Ibiza Final Boss fights to save relationship with model girlfriend who dumped him when footage of him raving 'with the lads' on party isle went viral

Daily Mail6 hours ago
The young party-goer who became an internet sensation for his Lego-style haircut while dancing in Ibiza is fighting to save his relationship to his model girlfriend - after she unceremoniously dumped him as he partied on the White Isle.
Jack Kay, 26, nicknamed 'Ibiza Bob' after his distinctive razor-sharp bowl haircut went viral, was reportedly told it was over by glamorous girlfriend Alisha Cook just days into his trip.
Alisha, 23, a debt collector, from Co Durham, is said to have been so angry with Mr Kay raving in Ibiza she dumped him before footage spread online and propelled him to viral stardom as the 'Ibiza final boss'.
They have since reconciled, but a source close to Mr Kay said he was 'skating on thin ice' over his partying ways.
A friend of Mr Kay's told the Daily Mail: 'Alisha called it off when Jack went to Ibiza with the lads.
'They'd been together for almost a year and he was living at her place but things hadn't been right for months.
'His car is still on her drive, she threw all his clothes in the back of it. She doesn't want him around anymore.
'She's had inklings that something was not right for a while. She just wants to wash her hands of him.
'Alisha is so beautiful. No one is quite sure what she saw in him.'
The friend added: 'It's hard to believe that he's been branded the super king of Ibiza - the final boss - when she's been left on her own back here.'
When Mr Kay sprung to viral fame after being filmed dancing on the party island, donning a gold chain and baby pink cup, Alisha revealed herself publicly as his girlfriend.
She shared a series of TikTok videos captioned 'POV (point of view) ya boyfriends now known as Ibiza final boss'.
In the clips, blonde-haired Alisha was seen cuddled up to Mr Kay, with him kissing her on the cheek.
However, the friend claimed that Alisha had only posted the video 'to boost her TikTok' and that she had already handed out her marching orders.
She has subsequently deleted her presence on social media after Mr Kay's sudden fame.
Mr Kay, whom the Daily Mail revealed is the son of a career criminal jailed for armed robbery, is thought to want to continue the relationship.
And his new-found celebrity - which PR experts believe could lead to huge riches for the Newcastle car dealer - may also appear to have given him a second chance at love.
When approached, Alisha insisted: 'All I want to say is, I love him, we're back together.'
Mr Kay returned briefly to the North East on Wednesday night for a fresh £26 haircut at his local barber's - before flying out of Newcastle airport 24 hours later on a private jet.
He was accompanied by his crew of four other friends, who all posed for a picture in front of the Cessna plane.
It is not known who funded the private flight, which landed in Barcelona, but one follower quipped online: 'Big man's gone from Easyjet to private jet in the space of a week.'
Posting a picture inside the jet, with his thick gold chain and signature beard trim on display, Mr Kay wrote: 'Ibiza we on way, let's get this party started.'
Mr Kay had earlier addressed his new-found fame on Instagram, describing himself as 'just a normal person from Newcastle'.
He thanked fans for their support, saying: 'It's a lot to take in at the moment. Stay locked in, got some big news coming.'
Fans have compared Mr Kay's unique look to Ringo Starr, a Lego man, monks and a coconuts, One internet wag described the cut as a 'short back and Battle of Hastings'.
What does the 'Final Boss' meme mean?
Derived from video games, a 'final boss' has come to mean the best or ultimate example of something.
It typically refers to the most difficult opponent at the end of a game, who is normally stronger than, and unique from, other enemies players face.
In the case of Jack Kay - with his gleaming teeth, heavy duty jewellery, perfectly manicured beard and unique haircut - it means, jokingly, that he has come to represent the absolute crux of a typical Ibiza partygoer.
His barber Ali Kurbani revealed: 'To get this style, Jack asks for a medium skin fade and then a bit of length of the top.'
The key to creating the crisp shape is to 'keep the fringe sharp at the front,' Mr Kurbani, master-barber at B&D Barbers, in Newcastle, said.
Brands have meanwhile rushed to cash in on the meme on social media.
Retailer Currys shared an image depicting Mr Kay as a Henry Hoover, while bakers Greggs shared a photoshopped version of its gingerbread man.
Elsewhere, package holiday firm On The Beach - with whom Mr Kay booked his Ibiza trip - is depicting his mop-top as a parasol in a series of new adverts it is rolling out on advertising billboards.
Kay's own social media following has exploded. His TikTok - labelled 'IBIZA FINAL BOSS' - has already picked up nearly 20,000 followers, while a newly created Instagram has 27,000.
Brand and culture expert Nick Ede told the Daily Mail that Mr Kay stands to earn six figures in the next 12 months alone - between nightclub appearances at home and abroad and potential brand deals.
He has appointed talent agent Dave Read, whose firm Neon Management are credited with making reality star Joey Essex a millionaire.
But Mr Kay has also inspired a series of imitators in what appear to be cryptocurrency scams, launching what look to be unauthorised 'meme coins' bearing his face.
One such account, which used AI generated images of Kay's face, shared a video appearing to suggest he had tattooed his own face on his leg.

HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines candidly detail the struggles in their 22-year marriage

Chip and Joanna Gaines have been married for over two decades - but that doesn't mean they haven't had their fair share of ups and downs. The HGTV stars - who share five children - recently opened up about their private life and how they have dealt with the challenges of marriage. Joanna, 47, revealed that they had 'non-negotiables from day one,' speaking on how to balance their fame, family and relationship. Joanna referenced the store she and Chip, 50, owned - which was called The Little Shop on Bosque and opened in the early 2000s - at the start of their marriage. However, the mom-of-five said even though it was scary, she could see the bright side even if they 'were struggling for the first 12 years of marriage.' 'Like every Friday it was like, "Well, is this when we close our doors [of The Little Shop on Bosque]?"' she explained on the Stronger Podcast with Don Saladino. 'Every day we showed up, it was like, "Well, if this all goes away, we still have each other,"' the Fixer Upper star said passionately. She explained that sums up the 'core and foundation' of who they are. Chip said he would be fine with stepping away from the spotlight, as long as the most important thing - his wife and kids - were still there 'Every decision we make, we say, "How will this affect this?"' the renovation star shared. Joanna credited her and Chip's decision to prioritize each other as helping them navigate fame whilst raising a family. Chip agreed, adding he would be fine with stepping away from the spotlight, as long as the most important thing - his wife and kids - were still there. 'As I think about fame and success and money in comparison to my marriage and my family… [If] all of this would instantly go away, and my wife and my kids would be back on the farm, raising animals,' the doting dad mused during the interview. 'But Jo and I, we believe we can have our cake and eat it too in the sense that I can be successful and I can have a healthy marriage and family,' he added. Joanna also shared the new endeavor the two are embarking on - their wellness journey. 'At this stage in our life, what we're trying to figure out is: we've got family, we've got business, like that's our thing... but now this wellness and health and working out, that is a new thing for us that we're trying to figure out,' she shared. Joanna and Chip have been married since 2003 and share five children: Drake, 20, Ella, 18, Duke, 17, Emmie, 15, and Crew, seven. Last month, the couple faced backlash from conservative Christians for their 'unbiblical' casting on their new reality show. The pair were slammed by some critics for their new series, Back to the Frontier, which they serve as the executive producers of. The show, which airs on the Magnolia Network, drops three families near the Canadian Rockies and forces them to live like it is the 1880s for eight weeks. The families have no access to modern technology, no electricity or running water, and must harvest all their own food and tend to livestock. While the show sounds like must-see TV for Chip and Joanna's target audience, some viewers have expressed outrage over the inclusion of a gay couple on the cast. Jason Hanna and Joe Riggs, a same-sex couple, and their children are one of three families featured on the show. They both took to social media to defend the Gaines', with Hanna posting a screenshot of a news article with the headline, 'Conservative Christians rage at reality show for letting gay people on,' and explained why he believes families like his should be shown on TV. Riggs also shared a post thanking Chip and Joanna for casting them and standing by their decision to do so — even though nearly a decade ago, it was revealed that the Fixer Upper stars attend an Evangelical church, which believes 'homosexuality is a sin.'

