14 people questioned, CCTV footage collected
The police are leaving no gap in their probe. They have already recorded statements from 14 people. These include her family members, domestic staff, and close friends who often met Shefali. This will help them build a clear timeline of her last days.
The same report mentioned, 'The police have also recorded the statement of the pharmacist of the medical store from where Shefali and her family used to procure medicines.'
Along with this, police have taken seven samples of CCTV footage from around her building. They are now going through these videos to check who visited Shefali's home and if anything unusual was caught on camera.
Early medical findings hint at natural causes
As per the findings from the first medical checks, the report further said, 'Shefali's death is said to have been due to low blood pressure, cardiac arrest and heavy gastric condition.'
But exact confirmed details are awaited.
Emotional final farewell
Shefali was cremated at the Oshiwara Crematorium on Saturday evening. Her husband Parag Tyagi was seen breaking down at the funeral and later told the media and her fans to pray for her. Close family, friends and many well-known faces from the television world were there to pay their final respects.

As part of probe, authorities are investigating the factors that may have contributed to the 42-year-old actor's death. According to Hindustan Times, police had found two boxes of these beauty and self-care supplements while documenting the investigation at her residence. However, Shefali's family stated that she was not taking the tablets under a doctor's supervision, but they did not adversely affect her health. Shefali Jariwala's Untimely Demise According to Mumbai police sources, Shefali had fainted due to low blood pressure after which she was taken to hospital by her parents, husband and house help. The doctors at RN Cooper Hospital, where her post-mortem examination was conducted, now suspect a sudden drop in blood pressure might have resulted in her untimely demise. The doctors also suspect that Shefali may have experienced cardiac arrest due to self-medication. The post-mortem report is not out yet. Doctors are waiting for viscera and blood reports. What Parag Told Police? The HT, citing Parag, reported Shefali had been fasting for a Satyanarayan Pooja at their home. He told the police she had even collapsed the day before after eating. Parag also told police that in the month of May, both of them went to Australia for a stage show. While the exact reason behind Shefali's death will be determined after the post-mortem report is released, the Mumbai Police ruled out foul play.
