Kya Crooke, Heritage Christian: Crooke won her second Nike Indoor Nationals high jump title on Friday in New York City as she jumped 1.82m (5ft, 11.50 in). The Arizona track commit and reigning IHSAA high jump champion is enjoying a strong indoor season, also setting a new school record, PR and U.S.-leading 6ft mark at a meet earlier this month.

Larkin Taylor, Carmel: Taylor set a new indoor school record in the 3200 (10:37.92) at the IWU HSR Qualifier #3 meet on Saturday. The sophomore, who finished tenth at the IHSAA cross-country championship in the fall, was also part of Carmel's new indoor DMR school record earlier this month (12:02.24).
Ahniyah Bennett, Connersville: Bennett won the 60m at the Pike Individual Championships on Saturday in 7.65, also securing her spot at Hoosier Indoor State. The junior improved on her season-opening performance at the Blue and White Relays by .17 of a second.
Kelsey Rehmel, North Central: Rehmel set a new 2-mile school record at New Balance Nationals in Boston on Friday in 10:50.2 and now ranks 47th in the U.S. She also helped the Panthers' 4x800 relay to a season-best time of 9:37.9.
Rylan Hainje, Franklin Central: Hainje broke the Indiana indoor record in the 60m hurdles last week with a time of 7.78 at a meet at UIndy. The junior's time is among the top 10 in the U.S., and he looks poised for a breakout after not advancing past regionals last season.

Bradley Streveler, Greenfield-Central: Streveler won the high jump with a mark of 6'5" at the Pike Individual Championships on Saturday, setting a new indoor and overall PR. He improved his jump by five inches from the Red Devil Classic in early March to last weekend's meet.

Unfortunate Stephanie White News Emerges Before Chicago Sky Game
Unfortunate Stephanie White News Emerges Before Chicago Sky Game originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Stephanie White and the Indiana Fever have struggled without All-WNBA guard Caitlin Clark, securing a 1-2 record in her three missed games. Advertisement On Saturday, the Fever will get a rematch against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky at the United Center. Indiana took their first meeting of the season 93-58. The Fever will remain without Clark, still recovering from a quad injury she suffered nearly two weeks ago. The first game she could return to is Tuesday against the Atlanta Dream. Indiana could also be without Sophie Cunningham, who is dealing with a right ankle issue. But the Fever may have suffered another setback that could prevent White from coaching Saturday's game. Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White.© Grace Smith/IndyStar / USA TODAY NETWORK On Friday, one day before facing the Sky, Indy Star's Chloe Peterson reported that White was not with the team during the practice session due to personal reasons. Advertisement The Fever are expected to fly to Chicago on Friday afternoon for the game, meaning White will likely need to find an alternate way there. Fortunately, the drive from Indianapolis to Chicago is only about three hours, if she chooses to go that route. "An additional note: head coach Steph White was not with the team today because of personal reasons," Peterson wrote on X. "She will not travel with the team to Chicago this afternoon. Her status for the game tomorrow is TBD." With White not at Friday's practice, assistant coach Austin Kelly was able to answer some questions from the media. He gave an update on Cunningham's injury, revealing "she was able to get in limited reps today." Advertisement The Fever will take on the Sky on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. ET on CBS.
