Kerry Washington was back in her front row seat at Michael Kors for the brand's fall 2025 fashion show in New York on Tuesday. Washington wore a blue jersey dress with a lowcut V-neckline, crisscross in the back and a handkerchief skirt featuring an asymmetrical hem.
The look first walked in the brand's spring 2025 show, where Washington also sat in the front row.

'I think people are in the mood for something that feels special, but that you can wear all the time,' Kors told WWD of that collection. It was inspired by stills from Netflix's 'Ripley,' 1990s photographs from Herb Ritts and snapshots of Mediterranean beaches.
Washington paired the dress with an oversize black leather belt, a styling trick that was popular in the aughts. She also carried a black leather clutch and wore pointed toe slingback sandals featuring an ankle strap. The actress wore her hair in brown and blond braids, wrapped into a top bun. In addition, she wore diamond earrings.
Washington has worked with stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn since 2023. The 'Scandal' actor has been building a relationship with the brand, notably attending the Met Gala with the label in 2017 and 2023.
In January, the 'Six Triple Eight' actress wore a wrinkled pink dress from Balenciaga. The look was a one shoulder gown with silk taffeta that swaddled around the body but there was a long train. Washington was also one of a group of women in opera gloves that night with a pair in black spandex. She's also developed a relationship with that brand, attending its shows in Paris.
Other front-row attendees at Michael Kors' fall 2025 show included Uma Thurman, Lea Michele, Rachel Brosnahan and Jane Krakowski amongst others. Kors had kicked off New York Fashion Week this season last week with a cocktail party at Bemelman's Bar.

Kristin Cavallari's friend exposes her date with 'Top Gun' star Glen Powell

Kristin Cavallari is baring it all on her new show. During a candid moment on her live podcast episode of "Honestly Cavallari: The Podcast Tour," the reality star's best friend and celebrity hair stylist, Justin Anderson, made a spontaneous revelation that caught Cavallari off guard. "She recently went on a date — she's going to be so mad at me, actually — with Glen Powell," Anderson announced during a Q&A segment of the show, according to US Weekly. "I wanted it to happen so bad. Top Gun, b----." While the "Laguna Beach" star was stunned by her best friend revealing her romantic rendezvous with the A-lister, Anderson continued to share details of their date. "You're partying in Greece, and then Glen just came up to Kristin. You guys had a really fun night together," he recalled. Cavallari promptly replied, "I never f---ed him. Just putting that out there." Anderson then added, "They dry-humped though," and Cavallari didn't deny it. During a subsequent appearance on Page Six radio, Cavallari was asked if she would like to "mix and mingle" with Powell more. "Why are we just talking about Glen?" she responded with a laugh. One of the radio hosts argued he'd rather see Powell and his "Anyone But You" co-star Sydney Sweeney date. "Oh, I think the whole world does actually," Cavallari agreed. "Besides his mom," the host chimed in. Another host added, "Well, the mom actually said … 'If they had a lot of chances they would've been together, but they're not, and they're just friends.'" This isn't the first time Cavallari's romantic life has been in the spotlight. In April, she took to her podcast to clarify which celebrities she has and hasn't dated. "I never dated Chris Evans," she insisted. "Ever, ever, ever. Didn't even go on one date with him. Literally nothing ever happened. And there's been these rumors for years that we dated. Well, we never dated." Cavallari has admitted to a romantic connection with country star Morgan Wallen. At the time, neither Wallen nor Cavallari seemed to be looking for a serious romantic relationship. However, the "Laguna Beach" star opened up about their time together, admitting the country music star "was good in bed." "At the time, quite honestly, I was like, 'I kind of just want a f--- buddy in Nashville,'" Cavallari admitted to Bunnie Xo, wife of country music star Jelly Roll. "That's really hard to find here for some reason. And I wanted to make Morgan, but ..." "He's a great f--- buddy," she noted. "But he was so busy, honestly, that it was just like, 'Why the f--- am I like – what are we doing? This is silly.'" She was previously married to NFL star Jay Cutler. The former couple announced their divorce in 2020. Cavallari and Cutler share three kids — daughter Saylor and sons Jaxon and Camden.

