Harry Kane greets Lewis Hamilton as England players take in Spanish Grand Prix
England players got Thomas Tuchel's second international camp under way with a day out at the Spanish Grand Prix in the Barcelona sun.
Captain Harry Kane, who led a large contingent of players at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya, greeted Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton before the race and offered his support for McLaren's Lando Norris.
Kane was asked by former world champion Nico Rosberg if he had any advice for Norris, who is embroiled in a title battle with McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri.
'For him it's all about preparation. I am sure he is prepared to the best of his ability and then it's going out there and being free. He knows he can do it, he's won enough already so hopefully he can go all the way,' Kane told Sky Sports.
'I watch the F1 as much as I can and obviously a few English guys doing well this season, so I'm looking forward to seeing them.'
Kane briefly caught up with Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton and George Russell of Mercedes before the ninth race of the 2025 season started at 2pm.
England boss Tuchel was also at the track ahead of Saturday's World Cup qualifier with Andorra in Barcelona.
Dan Burn was one of several England players shown around McLaren's garage, whilst Chelsea quartet Reece James, Trevoh Chalobah, Levi Colwill and Cole Palmer were in attendance after Wednesday's Europa Conference League success.
Arsenal's Myles Lewis-Skelly and Bukayo Saka were also present.
John Stones joined the squad too after it was announced earlier on Sunday that he would continue his rehabilitation from injury with the England squad in Spain.
Stones has been sidelined since February with a thigh injury and is not fit enough to feature in this month's fixtures with Andorra and Senegal.
However, the Manchester City defender has decided to link up with the national team for the first time since Tuchel took over, having last played for England in October and only managed 20 club appearances during another injury-ravaged 2024-25 campaign.
Newcastle defender Burn has benefitted from the absence of Stones and made his long-awaited senior debut at the age of 33 against Albania in March.
He is eager to catch the eye again in Saturday's Group K fixture with Andorra, which will take place at Espanyol's RCDE Stadium.
Burn added: 'I'm hot, actually very hot but I'm excited though. First time I've been at the Formula One.'
Asked about upcoming opponents Andorra, Burn insisted: 'I don't know about formality, they're all tough games but excited for another camp and another World Cup qualifier.'

The Government is 'absolutely' looking at the idea of introducing a BritCard ID app as it seeks to tackle illegal immigration. a Cabinet minister confirmed today. Environment Secretary Steve Reed said that ministers 'know we need to look at all the actions we can take' to reduce the number of people crossing the Channel in small boats. The phone app would display a person's right to live, work and rent in the UK on a smartphone. And as well as blocking illegal immigrants from working, supporters say it would also tackle benefit fraud through links to government records. It has already received support from several cabinet ministers, including cabinet office minister Pat McFadden and technology secretary Peter Kyle. And today Mr Reed told Times Radio on Friday morning, Mr Reed said: 'It's absolutely something that we are looking at, and that we should be looking at.' He added: 'We know we need to look at all the actions we can take to stop the levels of illegal migration that we were seeing particularly under the last government. 'We have to stop the number of people that we've seen who don't have a right to come here.' It points to a poll which suggests 80 per cent of the public back the implementation of digital right-to-work credentials, with just under one in three believing it would act as a deterrent against people entering the country illegally. The report said that those who did not want to have a digital ID card on their phone would be allowed to carry a physical one instead. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has placed herself in opposition to some of her colleagues, including many from the 'Red Wall' wave of Labour MPs, with Home Office sources describing her position as 'nuanced'. Sir Keir had earlier insisted the Rwanda plan 'didn't deter anybody', after his decision to scrap it was highlighted while he visited Glasgow for a major defence announcement. He added: 'I'm not up for gimmicks. I'm up for the hard work of working with partners, enhancing the powers that law enforcement have, in my determination to take down the gangs that are running this vile trade.' Saturday's crossings brought the provisional annual total so far of migrants who have made the journey to 14,811. This is 42 per cent higher than the same point last year (10,448) and 95% up from the same point in 2023 (7,610). It is still lower than the highest daily total of 1,305 arrivals since data began in 2018, which was recorded on September 3, 2022.

Evan Mosey will return for a third successive campaign with Cardiff Devils in 2025-26, his fifth season in all with the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) 36-year-old American first played for the Devils between 2018 and 2020 and was part of the 2019 play-off championship winning the Covid-19 shutdown he played in Germany and France and then spent two seasons with Sheffield Steelers, before returning to the Welsh capital in a defenceman, Mosey also plays as a forward and was Devils' top defensive points scorer last season with eight goals and 31 assists in 66 games. "Evan is one of the most valuable players in the league because of his ability to play both forward and defence at the level he can in either position," said Cardiff managing director Todd Kelman."If we have an injury up front, he can slide into a top six role quite easily because he skates so well." Mosey also played for Nottingham Panthers and in Denmark before his first spell with the Devils, and won 42 caps for Great Britain before retiring from international hockey earlier this year."He is a leader for us, on and off the ice and brings a great work ethic every day, whether it is a game or training," said Kelman.
