The vehicle did not stop and continued north on Loomis Rd. The officer and the person seated in the rear seat of the squad car were uninjured.
The vehicle was unable to be located, but further analysis on Wednesday shows that it is possibly a 2022-2024 gray Toyota Tundra or Tacoma. It is also possible that, until repaired, the glass of the passenger side mirror may still be present, but the plastic housing of the mirror itself will be missing.

'You have a due process right to have a trial within a reasonable period of time, when all the witnesses and evidence are available for both sides,' Rion said.
