Footage sought after aggravated robbery in rural town

Police investigating an aggravated robbery at a business in the small Manawatū town of Marton are appealing for information and footage from the area.
About 10pm on Saturday 10 May a person entered a commercial premises on Broadway and threatened a worker with a weapon, police said.
The robber took cash, then fled on foot.
The employee was uninjured, but shaken by the hold-up.
Police would like to speak with anyone who could have seen the robbery or have information that could assist the investigation.
They are particularly interested to hear from anyone who might have security camera or dashcam footage from Broadway between 9:30pm and 11pm on Saturday.

The woman, identified only as Jan, was last seen walking north along State Highway 3 near the intersection of Thomason Road, between Egmont Village and New Plymouth, about 11am Tuesday. She was last seen wearing long pants and a green jacket. Police, Land Search and Rescue and other volunteers have been searching around Thomason Road and Lake Mangamahoe areas on Thursday. Concern Mark Lundy parole board condition impinges
Mark Lundy hasn't been able to speak a word publicly since he was released from prison early last month. Central Wellington roads closed after fire at Kāinga Ora apartment

There were ambulances at the corner of Boulcott and Church Streets about 2pm on Thursday, along with as many as seven firetrucks and at least three police cars. A FENZ spokesperson said they had responded to a fire alarm activation, where two sprinklers went off because of a fire on the second floor. One person was removed from the building, and left in the care of ambulance staff. Kāinga Ora says there has been a fire at one of its central Wellington apartments. Photo: RNZ / Mark Papalii Crews from seven stations responded, and the fire was out by about 2.30pm. Emergency services had blocked off both streets. RNZ's reporter at the scene says there is a smell of smoke in the air, but no flames are visible.
