Patsy Field was dumped after two weeks in the villa and left the show alongside Munveer Jabbal, 30.
Yet despite her short stay in Love Island's Mallorca compound, she swiftly became a fan favourite after opening up about her Erb's Palsy diagnosis.
Her condition means one of her arms is shorter than the other and it also has less function.
Since finding fame on the reality TV series, Patsy appears to have switched up her look completely.

Fox Eye Surgery - what is it, and which celebs have had it?
LOVE Island alum Patsy Field has revealed she's undergone fox eye surgery - but what is it?
The Fox Eye surgery trend sees supposedly invisible strings put in above the eyes to pull them upwards.
It uses biodegradable threads to surgically lift the eyes and the results can last anything from weeks up until a year.
Former Celebrity Big Brother star Danielle revealed she'd had the procedure in March 2021.
In 2019, ex glamour model Katie was seen undergoing a similar surgical procedure in Turkey, where she opted for a face and eye lift.
Chloe Ferry revealed she was a fan in 2022 while Patsy's fellow Love Island alum Mollie Salmon opted for the surgery more recently, back in 2023.
Dr. Omar Tillo - plastic surgeon and medical director at CREO Clinic - has warned about the additional risks of getting cosmetic procedures done abroad.
He said: "Sadly, the cosmetic surgery tourism industry is not above massaging the truth to lure patients to medical tourism hotspots, including Turkey, Poland or Thailand.
"Unscrupulous online marketing tactics are unregulated, meaning that the hundreds of positive reviews you see on consumer sites could be fake. What looks like a premium facility may really only be an illusion created by elaborate and aggressive marketing.
"Many medical tourists will forget about the return journey and the complications that can come with long-distance travel following a recent surgery.
"Flying within the same week of a cosmetic procedure can greatly increase the chances of blood clots, which could lead to deep vein thrombosis or a pulmonary embolism."
'Queen of Harley Street' Lesley Reynolds previously told told OK!: Unlike other areas of the face, the skin around the brow and outer corner of the eye is already quite tight, while the brow area is quite bony, making the skin difficult to lift.
"In some patients scar tissue can encapsulate around the threads, which means they cannot be dissolved successfully. This can cause ripples and lumps under the skin.
"In other patients, lifting the skin can often cause folding and puckering, as the skin has nowhere to go once it has been pulled up - unlike surgery when excess skin is excised. If the threads are not inserted correctly, there can be a loss of sensation in the area."
CELEB FANS
Former Celebrity Big Brother star Danielle revealed she'd had the procedure in March 2021.
Speaking to Closer magazine at the time, Danielle said: "I want to look my best, and this procedure prevents things like jowls and lines, so I thought, 'Prevention is better than cure!' I know I'm a little bit obsessed but it makes me feel better."

As hard as the soap actors try, there is one aspect of their job that has seriously gotten on the wrong side of BBC One viewers. 6 EastEnders fans were left raging at producers for a continuous blunder on the soap Credit: BBC 6 A recent scene shown on the show has raised serious questions amongst viewers Credit: BBC 6 Soap enthusiasts have claimed that often the cups in the cafe are completely empty Credit: BBC If the residents of Walford are not sinking back pints in the Vic, they are often seen drinking tea at Kathy's Cafe ... or are they? EastEnders fans have claimed that when some characters are seen with a hot drink either at home or in the 'caf', they are in fact just taking in air from empty cups or mugs. One recent scene saw Phil (Steve McFadden) making George Knight (Colin Salmon) a comforting cuppa in his kitchen. However, the mugs which were meant to have hot drinks appeared to be completely clear of any drink. Fans took to social media fan forum site Reddit in their droves where they fumed at the prop mishap in a thread titled 'Empty Cups!'. One fan wrote: "Dunno if anyone else here can not stand when the actors clearly give someone an empty cup pretending it's a full cup of tea or in the cafe, an empty takeaway cup! "Why can't they just put an actual drink in it! It is one of my biggest pet peeves watching soaps." The soap enthusiast added: "Ben Wadey, sort it out please! " Other fans seemed to completely agree as they flooded the post with affirming comments. An additional user noted: "The way they throw around their clearly empty cups like they're so light and don't need to worry about spillages drives me insane also." Kat Moon takes over the Queen Vic: A new era in EastEnders "Glad it's not just me," stated a third viewer. As a fourth fan insisted: "It is indeed not just you. It's so easily solved, too, it's ridiculous that no one has done this basic stage prep. I'm hoping that changes now with the new regime." While someone else claimed: "Even just water in a cup would make it more believable." This was as a sixth exclaimed: "YES! It's bothered me for so many years, just put some liquid in there! The fake drinking acting is always so obvious." Pointing one particular scene with former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Patsy Palmer, another watcher added: "The scene where Bianca was drinking tea when Reiss snuck back into the house anniversary week drove me mental. "No disrespect to Patsy as she's a top notch actor, but she was CLEARLY swallowing air and the mug completely empty while she was gingerly putting it down." 6 Viewers have claimed some of the hot drink mugs are completely empty as the actors are left just drinking air Credit: BBC 6 One fan was left fuming as Patsy Palmer's mug was completely empty Credit: BBC 6 A social media user on Reddit took issue with the way the prop was handled by bosses Credit: BBC EastEnders continues on BBC One and is available on iPlayer.

