The iconic Stanley tumbler is on sale for the first time ever, but not for long

Yahoo12-03-2025

Stanley is, without a doubt, the winner of the "big cup" war. While it's not as hard to find the brand's bestselling Quencher tumbler now as it was a couple of years ago, getting your hands on the color you want can still be a struggle, let alone at a discount. But your chances are looking better: The first-ever Quencher tumbler sale is on, and more than 15 colors are 25% off at retailers including Amazon, Scheels, Academy and, of course, Stanley. The deal runs through March 26.
Both the ultra-popular 40-ounce and slightly more portable 30-ounce tumblers are up for grabs for less. The 30-ouncer keeps drinks cold for up to nine hours and iced for up to 40, while the 40-ounce cup keeps drinks cold for up to 11 hours and iced for up to two days.
Different colors and sizes are available across retailers, so we've rounded up some of the standouts below. From limited-edition cups like the Black Chroma 40-ounce tumbler to classic picks like this Indigo fave, there's something for everyone.

If you're not set on a specific color, Amazon has the most options (10) to choose from. Even better, each tumbler is available in 30- and 40-ounce sizes.
Though pickings are a bit slimmer at Stanley, the options are more muted and neutral with colors like Shale, Red Rust and Dune. Most of these Stanley deals are available only on the 40-ounce tumbler, but the Stormy color is available in both sizes.
While Amazon and Stanley aren't discounting any limited-edition picks, sports-gear retailers Academy and Scheels have two favorites still in stock on sale for as little as $34.

Whole Foods' primary distributor goes offline amid rising corporate cyberattacks

Major food wholesaler United Natural Foods (UNFI) announced Monday that it experienced 'unauthorized activity' on its IT systems, prompting the company to take some services offline while an investigation is underway. As a leading food distributor, UNFI is the primary supplier to Whole Foods Market, an Amazon subsidiary. The two companies extended their partnership last year through 2032. According to a Securities and Exchange Commission report, UNFI became aware of the cyberattack last Thursday and immediately implemented containment measures. 'As soon as we discovered the activity, an investigation was initiated with the help of leading forensics experts and we have notified law enforcement,' a company spokesperson tells Fast Company. 'We are assessing the unauthorized activity and working to restore our systems to safely bring them back online. As we work through this issue, our customers, suppliers, and associates are our highest priority. We are working closely with them to minimize disruption as much as possible.' The full scope and impact of the breach remain unclear. However, shares of UNFI, a $1.5 billion company, dropped by at least 8.6% at the time of publishing, and social media users have begun reporting disruptions. 'Came in at 5 am today and was told there will be no UNFI truck today due to issues on their end,' a Reddit user shared on r/wholefoods. Whole Foods did not immediately return Fast Company 's request for comment.
