Belle's former girlfriend Tenika Parker, 39, from Leytonstone, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice and possession of a knife. The court heard she drove Belle to the scene of the attack.Judge Lynn Tayton KC jailed the mother of three and primary school teacher for two years and three months.A third defendant, Daniel Cooper, 22, from Leytonstone, provided a balaclava and knife for the attack. He pleaded guilty to possession of a blade and was jailed for 30 weeks on a previous occasion.
The court heard how Mr McKay had worked supporting young care leavers.He had also helped Belle who later became angry at his refusal to pay for the production of a rap video.On 6 July last year, Belle spotted Mr McKay going into Hollywood Cuts barber shop on Lea Bridge Road to get a hair cut with his son.The defendant fetched a knife and a balaclava and Parker drove him back to the barber's.Prosecutor Lyndon Harris said: "He then entered Hollywood Cuts and attacked Mr McKay, stabbing him in the neck."A struggled ensued, part of which can be seen on the CCTV footage, and a melee spilled out into the street. Mr Belle exited first followed by Mr McKay."He then made his retreat and travelled back to Ms Parker's address and a clean-up operation ensued."
Mr McKay's mother Bash Kehinde condemned the pair in the dock as she read out a victim impact statement.Addressing Belle, she said: "You did not care that Josh was a father, a son, a grandson, a brother, an uncle and a friend to many."You do not care that you were going to kill him in cold blood in front of his son and you did not care you broke his family into a million pieces."Belle, you saw Josh with his son and you knew his son would witness the murder of his father. There is a special place in hell for you."She told the court that Mr McKay had helped more than 50 young men and had taken in Belle after he was released from jail, giving him money, clothes and a place to stay when he was homeless.Mitigating for Belle, defence barrister Graham Trembath KC said the killing was "a moment of utter madness".Although Belle had previous convictions for 55 offences, Mr Trembath said: "What happened in that barber shop was off the scale."Kirsty Brimelow KC said Parker had expressed "complete remorse" for what happened.

A man has died after falling during an Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium. Witnesses described the 'horrendous' scenes after the man fell from an upper tier during the band's reunion tour on Saturday. 'If you have any information that could help us to confirm what happened, please call 101.' A witness told the Daily Mail: 'It was horrendous. 'The guy fell from a balcony. Paramedics came rushing over. There was a lot of screaming and shouting. 'It was a big fall. God knows how it happened. It was so tragic. I don't know how on Earth it happened. 'It was heartbreaking. He was only young.' The fall happened during the latest in a run of stadium shows for the band's sell-out Live '25 reunion tour – their first since splitting in 2009. Wembley Stadium said their concert on Sunday night will still be going ahead. A spokesperson said: 'Last night, Wembley Stadium medics, the London Ambulance Service and the police attended to a concert-goer who was found with injuries consistent with a fall. 'Despite their efforts, the fan very sadly died. Our thoughts go out to his family, who have been informed and are being supported by specially trained police officers. 'The police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them. 'Tonight's Oasis concert will go ahead as planned.'

Former US soldier suspected of killing 4 in Montana remains at large
The former U.S. soldier suspected of killing four people at a Montana bar was still at large early Sunday and may be armed after escaping in a stolen vehicle containing clothes and camping gear, officials said. Authorities believe 45-year-old Michael Paul Brown killed four people on Friday morning at The Owl Bar in Anaconda, Montana, about 75 miles (120 kilometers) southeast of Missoula in a valley hemmed in by mountains. Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen said at a press conference Sunday that Brown committed the shooting with a rifle that law enforcement believes was his personal weapon. All the victims were adults between 50 and 70 years old. One of the victims was the bartender. Knudsen warned residents in the town of just over 9,000 people that Brown, who lived next door to the bar where he was a regular, could come back to the area. 'This is an unstable individual who walked in and murdered four people in cold blood for no reason whatsoever. So there absolutely is concern for the public,' Knudsen said. Numerous public events were canceled over the weekend as the search entered its third day, according to local Facebook pages. Investigators are considering all possible options for Brown's whereabouts, the attorney general said. That includes searching the woods where Brown hunted and camped while he was a kid. But Knudsen noted that, during peak tourist season in western Montana, some law enforcement officials would have to return to their local jurisdictions for their regular responsibilities. Brown served in the Army as an armor crewman from 2001 to 2005 and deployed to Iraq from early 2004 until March 2005, according to Lt. Col. Ruth Castro, an Army spokesperson. Brown was in the Montana National Guard from 2006 to March 2009, Castro said, and left military service at the rank of sergeant. Brown's niece, Clare Boyle, told the AP her uncle has struggled with mental illness for years and she and other family members repeatedly sought help. 'This isn't just a drunk/high man going wild,' she said in a Facebook message. 'It's a sick man who doesn't know who he is sometimes and frequently doesn't know where or when he is either.' Knudsen said on Sunday that Brown was 'known' to local law enforcement before the shooting. It was widely believed that he knew at least some of the victims, given how close he lived to the bar. Law enforcement released a photograph of Brown from surveillance footage taken shortly after the fatal shootings. He appeared to be barefoot and in minimal clothing. But law enforcement now believes Brown ditched the vehicle he escaped in and stole a different one that had camping gear, shoes and clothes in it — leaving open the possibility that Brown is now clothed. The last time that law enforcement saw Brown was on Friday afternoon, but there was 'some confusion' because there were multiple white vehicles involved, Knudsen said. There is a $7,500 reward for any information that leads to Brown's capture. 'This is still Montana. Montanans know how to take care of themselves. But please, if you have any sightings, call 911,' Knudsen said.

A man fell to his death during an Oasis concert at London's Wembley Stadium
Oasis said Sunday that its members are 'shocked and saddened' after a man fell to his death during a concert by the band at London's Wembley Stadium. The Metropolitan Police force said officers and paramedics responded to reports of an injured person just before 10:30 (2130GMT) on Saturday night It said a man in his 40s was found 'with injuries consistent with a fall.' He was pronounced dead at the scene. The force urged anyone who saw what happened or caught it on phone video to contact police. 'We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night,' Oasis said in a statement, offering 'sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.' The Britpop icons' first tour in 16 year s kicked off July 4 in Cardiff, Wales. Saturday's concert was the fourth of seven planned shows at Wembley. Stadium management said Sunday's gig would go ahead as planned.
