Giants fan reveals why she got naughty Jason Kelce tattoo

New York Post8 hours ago

Of course it all comes down to a bet to get a nude Jason Kelce tattoo.
Lauren Philpot, who got the shocking and viral tattoo that pictures a cartoon nude Kelce, told TMZ Sports the story behind it is from a bet she lost to her husband dating back to the 2022-23 season.
Philpot, who is a Giants fan, is still a fan of the six-time All-Pro and Super Bowl champ along with Kelce's wife, Kylie.
For those reasons, she doesn't have any regrets about the new body art, nor the three to five hours it took to get it done.

'This is who I am as a person, a bet is a bet,' Philpot said. 'If I get it covered up, I still went through with it. No, I don't care. It's a funny story. It's something that my husband and I like to do.'
Kelce saw the tattoo as it made the rounds on social media and initially posted on X, 'I'm not sure if I should be offended or flattered.'
It wasn't until about 30 minutes later that he made his final decision on it.
'I think it's more flattered,' he posted, 'it's a generous bird, good-sized head.'

Philpot saw Kelce's reaction and hopes the Eagles legend knows it is all respect.
'Although I'm a Giants fan, I have a lot of respect for the Eagles and what they are like as a team,' Philpot said. 'So, who else am I going to put on my arm? Jason Kelce.'
Kelce is not the only Eagle to be tattooed on Philpot. She also has Gardner Minshew's mustache over one of her knees.
Philpot and her husband haven't yet decided on their bet for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
'We usually ask people, our friends, and stuff, or maybe take a poll on Facebook,' she said. 'I am open to it, whether it's a tattoo or if I have to take [my husband] somewhere, vice versa. I'm open to whatever.'

San Francisco 49ers Coach Robert Saleh Praises Rookie Class 'Cool Group'

San Francisco 49ers Coach Robert Saleh Praises Rookie Class 'Cool Group' originally appeared on Athlon Sports. After a four-year sentence in New York as head coach of the Jets, Robert Saleh returns to San Francisco as the defensive coordinator of the 49ers. Advertisement Saleh had moderate success from 2017-2018 as the defensive coordinator before 2019 brought defensive dominance to San Francisco and helped the team to a Super Bowl LIV appearance. Now he's back home and is intent on rebuilding the 49ers' defense into what it was before he left. A Super Bowl contender. And it starts with the new rookie class. Saleh spoke about the rookie class during mandatory minicamp this week, and is impressed with what he's seen thusfar, alebit in a very short sample size. "It's been good. I've always said half of what a rookie does in his first season is he's just playing. Doesn't know what the heck's going on. He is just using all his athleticism," Saleh noted. "But there's been a couple of guys, not to name names, who have stood out from an assignment standpoint. They're always going to make mistakes. You just don't want to see them make the same mistake twice. So from that regard, it's been impressive to watch some of those guys. Advertisement "They've been, I'm thinking of one on top of my head, I'm just not going to name his name, he will make the adjustment before we ever get to them. So it's a pretty cool group." In Saleh's last season as the coordinator in San Francisco, his defense ranked No. 2 in yards allowed and No. 8 in points allowed, and the unit took a hit when he left. The 49ers were No. 8 in yards allowed and ranked No. 27 in the league in points allowed. Saleh hopes to help the 49ers recover from a disappointing 6-11 campaign last season that saw the team watch the postseason from home. College football analyst makes bold prediction for Texas A&M's odds to reach 2025 CFP

College football analyst makes bold prediction for Texas A&M's odds to reach 2025 CFP The talent brought into the program via the transfer portal, along with those who chose to remain in Bryan-College Station, Texas, has significantly enhanced Texas A&M football's chances of reaching the College Football Playoff this season. According to college football analyst Kelley Ford, the Aggies have a real shot at receiving an at-large bid in the CFP if Mike Elko and company control their destiny. Ford's analytics have Texas A&M with a 60% chance or more to win nine games this season, with the lowest projected chance to win being 16% on the road against the Texas Longhorns. Here is the full breakdown of rankings, percentages, and where Elko's squad ranks heading into this year's campaign: While the Aggies' chances of winning nine games are high, the win-loss projections still have the program finishing 8-4 this season, which would be a massive disappointment for most in Elko's second year at the helm, considering the team has some of the top talent in the Southeastern Conference on its roster. Ford recently made a guest appearance on "That SEC Podcast" to discuss his rankings and projections for each SEC team in 2025. In talks about Texas A&M with host Michael Bratton, also known as SEC Mike, Ford made a bold statement for the Aggies' chances of breaking more than eight wins for the first time since 2020. Texas A&M's road to the CFP has more than its fair share of roadblocks along the way, as competing in the SEC is a competitive and challenging endeavor. It helps the Aggies' odds having a talented dual-threat sophomore quarterback under center in Marcel Reed and a promising wide receiving corps that features NC State transfer KC Concepcion. As the models continue to trend upward for the program, time will tell if Elko can lead his team to historic heights in just his second year in College Station. Eagles Star Makes Massive Statement Before 13th Season

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. As the Philadelphia Eagles were working on putting the red bow on their Super Bowl-winning 2024 season, many wondered if two players could possibly follow in the footsteps of ex-Eagles lineman Jason Kelce and call it a career soon. Brandon Graham and Lane Johnson had a long and successful run with the Eagles. A Super Bowl victory would've allowed the seasoned vets to ride off into the sunset. Graham took the opportunity to do so, calling it a career after the Eagles hoisted the Vince Lombardi trophy. As for Johnson, he committed to another year and beyond. Not only did Johnson plan to continue playing through his contract, but he actually inked a one-year extension with the Eagles back in March. According to Johnson is signed through 2027 with the Eagles. Although Johnson's getting up there in age, being the longest-tenured Eagle on the roster currently, the Pro Bowl lineman made a bold statement, which suggested he doesn't believe he is on the other side of his peak just yet. In fact, Johnson feels like he's just now approaching it. "I feel like I'm getting close to maybe my peak," Johnson told reporters this week, according to "As weird as it is to say, but that's truly how I feel. I feel like even though I'm 35, I feel better than I was when I started (or when I was) 29 or 30.I had the (ankle) surgeries, and so for me, the toughest year was '21, and you can go back and watch it, you can clearly see on film, I was very hindered with my left foot." Jerry Lai-USA TODAY Sports Since the Eagles drafted Johnson fourth overall out of Oklahoma in 2013, he's been one of the top tackles in the game. Johnson quickly caught on and helped the Eagles maintain a strong offensive line over the years, but he ran into some hiccups early on. Injuries and suspensions made it seem as if Johnson wasn't able to reach his full potential as a star lineman. In his eyes, all of that was just delayed. At this stage in his career, Johnson is a six-time Pro Bowler, a three-time Second-Team All-Pro, a two-time First-Team All-Pro, and a two-time Super Bowl champion. At 35, Johnson is hoping to continue protecting the Eagles' franchise quarterback, Jalen Hurts, for years to come, as the Eagles remain ultra-competitive. The Eagles must feel good about the mentality of their seasoned veteran, who doesn't seem to be questioning where he's at, at this stage of his career.
