Audit finds flaws and 'problematic' procedures in P.E.I.'s affordable housing program

The Auditor General's Office of P.E.I. combed through the province's Affordable Housing Development Program, and in a full review of its procedures found some glaring problems with how it's being run, and falling short of its goals.
