Officers were alerted to a crash on Main Street in Renton at around 4.50am this morning.
The force says a Skoda Octavia has reportedly collided with a bus stop on the road, allegedly causing damage to the stop and a street light.

The 39-year-old driver has been charged with alleged road traffic offences.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 4.50am on Friday, August 1, 2025, police were called to a crash on Main Street, Renton.
"The crash involved a single vehicle, a Skoda Octavia, which collided with a bus stop, causing damage to it and a street light. No one required medical assistance.
"The 39-year-old driver of the car has been charged with alleged road traffic offences."

Sergeant Chris Grey said: 'It is unusual for Kevin not to be in touch with family and friends for such a long time, and it is now a year since he was last seen. "Concerns continue for his welfare. We need to trace him to make sure he is safe and well. 'We are asking anyone who has seen Kevin or knows where he might be to get in touch. We are also asking Kevin to make contact if he hears about this appeal.' A Police Scotland spokesperson added: "Anyone who can help is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference number 0786 of Sunday, January 5, 2025."

Traffic cops are hunting for information following the serious collision in Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire. The incident happened shortly after 2pm on Monday, August 4. The force said they received a report of a crash involving a Honda Jazz and a pedestrian in a car park on Shamrock Street. Emergency crews raced to the scene. After that, the pedestrian, a 92-year-old man, was taken to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. Luckily, no one else was injured during the crash. However, during the incident, a section of the car park was closed while investigations took place. It reopened at around 5.30pm. In an image shared on Facebook, several police vehicles could be seen in Sainsbury's car park in the area amid the collision. A Police Scotland spokesperson added: "Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 1950 of August 4, 2025." A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: 'We received a call at 2.10pm on Monday, August 4, to attend a road traffic collision on Shamrock Street, Kirkintilloch. "We dispatched three ambulances and a trauma team to the scene. We transported one patient to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.'

"The vehicle had to be withdrawn and replaced. 'Passenger and driver safety is our top priority, and we're supporting Police Scotland with their enquiries.'
