Opening of Al Rabat Water Project in Dhi Na'im District of Al Bayda Governorate

Bayda - Saba:
On Sunday, April 27, 2025, Al Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inaugurated the Al Rabat Water Project in Dhi Na'im District.
The project was implemented by the Central Interventions Unit of the Ministry of Local Administration and the branch of the Rural Water Projects Authority in the governorate.
The project cost 61 million riyals and included the installation of a solar-powered pump, the extension of pipes of various sizes, and the construction of a concrete tank.
The project will provide drinking water to more than 5,640 citizens in the area and will contribute to alleviating the suffering of the residents.
During the inauguration, the governor emphasized the importance of developing rural water projects and using solar energy instead of diesel to reduce costs.
He also praised the role of the Central Interventions Unit in supporting deprived areas and providing basic water services to residents.