Love Island spoilers: Sparks fly at beer pong party filled with raunchy dares - and the girls get their revenge with ruthless game plan

Sparks will fly in the Love Island villa tonight at a beer pong party filled with raunchy dares - as the girls get their revenge with a ruthless game plan. The ITV2 dating show, presented by Maya Jama, returned to our screens on June 9, with a cast of new dating hopefuls hoping to find love in the Mallorcan sun. The twelfth series has already delivered explosive drama, from fiery arguments, to steamy nights, to ruthless recouplings. And the antics are set to continue tonight, with a game of beer pong that sees any Islander who successfully pots a ball do the dare written on the bottom of the cup. One of the cheeky challenges sees Conor kiss the Islanders he most wants a threesome with - Emily, who he coupled up with yesterday, and Megan. Meanwhile, Yasmin is asked to kiss who she thinks has the nicest lips and she chooses Dejon - not Shea, who she paired up with last night. Her brutal move sees Shea take a swipe back at her - when asked to shake hands with the Islander he thinks is playing the biggest game, he chooses her. He explains: 'Maybe she put it on me to try to stay in the villa, but I'm not sure.' And so when Yasmin is later dared to snog someone for 30 seconds continuously, it remains to be seen whether she will choose Shea, Dejon - or someone else entirely. Elsewhere in tonight's episode, keen viewers will find out who bombshell Harrison picks to couple up with, after he hit the villa last night. He has taken both Toni and Malisha on dates after they were left single and waiting at the fire pit following the recoupling in yesterday's episode. Whichever girl he picks will return with him - while the other will be dumped from the island. As the girls await the news of who he is bringing back with him, they plot revenge against the boys for their recent antics. For the first time in worldwide Love Island history, the girls watched the lads out on boys' night from a secret camera. The guys' hangout was soon interrupted by the arrival of bombshell girls Yasmin, Malisha and Emily. Unaware they were being watched, the boys spoke more frankly than the existing girls might have liked. They are not the only ones preparing for Harrison's arrival, with Dejon (left), Tommy and Harry (centre) discussing it too In tonight's episode, Helena says mischievously to Meg and Megan: 'Even if we don't think [Harrison] is fit, shall we be like, "Oh he's a bit of me"?' Meg agrees: 'All this game playing [the boys] have been doing.' They are not the only ones preparing for Harrison's arrival, with Dejon, Tommy and Harry discussing it too. Tommy wonders if Harrison will try to break up a strong couple - a prospect Dejon does not feel too bad about: 'To be honest, the more he does, the more leeway we've got to cause havoc!' Harry adds, somewhat brutally: 'If he goes and kisses Helena, I'm flying mate! That'd be so good, I didn't even think of that!' Harrison soon arrives with his final choice girl - but he starts getting to know the other ladies too. He pulls Shakira for a chat at the fire pit, while Dejon, Remell and her partner Ben watch. He asks her how things are going and she replies: 'It's been messy. Everyone's saying they're not closed off but everyone's acting like they're closed off.' Ben and Shakira (pictured) are left at loggerheads after their awkward conversation - and she later has some stern words for him about where her head is at The bombshell boy seems to agree entirely: 'Oh my God! Thank God you said that!' Ben later asks Shakira how the chat went, to which she says: 'It went well, he's a really nice boy.' That puts him off slightly: 'That chat was longer than any chat me and you have ever had... I don't know how to take that.' Ben and Shakira are left at loggerheads after their awkward conversation - and she later has some stern words for him about where her head is at. Meanwhile, Yasmin and Harry chat on the terrace, with her telling he is trouble, before he replies: 'I don't think it'd suit you, being real innocent and sweet.' She agrees: 'I can't be someone I'm not. I'm not going to sit here and be like, "Yeah, I'm the girl next door", when I'm like the f***ing devil.' He cheekily replies: 'I'd like to dance with the devil!' His partner Helena tries to listen in on their conversation from the garden - and it leaves her fuming: 'I knew she fancied him!' Meanwhile, Yasmin and Harry chat on the terrace (pictured), with her telling him he is trouble, before he replies: 'I don't think it'd suit you, being real innocent and sweet' This year's series has been one of the most dramatic in recent years, despite it only being early days in the villa This year's series has been one of the most dramatic in recent years, despite it only being early days in the villa. It means viewers are all saying the same thing - Casa Amor is going to be chaos. Taking to X, they penned: 'I can already see who's going to crash out during Casa Amor.'; 'These boys will be FERAL in Casa Amor.'; 'The mess this villa is going to be in when Casa Amor comes back.'; 'The state of the villa, Casa Amor is going to be incredible.'; 'Just imagine what the Casa Amor episodes are gonna give.'; 'I don't know, I feel like Conor will be the "respectful" boy until we hit Casa Amor.'
