Home Bargains is selling packs of 35 mini bars from the Dubai Chocolate brand for just £4.99.
That works out at just 14p per bar — but some shoppers aren't convinced they're worth the price.
One user commented: "They're nasty lol."
"Nothing special about it, I wouldn't waste your money," another wrote.
This shopper added: "Looks like someone smashed peas into the chocolate."
"Not sure why everyone is raving on about this chocolate," a fourth said.
Shoppers should visit their nearest Home Bargains to buy the discounted treats.
Earlier this month, the popular bargain chain revealed it would be stocking up on the indulgent, Middle Eastern-inspired treat and scanning bags of Dubai Chocolate Cookies for just £1.25.
The discount shop posted on its official Instagram feed and urged fans of the viral treats to "run" as stores were stocking something else to satisfy sweet tooths.
Shoppers have hailed the pistachio paste biscuits and flocked to social media to discuss.
Foodies race to buy new Dubai chocolate Easter egg in popular supermarket - the 'filling is crazy' and it's selling FAST
One said: "These look insane!"
Another added: "Stop it now!
A third wrote: "Adding to shopping list!" Someone else posted: "[These are] 75p cheaper than Iceland!"
Meanwhile, Iceland is also jumping on the trend, with two Dubai-style chocolate bars now in stores.
The Nelino Dubai-Style Chocolate (£2 for 62g) and Bolci Dubai Chocolate (£5 for 100g) both feature a luxurious pistachio cream filling and kadayif pastry.
Iceland is the first UK retailer to stock Nelino's version, while Bolci's Turkish-made treat is also available at Morrisons.
These new arrivals are already proving a hit.
It comes after a major retailer sent shoppers wild after slashing the price of popular chocolate to just pennies.
And Asda shoppers have claimed the "bargain of the year" as clothes from the retailer's George line scan for just 50p.

Sweet-toothed fans are racing to Iceland for retro snack inspired by iconic 2000s drink

Nestle has recently hiked the cost of chocolate choco lot Sweet-toothed fans are racing to Iceland for retro snack inspired by iconic 2000s drink Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) SHOPPERS are flocking to Iceland to get their hands on a snack inspired by an iconic 2000s drink. Nesquik now comes in yogurt form, and they are bringing back some core memories for millennials. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 1 Nesquik Chocoballs were spotted in Iceland Credit: Facebook / Snack Reviews The cereal treat is a split pot with a generous helping of sweet yogurt made from 83 percent milk and crunchy chocolate balls. The four-pack of 107g Chocoballs pots is being sold exclusively at Iceland for £2.80. There is also a deal on now where you can buy three packs for just £6.00 - saving yourself £2.40. Or you can mix and match them with a choice between Muller Corners or Quality Street's Toffee Dessert. One savvy shopper spotted the tasty treat in their local Iceland and shared a photo on Snack Reviews Facebook page. "I need," one wrote, adding the eyes emoji. "I want these for me, not the kids," another joked. Nesquik was a huge hit in the 2000s and is known for its range of flavoured milk drink powders, particularly the iconic chocolate variety. It has been a staple in many British households for decades, often associated with childhood memories and nostalgic comfort. In addition to the classic powders, Nesquik in the UK has expanded its product range to include ready-to-drink bottles and cereal, further cementing its presence in the breakfast and snack categories. Dunnes Stores fans set for frenzy as major new food section lands in supermarkets This comes as Nesquik's creator Nestle revealed it hiked the cost of its chocolate and coffee for customers. The Swiss company said it's raised its prices by 2.1% overall - but for some items the hikes are in the double digits. It blamed surging costs of coffee beans and chocolate. "Despite the significant level of the increases in many markets, the actions were implemented with limited customer disruption," Nestle said. Nestle produces a range of products, including chocolates, sweets, cereals, drinks, ice cream and pet foods. Among its popular brands are Aero, Milkybar, Smarties, Milo, Haagen Dazs, San Pellegrino, and Felix cat food. The company said it had better-than-expected sales growth of 2.8% in the first three months of the year. The higher prices accounted for much of the rise. Nestle said it had seen demand drop significantly following the price increases but it is now bouncing back. It also warned there could be further impacts on customers due to higher global tariffs. Donald Trump recently launched a global trade war when he announced major tariffs on dozens of countries. The move has raised fears of a global recession, sent stock markets tumbling and caused economic uncertainty for businesses trading internationally. Mr Trump has called on American companies to produce their products in the US to avoid costly tariffs. But for chocolate makers this is near impossible as the key ingredient, cocoa, can only be grown in tropical climates. On top of this, the price of cocoa has soared in recent years. Farmers in West Africa, where 70% of the world's cocoa is harvested, have been struggling with climate-related issues that have decimated their cocoa production. It's estimated 400,000 tonnes less of cocoa has been produced over the last few years, hiking the price significantly.

Major UK pub chain announces sweeping closures & job losses What is happening to the hospitality industry? By Laura McGuire, consumer reporter MANY Food and drink chains have been struggling in recently as the cost of living has led to fewer people spending on eating out. Some chains have not survived, Byron Burger fell into administration last year, with owners saying it would result in the loss of over 200 jobs. Pizza giant, Papa Johns is shutting down 43 of its stores soon. The Cosy Club at Ipswich's Buttermarket Shopping Centre announced it made the "very difficult decision" to close its doors on May 31. Managing Director Lucy Knowles revealed it was no longer "financially viable" for the popular restaurant to stay open. "We're very disappointed that, after nine years trading, we have taken the very difficult decision to close Cosy Club Ipswich," Lucy said. She added: "This is only the second Cosy Club we've ever closed but, unfortunately, it wasn't financially viable for us to continue trading there. "We would like to thank all of our team for their spirit, professionalism, and hard work and all our fabulous customers for their support over the years." Despite the closure, food lovers in Ipswich can still dine at Loungers - which operates Cosy Club - after confirming that Marinero Lounger is still set to open. The new bar and restaurant will open on July 2 at the Waterfront, in the former Burton and Sons warehouse.

Data from Motors shared this week showed that used examples of the evergreen Vauxhall Corsa were the quickest out of the door of dealerships across the country in May. The much-loved hatchback, which, on average costs between £11,000 and £14,000 second-hand, was followed, perhaps surprisingly, by the Ford Explorer in second place. Nearly-new examples of the pure-electric family SUV sold after 11.6 days on average - which the experts at Motors believing the Explorer's popularity was down to its 'keen pricing'. Still, the Explorer's place on the list is by far the most eye-catching, compared to others. The full top-10 list can be found below. Overall, dealers were forced to trim their prices to get stock off of their forecourts. Commenting on the data for May, Motors marketing director Lucy Tugby told Car Dealer Mag: 'Other nearly new cars in our Top 10 include the Seat Ateca, Peugeot 2008 and Peugeot 208, suggesting competitive pricing as dealers moved to clear their stocks to avoid competing with promotions on new cars. 'The fast sales were achieved despite our May Market View analysis tracking a monthly increase in days to sell from 29.3 to 30.3.'
