Upcoming IPO: FourFront Limited has received a BSE approval for SME IPO launch
On August 12, 2025, FourFront Limited announced having received in-principle approval from BSE for the SME IPO launch. The FourFront Ltd has received approval for its Draft Red Herring Prospectus, marking a significant step toward its Initial Public Offering.
FourFront, Ltd., is an automotive component manufacturer with design capabilities for electromechanical and power electronics products for the EV and industrial automotive sectors.
ForeFront Ltd plans to issue 6,500,000 fresh equity shares with a face value of ₹ 10 each.
As the company advances with its IPO plans, the ForeFront Ltd plans to utilise the proceeds from the IPO towards
1. Part-financing the Proposed Project FF,
2. Funding incremental working capital requirements,
3. Investment in its wholly owned subsidiary for financing the proposed Project EV
4. funding its incremental working capital requirement and
5. for general corporate purposes.
The capital raised will support the company's strategic objectives and strengthen its competitiveness, highlighted ForeFront Ltd
Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the book-running lead manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited will serve as the registrar to the issue.
ForeFront Ltd. in the key risks section of the RHP has said that 'Our business and revenues are highly dependent on one main customer who is also one of the top OEMs in the automotive industry in India. Any Adverse Changes in OEM's Procurement Policies or Business Plans Could Materially Impact Our Financial Performance.'
Promoters of the company are Shrikant Narayan Neurgaonkar and Ashish Arving Kalay.

Agency: PTI New Delhi, Aug 14 (PTI) Mentor Capital, one of the promoters of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd, on Thursday pared a 2.7 per cent stake in the NBFC firm for Rs 1,165 crore through open market transactions. Capital markets veteran Sanjay Dangi and his wife, Alpana Dangi, control Mentor Capital. According to the bulk deal data on the BSE, Mentor Capital offloaded 46.61 lakh shares, representing a 2.74 per cent stake in Mumbai-based Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd (AIIL). The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 2,500.58 apiece, taking the transaction value to Rs 1,165.60 crore. Meanwhile, US-based Fidelity International through its affiliate bought 27.41 lakh shares or 1.61 per cent stake in AIIL for Rs 685 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were picked up at an average price of Rs 2,500 apiece. Details of the other buyers of Authum Investment & Infrastructure's shares could not be ascertained on the exchange. Shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd declined 3.15 per cent to close at Rs 2,891.90 apiece on the BSE. In July, Mentor Capital divested a 3.41 per cent stake in AIIL for Rs 1,307 crore. Cafe Coffee Day Q1FY26 results: Loss shrinks to ₹11 cr, revenue rises 6%

Coffee Day Global, which operates popular caf chain Cafe Coffee Day, has narrowed down its loss to Rs 11 crore, and its net revenue went up 6 per cent to Rs 263 crore in the June quarter of FY26. The company had reported a net revenue of Rs 248 crore, and its loss after tax was at Rs 17 crore in the corresponding April-June period a year ago, according to the regulatory filing by Coffee Day Global's parent entity Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd. Its Average Sales Per Day (ASPD) was marginally down YoY to Rs 20,747, in comparison to Rs 20,772 a year ago. However, it was up 1.31 per cent sequentially from Rs 20,477 recorded in the March quarter. Besides, the total store count of Cafe Coffee Day has gone down to 427 in the June quarter. It was at 448 in the year-ago quarter. Cafe Coffee Day vending machine count has gone up to 55,189 in the June quarter, 1.25 per cent higher against 54,505 in the year-ago June quarter and 54,100 in the preceding March quarter. The parent entity, Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd (CDEL), reported a profit of Rs 23.28 crore in the June quarter of FY26. It had reported a loss of Rs 13.28 crore in the corresponding June quarter of last fiscal. Revenue from operations of CDEL was up 3.55 per cent to Rs 269.32 crore in the June quarter of FY26. Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd on Thursday settled at Rs 37.86 apiece on BSE, down 0.53 per cent from the previous close.

Bullion boom: Muthoot Finance shares hit 52-week high after Q1 profit surges 65%; stock jumps nearly 10%

Gold loan NBFC Muthoot Finance shares surged nearly 10 per cent on Thursday after the company posted a 65 per cent year-on-year jump in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) for the June quarter. The stock climbed 9.83 per cent to close at Rs 2,757.55 on the BSE, after touching an intra-day high of Rs 2,799 — its 52-week peak — with gains of 11.48 per cent, PTI reported. On the NSE, it ended 9.86 per cent higher at Rs 2,757.40, having hit Rs 2,800 during the session. Muthoot Finance on Wednesday reported a consolidated PAT of Rs 1,974 crore for April-June 2025-26, compared with Rs 1,196 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income rose 44 per cent to Rs 6,485 crore from Rs 4,492 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing. The company's loan assets under management (AUM) grew 37 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,33,938 crore in Q1 FY26, up from Rs 98,048 crore last year.
