Rob Lowe, 61, Turns Heads on Shirtless Beach Run in Santa Barbara

The Parks and Recreation actor, 61, showed off his toned body while enjoying a beach run on Easter Sunday in Montecito, California.
In photos obtained by Page Six, Lowe wore a pair of red shorts with a matching baseball cap. In an effort to beat the heat, the Emmy Award winner ditched his blue T-shirt and tucked it in his waistband.

The father of two, who shares sons Matthew and John with wife Sheryl Berkoff, is known for maintaining a healthy lifestyle — especially after turning 60 in March 2024.
'I'm trying to be even more disciplined now as I'm older just because as you get older, you need to watch what you eat even more than when you were younger,' Lowe told People in an interview last year.
'So I tried to cut sugar completely as my new year's resolution,' he added. 'And now I'm figuring, okay, that's not sustainable for me, but how do I really watch my sugar consumption?'
In addition to watching what he eats, Lowe is also a huge advocate for moving your body.
'I am blessed that I really enjoy physical exertion and adventure,' the West Wing alum explained. 'So if I'm not on a set, I build my entire day around what activity I'm going to do. It might be a paddle in the ocean, a hike, running sprints on the track, pickleball, tennis. I'm pretty much up for anything.'As much as Lowe focuses on health and fitness, he also understands the importance of moderation and relaxation.
'The challenge for me is a day off means a day off but I want to continue to do stuff,' he detailed.
'I really have to push myself to say, no, no, this is the day where it's okay to sit on the couch and watch football," Lowe continued. "I love a good sauna, I love the cold plunge, and I've become reacquainted with the value of just a long walk, which I used to think was a waste of time, and I now know differently.'

Chris Pratt gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at his dramatic transformation for "The Terminal List" season two, sharing a video from set on Friday.
