Pakistan urged Malaysia to cancel 'Operation Sindoor' outreach events by citing Islamic solidarity and Kashmir, reports have suggested. The request, however, was firmly rejected.
Pakistan urged Malaysian officials to cancel all 'Operation Sindoor' outreach programmes by Indian delegations, citing Islamic solidarity. The demand, however, was rejected by Kuala Lumpur, NDTV reported.
Another report with India Today claimed, Pakistan, in its request, cited the 'Kashmir matter at the United Nations' to back its call for cancellation of the delegations' meetings.
'We are an Islamic country, you are an Islamic country… don't listen to the Indian delegation, cancel all their programmes in Malaysia," the Pakistani embassy told officials of the Malaysian government, the report claimed.
However, despite Pakistan's attempt to derail the Indian delegation's visit, Malaysia on Tuesday reaffirmed its commitment to peace.
The country also thanked the Indian all-party parliamentary delegation for the briefing on New Delhi's approach to combating terrorism.
The delegation, led by JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, met with Speaker of the House of Representatives, Parliament of Malaysia (Dewan Rakyat), YB Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Johari bin Abdul and briefed on India's unwavering policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism, and sought cooperation of Malaysian parliamentarians in the collective fight against terrorism.
The Speaker reaffirmed Malaysia's commitment to peace and thanked the delegation for the briefing on India's approach in dealing with terrorism at large.
The delegation also met the Parliamentary Special Committee on International Relations and International Trade, chaired by YB Wong Chen, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Parliamentary Special Committee on International Relations and International Trade, and briefed about the heinous terrorist attack in Pahalgam and highlighted India's zero tolerance policy towards terrorism.
The delegation to Malaysia is one of the seven multi-party delegations India has tasked to visit 33 global capitals to reach out to the international community to emphasise Pakistan's links to terrorism.
Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated after the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed 26 lives.
In response, India carried launched 'Operation Sindoor' on terror infrastructures in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in the early hours of May 7, following which Pakistan attempted to attack Indian military bases on May 8, 9, and 10.
The Indian side responded strongly to the Pakistani actions.
The on-ground hostilities ended with an understanding of stopping the military actions following talks between the directors general of military operations of both sides on May 10.

Vijay Mallya shares an India vs US mentality post, and internet users discover a kinky foot fetish link

On June 7, Vijay Mallya shared the link to an Instagram post from Hotmail founder Sabeer Bhatia. People who clicked on the link were stunned to see a pop-up that read, 'Join Indiaflash on Instagram'. Clicking on the 'Indiaflash' link led unsuspecting users to an Instagram page dedicated to 'photos and videos of Indian women driving barefoot'. This series of events has led many to conclude that Vijay Mallya has an anonymous Instagram account dedicated to foot fetish pictures. When you click on an Instagram link that was directly shared by someone – whether through DMs, messaging apps, or other platforms – you may see a pop-up or banner at the top of the post saying it was shared by a specific account (eg, 'Shared by @xyz'). In Mallya's case, he shared a link to Hotmail founder Sabeer Bhatia's Instagram post from his X account. Bhatia's post was on India vs US mentality. However, the pop-up message leading to '@Indiaflash1812' led people to conclude that Mallya is on Instagram under a 'fake' or burner account - and this burner account, active since 2016, has shared more than 2,000 photos and videos of Indian women driving barefoot. has not been able to verify this information, and it may be just a case of mistaken identity. However, this has not stopped the internet from roasting Mallya. For the last couple of days, dozens of people have shared screenshots of the pop-up message they got about the 'Indiaflash' account after clicking on the Instagram link shared by Vijay Mallya. 'Bro accidentally leaked his burner account,' wrote one X user. A burner account is an anonymous online account, often used by people who don't want to link certain activities to their primary account. Another user shared a screenshot of the message that read, 'Indiaflash1812 shared this Reel with you'. 'If you have a secret instagram account make sure to always send a clean link otherwise your fetishes or privacy/account can get exposed,' a user advised. 'Losing it. This is such a specific fetish. I'd understand feet, but feet while driving a car is sending me….' another joked. Internet sleuths did not stop at just opening the Instagram page filled with pictures of women driving barefoot - they went a step further and found several other ties to Vijay Mallya. In 2017, for example, Mexican F1 racing star Sergio "Checo" Pérez shared a photograph with Vijay Mallya on Instagram and tagged the 'Indiaflash' Instagram account. Pérez has 7.5 million Instagram followers. A post shared by Checo Pérez (@schecoperez) A year later, an Instagram account called 'f1humor_official' also tagged the 'Indiaflash' account in a post about Vijay Mallya. Vijay Mallya is officially on Instagram under the handle '@vijaymallyaofficial'. His Instagram account has 1.45 lakh followers and the bio identifies him as a 'Former two term Member of Parliament, Chairman of The UB Group,Sports enthusiast, Veteran Formula One Team Principal, Championing Youth empowerment.'

