Aakash Educational Services Limited Star Shines Bright: 15 students from Hyderabad become Top Scorers in NEET UG 2025
Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), the national leader in test preparatory services, proudly announces that 15 of its students from Hyderabad have become the top scorers in the highly competitive NEET UG 2025 examination. This exceptional performance is a result of the students' commitment, academic discipline, and the world-class coaching and mentorship provided by AESL. The results were declared today by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Notable students are K. Nikhi Sai with AIR 297, Kunal Mandhana with AIR 479, Rutvik Joshi with AIR 557, Tejeshvar Krishnamoorthy with AIR 620 and Hamza Nisar Basha with AIR 686 amongst others.
The students were enrolled in AESL's classroom program, specifically designed to help aspirants tackle NEET – one of the most challenging medical entrance exams in the world. The students attributed their success to the strong academic foundation laid by AESL, their conceptual clarity, and a consistent and disciplined study routine.

NEET is conducted annually by National Testing Agency as a qualifying test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and also, for those intending to pursue primary medical qualification abroad.

Deepniya from Perambra tops Kerala in NEET UG 2025
While studying in school, Deepniya had secured an A grade in Malayalam essay writing at the State School Kalolsavam. She has also won prizes at the district and state level in many quiz and arts events. 'I started dreaming of becoming a doctor when I was in Plus II. When I reached Plus I, I decided to prepare for NEET. In the first attempt, the rank was somewhere in the 29000 range and I decided to repeat the test without getting discouraged and joined the Kozhikode centre of Pala Brilliant Study Centre. I didn't expect that I would get a rank in the next attempt. I'm excited and looking forward to the admission procedures,' said Deepniya. The notification to update marks to generate Kerala Rank List is expected within few days, after which the official list will be published. Deepniya's dream is to get admission in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research. Her parents are teachers at Avala Government Higher Secondary School where Deepniya studied. Her father Dineshan is a maths teacher in higher secondary. Her mother Biji is a maths teacher in the High School. Her brother Deepdev is an 8th grade student in the same school. A total of 73,328 candidates have qualified the NEET-UG exam from Kerala. Besides Deepniya, the other toppers from the state are: Sheffin Mansoor K P (All India Rank - 200), Sabeeha Bai (213), N R Ramanath (274), Chelsey S Therese (290), Goutham T S (426), Anujith A P (462) and Harsh G Hari (480).

‘Fulfilled a dream that spanned 3 generations': NEET-UG 2nd topper has some advice for future aspirants
Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh's Indore, the second topper in the medical entrance NEET-UG, has fulfilled a family dream that spans three generations. 'My grandfather had this dream for my father to become a doctor but he couldn't. My father had the same dream for me and I always wanted to fulfill his dream,' he said. 'I was also curious about learning about the human body and that's why I decided to become a doctor.' Utkarsh's father Alok Awadhiya, a bank manager, said, 'It could not fulfill my father's dream because of various reasons. Now my son has fulfilled that dream and made our family proud.' Utkarsh's NEET preparation followed a structured approach. His method included regular practice after learning topics. 'After studying any topic, I used to do objective questions related to those topics from training modules. That was helpful.' NCERT revision formed the backbone of his preparation. 'I used to study NCERT for all the subjects during the fortnightly tests. So a month before the exams, I had already revised NCERT more than 10 times,' he said. Error analysis was crucial to his success. 'I also made an error analysis copy. After every test, I used to write my errors in those and after every test I used to go to my teachers with my doubts.' Utkarsh maintained a disciplined yet balanced approach to his preparations. 'I used to study for 6 to 7 hours after coaching. I studied for 2 hours then took a 15-20 minute break during which I used to spend time with my family and friends. I also played games such as volleyball and football,' he said. Stressing the importance of those breaks, he said, 'They helped me rejuvenate my energy and also increase my efficiency, helping me concentrate better for the next 2 hours,' he said. Utkarsh said he stayed away from social media and called it a distraction. 'I never used social media during my preparation. I used it once a week to stay connected. The future aspirants should know this — the less you stay on social media, the better your preparation will be in two years. Social media is nothing but a distraction and a waste of your time.' However, he did leverage technology like Artificial Intelligence for his studies. 'I used AI during the last stages of my preparation for clearing doubts and formulating some questions.' Utkarsh has clear goals for his medical career. 'I want to pursue my MBBS from Delhi and MD medicine from Delhi,' he said. His advice for future NEET aspirants is to focus on consistency and perseverance. 'Always follow what your teachers are saying. Regularly study NCERT. Never miss any test. Never miss any class and at the end do not feel demotivated if you get low marks in your tests,' he said. Drawing from personal experience, he added: 'I also used to get low marks in my tests, but at the end you will be able to clear NEET if you stay focused.'

Ludhiana: City lad Aditya bags AIR 54 in NEET UG
Aditya Gupta, 18, secured All India Rank 54 in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2025 exam, whose results were announced on Saturday. The exam, administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 4, took place at 13 centres within the district, with 4,341 of the 4,490 registered candidates appearing. A student of Sacred Heart Convent International School, Sarabha Nagar, Aditya scored 655 out of 720 marks. With dreams of becoming a cardiologist, he now aspires to pursue his medical education at AIIMS in Delhi. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the medical field, Aditya's father, Dr Sanchit Gupta, is an anaesthetist, and his mother, Dr Reenu Gupta, is a gynaecologist. 'Since I have so many doctors in my family including my grandparents, I always saw the medical profession closely and never thought of becoming anything else,' he said. Aditya shared that he followed a strict and consistent study plan. Along with coaching classes, he spent nearly six hours daily on self-study, which increased to nine hours a day in the final month before the exam. 'Planning and regular revision helped me avoid panic,' he said. He is also a state-level table tennis player, athlete and a guitar enthusiast. Aditya, who also scored 94% in Class 12, stressed the importance of NCERT books, previous year papers, and limited but effective resources. 'Solving JEE previous years' questions helped me a lot,' he shared. Other city achievers include Armaan Bery with AIR 77, Dhruv (AIR 326), Poushika (AIR 618), Aadhya (AIR 1105), among others.