Through the Lens: Nikk Martin for Paul & Shark

'I didn't grow up wanting to be a photographer,'Nikk Martinbegins telling Hypebeast. 'But at some point, I realized the camera gave me permission to slow down, to look at people more closely, to connect. And I think I've been chasing that feeling ever since.' Known for his evocative photography style, the Berlin-based visual artist boasts a rich portfolio that focuses on framing intimate moments between the camera and his subjects. Garnering widespread acclaim for his images' unique color palette, highlighted by the use of analogue photography and often arduous film developing processing, which permeates his images that occupy multiple disciplines from still life, environmental landscapes, dynamic visuals, and many more. Approaching his process with a natural flair, it's all about being in the moment and paying attention to his surroundings that helps Martin capture the perfect shot, explaining, 'Some of my best moments have come from letting go, just being present and reacting to what's really happening.' For the latest installment of theThrough the Lensvideo series, Hypebeast enlists Martin to capturePaul & Shark's RivieraSpring/Summer 2025capsule collection through his distinct visual aesthetic. Officially founded in 1976 by Paolo Dini, Paul & Shark is a family-run Italian label with a rich legacy in garment craftsmanship, production and fabric sourcing. Now spearheaded by his son, CEO Andrea Dini, who represents the third generation to carry the family business, the brand draws inspiration from the infinite allure of the ocean to find synergy between aesthetics, technical innovation, and commitment to quality. Heading to Capri, a scenic Italian island off the Gulf of Naples, where the new capsule collection takes its inspiration from, it's immediately clear that Martin is truly in his creative element. 'Water has this ability to mirror emotion. It's soft, wild, still, restless, all at once,' he says as he approaches the beach looking out into the horizon. 'And that's how I want my work to feel, too.' As he returns to land, weaving through the narrow streets of the old town, capturing candid images of the public, he explains, 'Photography still feels pure to me when it's about connection. When you're not trying to create a moment, but to witness it.' And despite photography partly being about engaging with your subject and directing their movements that fit in line with the vision, the craft is mainly about possessing the eye to achieve the most visually engaging shot, which can come at any time. 'I don't really direct, I observe, I wait, and I try to create a space where something real can happen,' Martin says. 'I feel into the light, the emotion in the room, the energy of the person in front of me. It's instinctual.' Inspired by the island's atmosphere, bustling energy, and iconic architecture, the Paul & Shark SS25 capsule collection embraces the spirit of the Mediterranean summer. As well as iconic patterns, silhouettes, and garment types reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, the refined capsule comprises sweaters, a selection of button-up shirts, and quick-dry swimwear that embrace a minimalist aesthetic which pays tribute to Capri. Boasting a complete segment that spans various shades of 'Azure' to more intense blues, the range's diverse color palette draws upon the sea's vast hues. Elsewhere, summery tones of beiges and whites, fused with touches of colour, complete the capsule's makeover. While the ocean influence is evident across its offering, it is experimentation that forms the foundation of the new range, marking the brand's renewed focus on quality. This includes masterfully weaving its Typhoon membrane – an innovative technology that incorporates both wind and waterproof qualities – on a selection of delicate fabrics such as silk, linen, and cashmere, as well as bringing forth its meticulous attention to detail to each garment. Sabrina Carpenter's ‘Manchild' Lyrics Seem to Be Savage Message to Ex Barry Keoghan

Sabrina Carpenter is making an early bid for song of the summer with the release of her new single 'Manchild.' Leading up to its release, fans wondered whether Carpenter's lyrics were aimed at her ex Barry Keoghan given the track name and promo language (specifically her announcement post saying, 'this one's about you!!'). The song doesn't explicitly call Keoghan out by name, but it generally alludes to the annoyance of having to deal with an immature man. The chorus goes, 'Man-child / Why you always come a-running to me? / Fuck my life / Won't you let an innocent woman be?' Keoghan and Carpenter first sparked romantic rumors in late 2023 before going public with their relationship in February 2024. Their relationship included a Met Gala date and Keoghan starring in Carpenter's music video for 'Please Please Please.' Those lyrics seemed to have a message for him too, with her singing: 'I heard that you're an actor / So act like a stand up guy / Whatever devil's inside you / Don't let him out tonight / I tell them it's just your culture / And everyone rolls their eyes / Yeah I know / All I'm asking baby / Please please please don't prove I'm right / Please please please / Don't bring me to tears when I just did my makeup so nice / Heartbreak is one thing / My ego's another / I beg you don't embarrass me / Mother fucker ahhh / Please please please.' Sadly, their love story didn't last and fizzled out in December 2024. A source told Entertainment Tonight, 'Things didn't end well, and they are taking space from each other. Sabrina and Barry are definitely broken up right now. Sabrina isn't sad over the breakup and is staying busy and distracted.' The insider added that 'Sabrina is figuring out what she wants and is focused on her career.' Carpenter hasn't dated anyone publicly since Keoghan—but chances are she has plenty of private stories to draw inspiration from, too. Whether Keoghan or someone else is her muse, the star isn't likely to share the subject of 'Manchild.' She told W magazine last year that she doesn't want to put her love life up for public consumption. 'I get why people are interested,' she conceded. 'But they can listen to my album and decide for themselves what the songs are about.' 'Manchild' offers fans an opportunity to do just that.