Owaisi Slams Israel, Urge PM Modi to Help Stop Genocide in Gaza, Restore Peace in Palestine

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi made an emotional appeal urging the Indian government to help end the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Speaking at a public event, he reminded people of the dire humanitarian crisis in Palestine where over 10 lakh have been displaced and more than 60,000 lives lost in Israeli airstrikes. Owaisi criticized the lack of basic medical supplies in Gaza and condemned Israel's attacks on mosques and civilians, calling them drug-peddling murderers, not victims of terrorism. Recalling India's historic support for Palestine, he demanded that India take moral responsibility and send food aid to starving Palestinians. With global silence growing louder, Owaisi's statement ignites fresh debate on India's diplomatic stance and moral role in international conflicts.#asaduddinowaisi #gazagenocide #israelpalestinewar #eidspeechowaisi #aimimgazasupport #indiapalestinestance #gazafoodcrisis #gazamedicalshortage #israelbombsmosques #indianmuslimsongaza #gazahumanitariancrisis #owaisispeech2025 #modigazasilence #indiamustactgaza #gazaundersiege #toi #toibharat #bharat #breakingnews #indianews Read More

Nishikant Dubey hits out at Rahul Gandhi, asks whether Nehru family

New Delhi [India], June 9 (ANI): BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has hit out at Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi, asking whether his family 'imposed the 1962 war on India by supporting China.' In his 'X' post, Nishikant Dubey accused former Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru of creating a new slogan of the 'non-aligned countries'. Non-aligned countries were a group of those newly independent countries that neither joined the US nor the Soviet (modern-day Russia) bloc during the Cold War era. Sharing glimpses of the declaration of the 1961 Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Belgrade Conference, Nishikant Dubey stated that the conference 'ordered' the United Nations to make China its only member. The BJP MP stated that India was isolated from Russia and the US, due to which neither country came to its rescue during the 1962 war with China. He further called for investigation regarding the relationship between China and Jawaharlal Nehru's family. On May 7, Nishikant Dubey hit back at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his accusation that the 2024 Maharashtra assembly election was 'rigged' in favour of the BJP. Dubey urged the Congress leader to read the 1975 judgement of the Allahabad High Court to know how his grandmother and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi 'fixed' and 'stole' the 1971 Lok Sabha elections to win from the Rae Bareli constituency in Uttar Pradesh. 'Rahul Baba, how is the election fixed or stolen? Read the exploits of your grandmother, Indira Gandhi, which is the judgment of the Allahabad High Court,' Dubey said in a post on X. 'The army and its helicopters were used in the 1971 elections. Liquor and clothes were openly distributed during the election of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi 3. Ask for votes in the name of Hinduism. Voters were brought in vehicles. Money is distributed indiscriminately. Government employees engaged in an election campaign. You create the election drama, your family ruins the country, and you will not get the liberty to loot the elections anymore,' he added. (ANI)
