Wimbledon champion Barbara Krejcikova ‘glued to bed for days' after having blood pressure taken during tearful loss
The Czech star, 29, has suffered with several injury issues since triumphing in SW19 12 months ago.

Determined to try to defend her title, Krejcikova battled through the first two rounds before being beaten 2-6 6-3 6-4 by Navarro.
During the match, the two-time Grand Slam singles champion required her blood pressure to be taken, and was later in floods of tears before serving to stay in the contest.
Following her exit, Krejcikova also withdrew from the women's doubles event, in which she was partnering Chan Hao-ching.
Opening up on her ordeal, the popular star wrote on Instagram: "This one still hurts…
"Wimbledon will always hold a special place in my heart. Coming back after a 6-month break due to a back injury, my goal was simply to step on the grass and make it through the first round.
"I did that. And I started to feel more like myself again. That's what made my third round loss so bittersweet.
"I felt great mentally, but during the match, my body just stopped responding. At first, I thought I ate too early but nothing helped, not even during the match.
"Later, I found out it was a viral infection that glued me to bed for days.

"It's what forced me to withdraw from doubles the next day, something that was incredibly hard.
"I'm proud of how far I've come, of the fight I showed, and of the journey back.

Krejcikova went into her Wimbledon defence as the No17 seed in SW19.
But following her third round exit, her ranking is set to plummet to No77 when Monday's updated list comes out.

But he can't wait for play to start this week after revealing: 'I haven't been back here for a couple of years, even non-competitively. 'But to be here in Scotland again to play in a tournament is brilliant. 'The way the Scottish Open falls was always a tough one for me for a few years. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a position where I could just come over for that. 'There were a lot of tournaments around that time that I had to stay and play in and the week after the Scottish Open, it's the Barracuda tournament and I've got a really good record in that, so that was one I always wanted to play. 'Then I didn't qualify for the Scottish Open for a few years. But this was kind of a no-brainer, because I ended up getting less in America as they have cut their cards to 100 from 125. 'So, you might see me over here at least in two more tournaments and maybe even more.' After only two of the over-50s managed to finish in red figures at last week's wind-blown PGA Seniors Championship, Laird fears that the course at Balmedie may again be close to unplayable if the forecast of gusts this week proved accurate. 'It's spectacular, but flipping hard,' he said. 'They need to get the tees right, otherwise on some holes, even if you hit a good drive, you are hitting long irons into small targets and with 25-30mph crosswinds, it almost gets a bit unplayable. It's fairways or bushes and it's quite penal. You'll have a lot of reloading. But for Chelsea, after their Conference League and Club World Cup victories, it seems becoming Champions of the World wasn't enough to justify that level of chaos. This comes against a backdrop of Maresca last season asking for a more energetic and encouraging atmosphere at home games for the Blues - something that he feels is essential in the team's quest for Champions League and Premier League glory. Perhaps we're old fashioned, but a traditional trophy parade might be a better idea the next time this team do pick up silverware.

Slovan Bratislava boss suffers touchline meltdown as hopes of landing jackpot Celtic clash left looking bleak
Vladimir Weiss is in hot water with UEFA after a furious outburst with the officials Slovan Bratislava's chances of setting up a Champions League play-off showdown with Celtic are already looking bleak after their third round first leg qualifying defeat to Kairat Almaty. And the Slovakian league champions will now have to try and overturn the deficit next week without their manager on the touchline after he saw red for berating the match officials. Despite playing the final 25 minutes with 10 men after Rahim Ibrahim was sent off, Slovan looked set to claim a valuable 0-0 draw in Kazakhstan until the last minute of the game, where Dastan Satpaev stepped up to bag the winner from 12 yards after Kairat were awarded a penalty kick. And boss Vladimir Weiss Snr - who's son and former Rangers midfielder Vladimir Weiss Jr captains his team - couldn't hide his fury at the performance of the officials. The livid Czech coach stormed onto the pitch to give match referee Serdar Gozubuyuk a mouthful, to which the Turkish whistler quickly responded by giving Weiss a second yellow card. The veteran boss reacted by marching towards the fourth official on the touchline to let rip with another tirade before he was ushered away by a member of his coaching team. UEFA regulations dictate that Weiss will now serve a one-game touchline ban in the return fixture in Bratislava next Tuesday, with his side needing to score at least once without reply to force extra-time. However, the severity of his dismissal could see the Champions League' s governing body hand out further punishment which could prevent Weiss leading his team from the side-line if they were to overturn the deficit and progress to the play-off round. Brendan Rodgers' Hoops await the winners of the tie later this month for a place in the money-spinning league phase of Europe's most prestigious competition. The Hoops will play host at Parkhead in the first leg on August 19/20 with the the return fixture away from home then comes six days later. The side that loses over two legs will drop into the revamped group section of the Europa League, giving them a guarantee of continental football until next January at the earliest.
