Former Dawson's Creek exes Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson reunited in New York City on Monday, July 21.
The Hollywood stars were visibly in good spirits as they were filming a project in the Big Apple, according to a post via X shared by Page Six.
In the photos, Katie, 46, donned loose trousers, a grey tank top and a multi-colored peach flannel top. Joshua, 47, for his part, wore light-washed denim jeans and a forest green jacket.
Fans couldn't contain their excitement over the reunion, leading most to share how much Katie and Joshua mean to them.
'Not gonna lie, seeing them working together is really cool,' one fan wrote, while a second person commented, 'They look so good.'
Other fans inquired about the undisclosed project that Katie and Joshua were filming.
Joshua played Joey Potter in Dawson's Creek, while Katie portrayed Pacey Witter, whom he dated in the series. The pair took their oncamera romance into a real-life relationship between 1998 and 1999.
The pair went on to marry their future respective partners. Katie and Tom Cruise were married between 2006 and 2012. They share one child, daughter Suri Cruise. Meanwhile, Joshua married actress Jodie Turner-Smith in 2019. The pair, who are the parents of daughter Juno Rose Diana Jackson, finalized their divorce in May.
Joshua shared where his relationship with Katie stood during an April appearance on Jesse Tyler Ferguson's 'Dinner's on Me' podcast, and shocked fans when he revealed how close they are.
"Busy [Philipps] and Michelle [Williams] are very, very close. And Katie and I are very close," the Fatal Attraction actor said of his Dawson's Creek costars.
One year prior, Katie revealed that she and her former costars have an active group chat.
"All of us text every now and then, but I wasn't aware of the WhatsApp. But you know what? I'm really bad at WhatsApp. I never check it because it's a little too much," the Batman Begins actress said in June 2024.

MLB Speedway Classic between Braves and Reds set to break attendance record

Major League Baseball will soon see one of its highest-attended games ever on August 2. MLB announced that the Speedway Classic, featuring the Atlanta Braves vs. the Cincinnati Reds, at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee, has already sold over 85,000 tickets. The game is set to surpass the previous regular-season game attendance record of 84,587, established on Sept. 12, 1954, when Cleveland Stadium hosted the New York Yankees. August 2 will not only feature the game, but also concerts headlined by Jake Owen, Tim McGraw, and Pitbull. A Podcast for the Questions Rarely Asked

Times Insider explains who we are and what we do and delivers behind-the-scenes insights into how our journalism comes together. When Wesley Morris, a critic at large for the Culture desk at The New York Times, was brainstorming what he wanted to do with his new podcast, he had carte blanche to invite pretty much any guest he wanted. But he didn't just want to talk to celebrities. Mr. Morris, who has won two Pulitzer Prizes for criticism, wanted to talk to the people who write about culture and the artists who make it, whether they were his friends or colleagues, or someone else who might have interesting things to say about why a particular show, character or maker had cut through the noise. 'The thing about having critics and writers come on is that they're used to talking about art and culture,' Mr. Morris said. 'But artists would love to talk about things they're not normally asked about.' In the new weekly conversation show he is hosting, 'Cannonball,' which debuted last month and drops new episodes on Thursdays, Mr. Morris said he seeks to explore culture 'in the broadest possible sense.' So far, that has brought us conversations with the writer Mark Harris about the new Pee-wee Herman documentary and what it means for artists to publicly come out, and with the chef and cookbook author Samin Nosrat about her love-hate relationship with FX's restaurant industry drama 'The Bear.' In an interview, Mr. Morris shared his favorite podcasts and his dream guest for 'Cannonball.' These are edited excerpts from the conversation. Want all of The Times? Subscribe.
