Wishing you a smooth recovery. #Respect @ZoeyStarkWWE,' wrote Kairi Sane on X.
Rhea Ripley, who went on to pin Sane in the qualifier, offered up similar words to her fellow Raw star. 'Professional wrestling can be very real and dangerous… Tonight continued to prove that anything can happen. Wishing @ZoeyStarkWWE a speedy recovery,' she wrote.
Elsewhere, former AEW Women's Champion Thunder Rosa reminded fans that pro wrestling is both a beautiful and dangerous sport, while adding her hopes for Stark and her injury. 'We give our all everytime we step in the ring and we also risk a lot when we do what we love,' Rosa wrote. '@ZoeyStarkWWE I love you sister and I hope you recover soon.'

The love for Stark continued with the messages from the likes of Natalya, IYO SKY, and Daria Rae (fka Sonya Deville). In Rae's case, she posted an image of her, Stark, and Shayna Baszler from their time working together as Pure Fusion Collective. Baszler and Rae both departed from WWE in recent months, with this week marking Stark's first match on Raw as a solo competitor.

John Cena Gets Brutally Honest About the Real Reason He Opened His Legendary Gym
John Cena Gets Brutally Honest About the Real Reason He Opened His Legendary Gym originally appeared on Men's Fitness. On the outside, John Cena's gym doesn't look like much—but it's shaped some of WWE's biggest names. Cena gave Stephanie McMahon a tour of, Hard Nocks South, his gym located in Tampa, Florida. Cena opened Hard Nocks South in 2008 because he was tired of training in gyms he didn't like. He wanted his own space—one built around serious lifting. "Believe it or not, I was just sick of working out at shitty places," Cena answered when asked about what inspired him to open the gym. The name comes from Hard Nocks, a gym in Amesbury, Massachusetts owned by Dave Nock where Cena first started lifting. Before WWE opened its official Performance Center in Orlando, Florida in 2013, Cena's gym became a training ground for many top superstars—including Roman Reigns and Seth of the gym, there's a stacked dumbbell rack, lifting platforms, power racks, barbells, plates, medicine balls, and more. But you won't find rows of treadmills or fancy equipment, it's purely old school. If you were expecting an aesthetics-driven, modern gym—this isn't it. The walls are bare, the paint is nonexistent, but the history runs deep. Hanging next to a massive American flag is a "Top 10 of All Time" board. These are the best lifts ever recorded at the gym. One name stands out: Ettore Ewen—known in WWE as Big E—holding the bench press record with 575 pounds. "It's Ettore's world and we're all just living in it," Cena says. The gym has also become a place for support outside of training. " This is a very safe space for conversation to be kicked around, for you to have a bad day but not stay in a bad day," he says. The rules of Cena's gym are very simple: no music, no Smith machines, embrace the squat, and rack your weights, as he shared with Muscle and Fitness. Wilmington rallies past Spartanburgers
SPARTANBURG, S.C. — The Spartanburgers and Blue Rocks needed extra innings for the second straight night. Just like Tuesday, Wilmington (26-33) pulled out a one-run victory, 6-5, over Hub City (30-28). Cal Stark and Gleider Figuereo both mashed solo home runs. Figuereo became the first Spartanburger with double-digit home runs (10) on the season. After a sluggish night for both sides at the plate on Tuesday, Hub City hopped on the board early on Wednesday. Keith Jones II and Stark both scorched RBI doubles in addition to a run-scoring groundout from Yeison Morrobel. Hub City took a 3-0 lead after the first frame. Despite some traffic, Spartanburgers starter Aidan Curry managed to last two outs into the fourth inning without allowing a run. Wilmington got on the scoreboard in the fifth with back-to-back doubles from Cortland Lawson and Caleb Lomavita. Stark responded in the sixth with a solo home run to retake a three-run lead. An out later, Wilmington starter Travis Sthele finished his night with his only strikeout. Hub City added on in the eighth when Figuereo left the yard to right. Dylan MacLean took over in the sixth out of the bullpen for Hub City. After a leadoff base hit, MacLean set down the next nine batters he faced. Hub City held a 5-1 lead into the ninth. Five straight walks came back to bite the Spartanburgers. Wilmington scored four runs without a hit to tie the game. All Hub City mustered at the plate in the ninth off Yeuris Jimenez (W, 3-2) was a walk. In the top of the 10th, Teo Banks led the inning off with a single to put runners at the corners. Josh Mollerus (L, 6-1) rolled a double play, but the automatic runner scored to give Wilmington its first lead of the night. Samuel Vasquez (S, 2) stranded a Hub City runner at second to finish off the win for the Blue Rocks in the bottom half. After dropping the first two games of the series, Hub City sends RHP Kolton Curtis (2-1, 5.19 ERA) to start game three. Wilmington will start RHP Travis Sykora (1-0, 1.38 ERA). First pitch Thursday is at 6:35 p.m. ET. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.

Dwayne ‘The Rock' Johnson reveals frustrating gut-health issue that took him years to fix
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson had a digestive issue that he couldn't kick — and no answers in sight. Johnson, one of WWE and Hollywood's biggest stars, opened up about his health journey during a recent conversation with the man who saw him through to the other side in Dr. Mark Hyman. The 53-year-old, after years of dealing with the gut issue, had a conversation with former agent and longtime business partner Ari Emanuel about it at the end of 2023. I can't quite fix it. It's in my digestion,' Johnson said during 'The Mark Hyman Show.' 'I feel great — and that's the odd thing — but I just can't crack it.'' Emanuel, the CEO of Endeavor and WWE's parent company, TKO, mentioned seeing Hyman, who practices functional medicine. Advertisement The two eventually connected for a virtual visit. Johnson admitted he knew nothing about functional medicine, which, according to the Institute for Functional Medicine, provides a framework to systematically identify and address the underlying processes and dysfunctions that are causing imbalance and disease in each individual. 'You said, very succinctly, 'I'm not going to treat your symptoms. I'm going to go deeper than that and treat the root cause of what's going on,'' Johnson said. 'And I said, 'I love that.'' Advertisement The treatment began in early 2024, with Johnson set to begin his 'Final Boss' run to WrestleMania 40 with WWE. Getting to what was holding Johnson back took some heavy digging, Hyman noted. They did blood panels and a stool test, among other things, to get to the source of the problem. Johnson was in for a grueling year with WWE commitments, the release of 'Red One' and 'Moana 2,' and filming for his upcoming movie 'The Smashing Machine.' 3 Dwayne Johnson attends the 'Moana 2' UK Premiere at Cineworld Leicester Square on November 24, 2024 in London, England. 'And I was thinking, 'Holy s–t, how am I going to get through this with my gut issues? I'm not digesting properly.'' Advertisement Luckily, Hyman was able to provide Johnson some relief, finding the issue began after he took multiple rounds of antibiotics, which messed with the bacteria in his gut. He was missing Akkermansia, which coats the lining of the intestine and protects from inflammation and a leaky gut, Hyman said. 3 Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and John Cena fight during Night 2 at Lincoln Financial Field on April 7, 2024 in Philadelphia. 'And we made you this amazing gut health shake with 10-plus ingredients personalized for you.' Johnson hasn't wrestled in WWE since, but was the catalyst for John Cena's heel turn earlier this year.