Unfortunately for him, someone else has better luck, with Kerry going public since filming ended with toyboy Paolo Margaglione who she met later on on the show. A source told The Sun Online: 'Dylan's a real character and he's also looking for love - he's also not shy or impressed by celebs as he meets so many in his job. 'The experts knew he'd be a good match for Kerry, but she only had eyes for another man on the show so Dylan was out of luck!' Dylan, who is also a music producer, lived a lavish lifestyle before appearing on reality TV, having regular performing stints in Ibiza. The Coventry-native also still keeps in touch with his Big Brother housemates, sharing pictures partying with fellow former housemates Ali Bromley, Lily Benson and Daze Aghaji two weeks ago. The star became notable for sharing his story about having to have his leg amputated in 2017, following a head-on collision with a taxi while riding his motorbike in Tenerife. Speaking exclusively to The Sun Kerry said: "I was adamant I was not interested, I just wanted the money, the paycheque, a bit of publicity and therapy. I was adamant I was not interested at all [in dating]." Opening up about dating younger men on the show, Kerry insisted that age really is just a number - with the star having an 11 year age-gap with her new man Paolo. 7 Kerry joked: "I feel like 21, so who cares! "For me it's energy, it doesn't matter who you are - an age gap is an age gap, as long as you're happy and have that connection. "You could be with the same person for the next 10 years and be miserable as anything, it doesn't matter." A source said of her new man: "Paolo's got an amazing body but he's also a sweet guy to boot. "He's a single dad to two girls, so he has his head screwed on and is responsible.' Kerry Katona, 44, 'moves in with her toyboy boyfriend Paolo Magaglione, 33,' two months after meeting on Celebs Go Dating

Now, they are said to have taken the next steps in their relationship with Paolo now living at Kerry's luxurious £2million home in Cheshire. Daily Mail has contacted Kerry's representative for comment. According to his Instagram, Paolo - who is a father to two girls - works as an online fitness coach. Kerry shared a heartfelt post about finding love again ahead of her stint on Celebs Go Dating. Taking to Instagram, she shared a post which featured an optimistic voice over that read: 'One day, someone's going to come into your life who can't get enough of you. 'Someone who wakes up every day just excited to hear what you have to say and see your face. 'Someone who will make time in their busy schedule for you because you matter to them. 'Someone who will treat you with the love and tenderness and respect that you always deserved. 'Someday, someone is going to come into your life who's going to make every heartbreak and disappointment and tear before them make sense. 'Because if those things hadn't happened, you wouldn't be the person you are today that led you to the moment of meeting them.' Now, they are said to have taken the next steps in their relationship with Paolo now living at Kerry's luxurious £2million home in Cheshire. Kerry recently spoke to Closer about how she recently lost weight following her break-up from her ex Ryan and said she's in 'the best shape I've ever been in'. At the time of their break-up, the reality star confirmed that the fitness trainer had moved out of their home following a 'breach of trust'. However, she has since said that she has come to the realisation that Ryan wasn't for her as she reflected positively back on their separation. Writing in her column for New! Magazine, she said: 'I'm feeling really good going into 2025 - it's going to be a great year. 'I'm not heartbroken anymore and feel like I know that Ryan wasn't the one for me. 'I'm a single woman and am in the best relationship of my life, which is with myself.' Also appearing on Celebs Go Dating are Love Island's Olivia Hawkins, Made In Chelsea's Sam Prince, Too Hot To Handle's Louis Russell, and Donna Preston. Donna completed the line-up following Christine McGuinness's exit, who, after a few days, realised she wasn't ready to date in the public eye. Speaking about joining the show, Donna gushed to The Sun: 'I'm buzzing to be joining the show and to finally crack the code on what men really want, besides snacks and not being asked what they're thinking. 'I'm intrigued to meet new people, but let's be honest, if a date's boring, I won't waste anyone's time. 'Life's too short to sit through tales of someone's coin collection, I'll be gone before the starter arrives.'
